Thanked us for coming back and giving One Stop another shot. Truly the best and most unexpected Reaction. 5 stars, our recommendations and our customer loyalty. We come for shakes. They do a good job for the most part but Sometimes we feel like we are paying for ice with some protein. I think whatever is leftover in the blender should be given to you. You're paying for the shake. If they add to much ice in the blend, that is on them and makes the end product not what you are paying for. Definitely nicer crew here. Actually genuine smiles and is welcoming. I almost want to give 4 stars for service. Prices of products is high compared to what is around. I prefer to shop local but there isn't really an appealing incentive to choose these guys over a bigger base

After waiting, I was then told he was already done for the day and would not be taking any more orders. It would have been nice if he had simply let me know from the beginning that he was already closed instead of having me wait. The open sign was still on, and the lights and music were still going, so it was confusing and frustrating as a customer. I've been supporting OneStop and its different locations for over a decade, but unfortunately it feels like the customer service has continued to decline over the past couple of years. The opening and closing hours also never seem to match what's actually posted.

Fast forward to now, I don't think I have ever been more loyal to a store. Okay, let's start with the most important recommendation:…read more Request that your smoothie is blended COMPLETELY! Whatever you call it: " blended well", "extra blended", etc. you MUST request this. Why you ask? It doesn't matter the location, unless it's the manager or owner, the staff rushes the smoothies and they come out very icy, some with ice chunks inside that won't come out of the straw. Listen, I LOVE this place and frequent them 3-4x per week for a smoothie. Staff is great, friendly, outgoing, sincere. Owners are amazing! But, they don't put in the effort when blending ... so you HAVE to ask! They should time it and require the staff to let the blender run longer to come out with a consistent product, but it is by no means consistent between locations and mostly, in my experience having purchased a few 100 over the last couple years, very inconsistent.
