I've never felt so disrespected walking into a vape shop. The staff were openly rude, glued to their phones, and made no effort to assist me. I stood there waiting while they ignored me and gossiped loudly about other employees -totally unprofessional and immature. Even more concerning, the man working the counter appeared to be under 21, which is illegal for handling vape products. He clearly had no product knowledge and seemed more interested in chatting than helping a customer. It felt like I had walked into a teenager's hangout, not a legitimate business. The entire vibe was dismissive, disrespectful, and frankly shady. If this is how they treat customers, I won't stick around to see what else they're cutting corners on. I will absolutely be finding a different shop-one that values professionalism, compliance, and basic courtesy. This place is a hard pass. read more

This was once my go to Vape shop. My husband and I loved it. The staff were amazing and they always made you feel welcome. Now this new remodel and new owner have completely ended my love for this shop. First off they raised their prices, I would buy a specific juice in a 60ml bottle and the price increased by $5. Second the store smells horrible now and I feel like I can't breathe when I enter the shop. I understand a new owner changing the shop around but the fact that the old staff left is a red flag. it feels as though money is more than new owner's concern. I would drive nearly 30 minutes from my home to the shop. Now I settle for paying higher prices at their competitors and sometimes driving even further to purchase what I need. read more

I love going here but yesterday September 14th I had a very bad interaction with Savanna she is an employee there now mind you I have been going there for 5 yrs and have never had a bad experience so I was ordering my regular house juice sometimes I get 2 bottles and sometimes I get 4 bottles when I was going to order the 4 bottles Savanna told me that there was this new rule and I could only have 2 bottles I asked her when did that take place and she said about a month ago so I only was going to get 2 bottles for my son and I would just wait I told her this place sucks now and she got really offended and started saying stuff to me she said I'm making her feel uncomfortable because she thought I was saying that she sucks which I never did which I told her I wasn't saying it to her and then she told me to leave so I started to leave and told her well fuck you then she said fuck you fucking bitch So I went to the other vape lab in chandler and told them what happened later on when I got home I called that vape lab where I went first come to find out that she lied about the rule of only 2 bottles she just didn't want to fill 4 bottles I will still go to that location once she's gone read more

Not only does this store have discounts upon military personnel but also that the store have a credit program for customers that leaves a phone number and email for the vape store's membership. You get free juice when you reach a certain amount of credit. I've become friends with the employees in the store since I've been there so many times as the store constantly brings in new products. Would give 0 stars if I could! Just moved to Gilbert so wanted to find a new vape shop & these guys were the closest. Got a "Ezee pop" disposable vape from them. I'll say the dudes that were in there the first time were friendly and i had no issues. The product from the first time was terrible. Tasted burnt right away after 10 or less hits. I went back the next day after work and there were 2 other guys in there. I explained the situation and asked if i could swap (standard practice at any vape shop). They were reluctant and tried to tell me "we have a 24 hour period and you're supposed to call ahead." Which I guess I should've known? I get a new one & try it. It hits super weak and I tell them and the guy with 2 tone hair says "well you can't hit it back to back to back you'll burn it again." (I did 2 tiny hits). I try to tell them this one is barely hitting & they're like "sorry man" and shoo me out. I get home not 5 hits later and it's blinking. So I call today right when they open (per their instructions ) and explain the situation. They guy on the phone goes "let me see if anyone was here last night" when I can hear his voice and he was definitely the guy giving me attitude last night. He comes back and goes no man we can't keep swapping these out like that. I explain that I got home and it blinked after 5 or less hits, I'm doing exactly what you asked and calling ahead, I just want to swap for a different brand because this one keeps having issues. I even offer to pitch money for the new one. He goes "no we can't do that." I say "well maybe you should stop selling that ezee brand since it's shitty." He then hangs up. Overall? Shitty products, shitty customer service. If you're looking for attitude from employees when you go into a store or call, I recommend it. Aside from everything going on, with covid-19 this vape store is the only one open at the moment that I know of, which is great for buisness and great for the community of vapers. However that being said, the owner was there today and that's cool, but I feel as if he woke up on the wrong side of the bed, NEVER have I ever gave anyone in that store attitude but he sure did think so and sure didn't mind telling me about it. Now being a regular since I stopped going to red star, I thought wow damn this is a bargain! Their flavors are ten times better and they seem to care more about the customer, but just as anyone knows, they seem to talk about their customers all the time. Because I have a strong demeanor doesn't mean I have an attitude, anyone who studies buisness and socialism should know how to depict the two. Me and a friend came in today and both received attitude from the owner, and while that may be okay to him to lose two customers it was not okay to us. Finding a good vape shop today is about as rare as finding hand sanitizer on the shelf of a grocery store. It's a hot commodity, instead of keeping customers I guess he'd rather get rid of them. As oppose to the other staff, they're always wonderful people, helpful, caring, I'm always asking advice, and always more than welcomed back into the store to spend more money and find more flavors. He however needs an attitude check before I'll drop another dime. I feel bad for his employees with that behavior as a small business owner.
