The entire vibe was dismissive, disrespectful, and frankly shady. If this is how they treat customers, I won't stick around to see what else they're cutting corners on. The girl closing your store last night (6/29) acted like we had interrupted the most important event of her life by walking into the store. Every question was met with attitude, and apparently actually looking at merchandise before buying it is strictly prohibited. When we asked if this specific nectar collector held water, she smirked and said "Um, no, I wouldn't do that," in a deceptive manner. Perhaps she simply lacks knowledge about the products you sell, but I was almost certain that it was specifically designed to hold water. The highlight of the experience was when my friend tried to get a better look at it by reaching out to touch it, and she literally smacked his hand away and yelled, "You can't touch the merchandise!" | honestly couldn't tell if we were shopping at a smoke shop or attempting a museum robbery. We're local customers who wanted to support a neighborhood business. Instead, we left feeling like suspects in a criminal investigation. Amazingly, we still spent money there. I asked for Vegan Gummies with only CBD & Jason (GM) started flipped through many packages reading the ingredients. I ended up getting a few small packs of Martha Stewart's line. & then started inquiring if Snoop Dog had any products...made sense with their partnership. Not a pro at these products yet only spent $7 for two packs of Gummies. & the OG is digging the Citrus flavor & feeling some relief. Let's start with what isn't the problem: Brandon at the Queen Creek location was excellent. Professional, knowledgeable, calm, and respectful while dealing with a constant wave of disappointed customers. He represented your brand far better than corporate leadership currently is. Now the issue that management continues to avoid: Your stores still do not have 3% Dispo Bars, and this has been ongoing for months. While I was in the Queen Creek store for about 30 minutes, I personally watched at least 15 customers walk out after being told the same thing. This wasn't an isolated moment--it was continuous. This is no longer a supply delay. This is poor inventory planning, poor communication, and poor leadership. Employees are being forced to repeatedly apologize for decisions they don't control. Customers are being turned away in volume. Revenue is being lost in real time. And somehow this is still unresolved. If someone from management or corporate is reading this, here is what customers want to know: * Why has this gone on for over three months? * Why is there no transparency or timeline being shared in-store? * Why are frontline employees being left to absorb customer frustration? I am requesting a public response from management, not a generic copy-and-paste apology. Address the issue directly. Explain what is being done. Give customers a realistic expectation--or be honest if this product is no longer a priority. Your staff deserves better. Your customers deserve answers.
