I will say that the prices are a little bit steep in comparison to other smoothie spots. They seem to work very hard and enjoy their job which probably also speaks a lot to the owner and management. The wait times are sometimes longer than other places, so just don't go there if you're in a huge rush. But it's not bad and they have tables and comfy coach and chairs while you wait. I think they're just putting extra care into your drinks! Also if you plan to work while you sip I always see quite a few people bringing their laptops in. There is a drive thru for those wondering! But I've never used it so can't attest to wait times and experience there...

The iced version tasted watery and just didn't hit the mark. I actually ended up going to another coffee chain afterward for my caffeine fix--I needed something stronger! The semi sweet chips were so chocolatey. The melted fudge added even more chocolate. The vanilla ice cream was a nice contrast. The fudge brownies were thick. Food - Milk shake - The smores milk shake was too sweet for me. I liked the marshmallow on top. It had crispy bits inside. Atmosphere - No strange or strong odors or smells. No music playing when I visited. I liked that. I prefer no music over loud music. I don't like loud music. It's hard to hear with loud music. I did not visit the restroom. They put it in a cooler if you order it ahead to keep it from melting before you pick up. They wear gloves and everything behind the counter looks clean and disinfected -perfect for what a food prep area should be! However, the bathroom was disgusting the one time I used it! So messy and it stunk. And twice I sat while I waited for my drink to be made and the tables were sticky and not wiped off in between customers. Also, rarely if ever do I feel like the staff is genuinely friendly or nice. I don't know why but they always seem unfriendly. This has been over a year I think management should bring this up and encourage and train ways to improve their staff in customer service. Just my two cents! I mostly now just order delivery from here.
