I stood there waiting while they ignored me and gossiped loudly about other employees -totally unprofessional and immature. Even more concerning, the man working the counter appeared to be under 21, which is illegal for handling vape products. He clearly had no product knowledge and seemed more interested in chatting than helping a customer. It felt like I had walked into a teenager's hangout, not a legitimate business. The entire vibe was dismissive, disrespectful, and frankly shady. If this is how they treat customers, I won't stick around to see what else they're cutting corners on. I will absolutely be finding a different shop-one that values professionalism, compliance, and basic courtesy. This place is a hard pass.

Since my arrival in town, I've been trying to offer herbals & homeopathic remedies to our OG Veteran that survived detrimental Valley Fever while in the military. I introduced a Balm to him yet seeking something edible as well. The store, layout, displays & merchandise was in a pristine fashion with a dim/starship vibe going on - the whole point I presume. I asked for Vegan Gummies with only CBD & Jason (GM) started flipped through many packages reading the ingredients. I ended up getting a few small packs of Martha Stewart's line. & then started inquiring if Snoop Dog had any products...made sense with their partnership.
