My favorite One Stop location in the valley. New owner is awesome. Shakes are awesome and always.

One Stop Nutrition is my go to for my post workout smoothie or meal replacement. I can go to any One Stop but this location is top tier. The owner knows my go to smoothie. Greats his regulars by name & the staff is always so nice. If you haven't been to this location visit TODAY! read more

This is a follow up review in regards to an overcharge issue at this location. I'm rating a 1 star review at this point because of how disappointing the customer service has been to resolve issues like this by the management and owner. I decided to go in and give them a chance to resolve everything since I noticed they were responsive to a previous review I've left. To start, I found it off putting that when I came in and asked for a manager the employee I presented the issue to did not introduce himself as the manager to begin with until we dove more into the topic. I provided the information I had to show for the overcharge to Bronson, the store manager, and told him the date I was in. Granted he did have to do his own investigating in their system to fact check which is understandable. What I found alarming and questionable is that he came back and mentioned he could not find the transaction in his system. What kind of system are they working with if you can't locate the transaction? 100% it was this location. There was no resolution there and he even stated the owner would not issue a refund or compensate w the item that was double charged. He then mentioned I should come back to speak with the owner. I asked for times and days he was there which he provided and then I proceeded to ask for the owners name to which he responded that he was not able to disclose that information. I didn't understand the secrecy and I would like to know who I'm asking for. In the end there was no resolution and an unwillingness to resolve the matter or to even care about it by both Bronson the store Manager and Akash the owner. What's the point of a store manager if he can't resolve small disputes like this? Rather I was sent on a goose chase to locate the owner to resolve the issue of the double charge. I'm then making more effort on my part to resolve an error an employee had made when they should be more accountable as a business. Even then, I went back once more to locate the owner or manager and at that point I spent $10 worth of my time and money going back to resolve this. It's not about the amount of money but more so the principle and how they've handled this issue and taken accountability for it. Had it been an even larger amount maybe they would care more? Either way there was no effort or accountability taken regardless of the amount by the owner. I am willing to resolve this matter if they'd like to reach out through this review. I will no longer be putting more of my time into this when they should be the ones seeking out to resolve it. read more

great shakes and customers service! I come back any chance i get. Try the sttawb banana

The usual people that work here are alright but whatever male was working today just drove me to never come back. To start my shake does not taste right at all..... then when asked for the extra cause there was quite a bit left in the shaker he wanted to charge me extra. I should've just walked out. I have never ever had to pay for it and in fact been going to One stop for 8 years straight. (Different locations) it's not my fault you don't know how to mix the shake and made extra. Give me the shake I paid for. Now all the protein I'm missing out on is gettin thrown away. Absolute dumpster fire they have going there. Will not be returning. read more

Great customer service! Staff was very friendly and my mass gainer smoothie(with non-fat yogurt and strawberry and banana flavoring) was delicious. read more

Hands down one of the best onestop locations out there. Ive been going to onestop for the past 10 years 3-4 times a week(chandler/gilbert/mesa/tempe/tukee) & over the years all other onestops have gone down in their customer service pretty badly. I love coming here because i know my shake will be done right & the employees actually look like they enjoy working here. Every other place i have to watch them make it because 80% of the time they forget to add something. Keep up the good work you guys are awesome. & i love that you have the iwon chips instead of those quest chips!!! Way better product!! read more

Staff is always super friendly and welcoming, I look forward to coming in every time I'm craving a shake. The workers always remember my shake, and actually hold a conversation with me each visit. Love this place! read more

Your employees know I go in there daily. They know my drink I watch them make it daily. I don't care that you own the place your employees treat customers better than you do. You never argue with a customer. Your employees don't put water in the shakes to thin it out you did this. Ask your employees I spend money in your place every single day. So instead of apologizing for arguing all you had to say was I'm the owner. Who gives a shit treat your paying customers with respect. Learn to know them and what they ask for. You let me walk out of there with zero apologies and you don't care that my whole family goes in there daily. It's sad because I really like your employees and enjoy seeing them daily but you seem to not care if we ever come back. So $8 per shake every day per my family member you can live without correct? read more

One Stop Nutrition Ocotillo - Banana, chocolate and peanut butter smoothie, protein cherry cake bites and a protein chocolate brownie. - Vitamins & Supplements Near Me - Chandler, Arizona

Best Nutrition store in Arizona hands down! The owner Akash really knows his stuff, good advice, awesome employees, amazing protein shakes!!

Walked in ready to pay with my gift card and ended up leaving paying with my debit card. It's great when the two people behind the counter don't even know how there own system works. Tried to pay with the gift card and after several times of oh try this try that they ultimately asked me to just pay with my debit card since they couldn't figure it out and the line was getting long. I don't mind but I wouldn't have walked in if I knew I was going to have to pay with my debit card the gift card was the only reason I was in there. Gift card has 25$ on it and has never been used so that can't be the problem. I'm just confused why the two employees didn't know how to do this simple transaction. read more

Every time I come in the staff is really friendly & helpful. I said this was my first time coming to One Stop and they taught me how to order & what they recommend. The shake I got was also really good, 10/10 recommend this place!! read more

On 08/10 my friend and I came here for a meal replacement. My friend has never been to a place like this before and because of her weight was self conscious. When we got in, the guy seemed bothered that she was unsure what to order and when she asked if the protein had an aftertaste, he sarcastically responded with.."I don't know, it's protein, I have it all the time." She stopped asking questions and just ordered something quickly. She had even told him it was her first time and he just seemed impatient and bothered by her questions. This place should feel welcoming to everyone and people working here need to remember that not all of us are weight lifters and have experience with proteins and supplements. Please train your associates to have some patience and kindness. Thank you. read more

Great place to grab a protein shake whether it's post workout or a meal replacement. Plenty of different flavors to choose from.

One of the worst customer service experiences ever. Employees are not friendly, and they won't stand behind their products. They recommended a product and when it turned out to be spoiled, they wouldn't replace it. Only offered 10% off a new purchase. To top it off this was after they made me wait 30 minutes so the guy could "call his boss" and I was told they would exchange it. Then they called me back an hour later and said I had used too much of the product. BUYER BEWARE!!!! read more

Came into store on Sunday at 5:53. I was told inside the store they are closed. I said I don't need a shake how about a supplement? Reply was can't take a sale we are closed. I couldn't even if I wanted too! I guess my drive over and the sign that glowed open along with the hours on the door isn't really what they mean??? A lady was also turned down.
