    Good shop with a nice humidor. Not the biggest selection but they probably have something that will fit your tastes.

Let's start with what isn't the problem: Brandon at the Queen Creek location was excellent. Professional, knowledgeable, calm, and respectful while dealing with a constant wave of disappointed customers. He represented your brand far better than corporate leadership currently is. Now the issue that management continues to avoid: Your stores still do not have 3% Dispo Bars, and this has been ongoing for months. While I was in the Queen Creek store for about 30 minutes, I personally watched at least 15 customers walk out after being told the same thing. This wasn't an isolated moment--it was continuous. This is no longer a supply delay. This is poor inventory planning, poor communication, and poor leadership. Employees are being forced to repeatedly apologize for decisions they don't control. Customers are being turned away in volume. Revenue is being lost in real time. And somehow this is still unresolved. If someone from management or corporate is reading this, here is what customers want to know: * Why has this gone on for over three months? * Why is there no transparency or timeline being shared in-store? * Why are frontline employees being left to absorb customer frustration? I am requesting a public response from management, not a generic copy-and-paste apology. Address the issue directly. Explain what is being done. Give customers a realistic expectation--or be honest if this product is no longer a priority. Your staff deserves better. Your customers deserve answers. And your silence at this point speaks volumes.

I politely mentioned that the hours listed on Google Maps were incorrect, simply so they could be aware and update them for future customers. Instead of listening, the staff insisted that I was looking at the wrong store or even the wrong day. I remained calm and respectful the entire time and explained that my intention was just to help by pointing out the error. The posted hours on Google show 9:30 AM-10:30 PM on Thursdays, while they claimed the store closes at 9:30 PM. Rather than acknowledging the mistake or thanking me, the employee became rude, repeatedly telling me I was "NOT right" and dismissing my explanation. I even let them know I was leaving and reiterated that I only wanted to be helpful. The response I got was to "call Google" myself. I'm happy to help correct the hours--which is exactly why I'm posting this--but there was absolutely no reason for the rude attitude. Basic courtesy goes a long way
