The first time I came in he sold me…read morea bowl for my piece saying how strong they were and he had a customer say she drops them all the time...it's glass so it's a silly thing to say but whatever I needed one so I bought it it broke right away. I bought several pieces there that all broke very easily. I've literally never had such an issue before. There was also green coloring that came off of one and my other visits they were just rude. I had to ask for something to be wrapped... it's glass and you work in a smoke shop, respectfully I shouldn't have to ask you to wrap it. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

These guys that work there are so friendly and conversational, it makes me happy to have this shop…read morenear me. Great individual cigar selection but pre-packs of the good cigars sell out fast and don't get often replaced. I bring all of my empty cigar boxes into them to resell. Place is awesome overall. The girl closing your store last night (6/29) acted like we had interrupted the most important event of her life by walking into the store. Every question was met with attitude, and apparently actually looking at merchandise before buying it is strictly prohibited. When we asked if this specific nectar collector held water, she smirked and said "Um, no, I wouldn't do that," in a deceptive manner. Perhaps she simply lacks knowledge about the products you sell, but I was almost certain that it was specifically designed to hold water. The highlight of the experience was when my friend tried to get a better look at it by reaching out to touch it, and she literally smacked his hand away and yelled, "You can't touch the merchandise!" | honestly couldn't tell if we were shopping at a smoke shop or attempting a museum robbery. We're local customers who wanted to support a neighborhood business. Instead, we left feeling like suspects in a criminal investigation. Amazingly, we still spent money there. Rest assured, it'll probably won't happen again. I do love this nectar collector though!!

Newer, clean Total Wine in Gilbert, AZ on the outer edge of an outdoor walking mall…read more I only checked out their bourbon and Scotch section, but found multiple bottles that I've had a hard time finding on the shelf in the Denver metro area. I ended up walking out with a bottle of Cigsr Cut Joseph Magnus and one of the 2025 Little Books that I have not yet seen for MSRP where I live. Staff was very friendly (no one tried to sell me on their house brands!) and my experience was top-notch. Although I didn't see any BTAC's or Weller CYPB (j/k... of course I wouldn't... ) - my trip was a success!

I regular ALWAYS get two sets of coal. Due to this employees not paying attention. After I already paid and was starting to leave he yells at me I didn't charge you for the 2nd box of coals. This one stands out because the area is growing and they are in the same parking lot as Dunkin Donuts and Filibertos. They have a variety of the skinny incense which was a plus as these are hard to find. I recommend going here for all of your needs especially since there's plenty of free parking, good food and donuts in the same lot.
