I found out about Randall through Groupon. I initially had a difficult time finding time to book a…read moremassage (I'm was visiting from NY so had limited time), but worked my next visit to Scottsdale around his calendar availability. It worked out well! This visit was my first time getting a deep tissue massage. Actually Randall did medium pressure because it was my very first time and didn't want to scare me away. I am so glad he went "easy" on me. He worked out knots I didn't even know I had, particularly in my neck. I told him my last massage was more than a year ago. He suggested that I get a massage once a month as maintenance. I didn't realize this needed to be done so often until I got this deep tissue massage. All the working off of a laptop, plus going to the gym daily really takes a toll on the body (I don't stretch daily either). Randall has a shared massage space so if you go to the suite and don't see his sign, don't get worried as I did. He's there!

Receptionists seem to rarely be at the desk which is a minor inconvenience. I got a facial from Lisa with disastrous results - painful peeling skin and a red rash. I was offered a full refund which was awesome but Lisa had no idea what she put on me despite noting during treatment that I was having a bad reaction to something she put on my face. She then sent me home with the same product she said might have caused all of this in the first place. I think the professionalism and sense of responsibility as a healer wasn't there. I would not go to Lisa for a facial - she's really nice but you want someone who knows what she puts on your face and notes if you have a bad reaction, and shows up on time (she's been late every time I went to see her).
