To be quite honest, even as a vape user, vape shops intimidate me. Aside from the occasional store,…read morethat I have frequented (completely out of my way) this is the second vape shop I've ever been into. So maybe my experience is limited, but none the less. Most of the time I would buy OTC vape at a convenience store, but not anymore. I think there are way more closet vape smokers, mothers, housewives, teachers etc. that would appreciate a clean easy to shop vape store to fill their needs. This store was beyond welcoming, vast selections, well lit, clean, organized, what else could you ask for? Oh fantastic staff! I would say their selection is pretty expansive they had everything I was familiar with and plenty I can't wait to try. Of all habits in the world vaping is probably not the best, but by far not the worst. As an exsmoker it's a fair exchange. I appreciate a welcoming establishment with knowledgeable, kind, courteous staff (or owners) to satisfy a craving. I'm grateful I finally popped in, not only is this shop way more convenient than other shops I've frequented, I would go out of my way for service and selection alone. Must try!!

But the way i was just treated when I walked through their door, was disgustingly unprofessional. I will never be coming here again. i pulled up to this smoke shop so I could buy a battery real quick. I spent FIVE minutes in my car counting money. When I walked in, I was greeted by Bryce, who is the manager. He immediately turned me away and accused me of doing drugs in the front of the store. Which i have NEVER done. I don't even do drugs. He claimed that he had security footage of me but when i asked for proof to roll back the tape, he flat out refused and told me to get out. I am completely BAFFLED. I have never been treated with such disrespect from a stranger. Bryce, needs to be fired immediately. 0/10 stars

First bad experience…read morewas about 8 months ago when a friend stopped by and bought me a geek bar and when gave it to me it totally didn't work. I went in the next day and was told no refunds for product sold, even though mine was 99% battery, 99% juice. But he would give me 20% off. Then a few months back in a rush I stopped by and they had a huge case of Rifbar product for half price and I'd never tried the brand but wth right, worked in the store for $10. The very next day it lost all flavor and wouldn't keep a charge. I called the store and was ignored but as a sales and customer service professional for 30 I contacted the company ""Rifbar " and they said that the entire line was discontinued and vendors were supposed to dispose of the product but this vendor is apparently greedy and they sold it anyway at a huge "discount " . I after several emails and 1 phone conversation the rep Rifbar made it right. Don't buy from these jerks.
