But I struggled with horrible brain fog and extreme fatigue. I could barely get through the day without a nap, had trouble waking up before 8 a.m., and constantly felt exhausted. I honestly thought that was just how I was always going to feel, but after my first consultation with Monica, she was so confident she could help me. After following her program, I feel like a completely different person. I have energy throughout the day, wake up early naturally, and no longer struggle with brain fog. Even the little symptoms I had learned to live with--and didn't realize could actually go away--did. I finally feel like myself again, but an even better version. I'm incredibly grateful I found Monica and can't recommend her enough. Working with her has truly changed my quality of life.

But that would be selfish, and Black Pearl Massage deserves your business. Appointment Scheduling: 10/10 experience. I was looking for someone who mentioned trigger point therapy and open on weekends. I sent on message, and Lauren, responded within 15 minutes! I easily found an appointment which coordinated with my weekend life. A few days prior to the appointment, she sent me a message with the address which was expected, as the business' website clearly states this is a home-based business, and I assume she's not trying to doxx herself. Pre-appointment Experience: Lauren met me outside which was great, because as I was getting out of my car, I was thinking to myself whether I'm supposed to walk in like it's business, or do I knock on the door since it's a home? There was a form to complete and a second form to sign, and she left the room for me to get ready and on the table. Experience: Lauren addressed all of my areas of concern, and honestly as I type this, I think it exceeded my expectations. While I didn't indicate it as an area of concern, she did some work on my neck, and I didn't even realize my range of motion was so limited. But now, I can actually turn my head both directions without any sort feeling of pulling. 11/10 simply for knowing what I needed before I knew. Post-appointment Experience: 10/10 simply because it was easy. She told me what to do between appointments, and she made recommendations on services based on what she noticed. In summary, if you're looking around and trying to decipher through all the competition in the area, make your life easier and just schedule an appointment at Black Pearl Massage. You won't regret it!
