Okay, let's start with the most important recommendation: Request that your smoothie is blended COMPLETELY! Whatever you call it: " blended well", "extra blended", etc. you MUST request this. Why you ask? It doesn't matter the location, unless it's the manager or owner, the staff rushes the smoothies and they come out very icy, some with ice chunks inside that won't come out of the straw. Listen, I LOVE this place and frequent them 3-4x per week for a smoothie. Staff is great, friendly, outgoing, sincere. Owners are amazing! But, they don't put in the effort when blending ... so you HAVE to ask! They should time it and require the staff to let the blender run longer to come out with a consistent product, but it is by no means consistent between locations and mostly, in my experience having purchased a few 100 over the last couple years, very inconsistent. read more

I go to One Stop all the time and this location is not good. The kids who work there never wear a full face covering and clearly don't know how to use a blender. My shakes have had chunks of ice in them several times and the shake itself is just bad in comparison to the Mesa location or the Gilbert one. I stop here every night after the gym and get a shake for my daughter and myself. They are usually okay but the past month they've been super inconsistent and taste awful. They have a new girl that seems to be the trainer, and shouldn't be one. I usually come 15-20 mins before closing and Im usually treated well, until this same new girl started working closing every night. I always order a low carb protein shake and a kids cup for my daughter along with two bags of protein chips. I spend a good amount of money each week ordering the same thing. I've noticed my shakes tasting different each time I go, and the past few times, they are only blending one shake and giving enough for both myself and my daughters shake...which is wrong. We get the same flavor so they're trying to get away with making two shakes in one, which would be fine if I ordered the same shake! My shake has 54g of protein and a ton of other supplements which is vastly different from a kids cup nutritional shake! I think she's either lazy and annoyed that I come close to closing or trying to charge me for a fruit smoothie. I just want what I'm paying for and what I'm ordering. They have the worst customer service. It's just teenagers behind the bar talking the entire time and they roll their eyes if you even ask for a shake. Sorry i made you work and make a shake. They don't even make eye contact or ask if you're a rewards remember so you can gain your free shakes. The consistency of the shake is different every time you go in there. I'd start investing in hiring high quality employees or train them on customer service and what It means to take care of customers. It might help if they smiled a little more but that's another topic. When asked about products, the workers have always been helpful. There are some times where thus place is no busy and you might have to wait 5-10 minutes for a protein shake. They have a wife variety of supplements that you can't find at other nutrition stores. Racist store that over price Latinos dishonestly . I stopped at this location around 1:15 pm, during my lunch, June 20th. I was looking for creatine. I was greeted by a white, blonde guy who never offered me a smile. When I went to pay for my Creatine with a price tag of $24.95, he charged me $28.05 and wish me a good day. I didn't thought much about the amount because I thought it was just the taxes. He never offered me a receipt but when I asked for my receipt, he printed it and asked me to sign it, then gave me a copy. As a customer, I trusted him without looking at the receipt. Now I see that he charged $2 dollars extra and a non cash adj fee of $1.08, whatever that non cash adj fee is. I know is only a couple of bucks but is the dishonesty and his intentions to over charge me on purpose that is bothering me. Obviously he knew what he was doing because he didn't ask me to sign my receipt until I ask for one. I believe he thought because I was Latino that I will not noticed it. To the new(er) girls working, you make terrible shakes. I've thrown the last three away. One male employee also charged me $16 for a single shake (he said it was an accident when I brought it up but I have my suspicions). Instead of offering a refund, he told me to grab a few protein bars/cookies to make up for the difference. I told him I wanted him to refund the amount and he said that he didn't know how to do a refund on the "new system." What is up with that? I had such a good experience that I felt the need to give the girl who helped me out some recognition for the best experience inside a place where everything was completely unfamiliar to me. Due to a new medication that suppresses my appetite, and a super demanding schedule, I've fallen a little over 15lbs underweight for my height. I came in looking for something that would seriously help me gain and keep weight on, and Deema (I hope that's how you spell it) was so informative on their products, asked me my goals and gave me information of any other products that would help me get to my goals, and even gave me work out tips for what I'm trying to achieve. I recently started to stop by this location as it is right next door to my gym, and an on the go protein shake is pretty convenient when you have errands to run. I am honestly a bit shocked this place is still even open for business. The shakes are wildly inconsistent, taste/texture as well as price. The young male employees need some customer service coaching. Yesterday there was food sitting on the counter in Styrofoam containers on the counter where you approach to order your shake. They were engaged in a personal conversation, that is not meant to be had in front of paying customers. They did not take a pause from this conversation after I walked in to ask how they could help me. I stared blankly at them both until I was then asked what I would like. The conversation continued whilst making my shake, which only delayed it and left me sitting there agitated. There are cameras in the store, but no adults in site. This is not the first time either, the boys are sweet I'm sure, but not a good look on the business when this is the third time I have been in there and each time I was not greeted, my shakes have all tasted different ( I have ordered the same one each time), and their personal conversations take precedent over the paying customers in their store. read more

Been to other locations and this location has horrible customer service -- one of the guys working was having a full on conversation with two of his friends who were visiting him at work and didn't stop to acknowledge that paying customers were waiting to be helped. The second worker was just as rude/inconsiderate. I was waiting to be helped and someone else came in behind me, he proceeded to help that customer first and ignore me. Go to the location in North Tempe/South Scottsdale or Arcadia because they actually care about their customers!!! When I was rung out, I was charged five dollars more than the sticker price on the product. With out a doubt the worst experience I have had with any shop in the industry. Came in and got a pre-workout based on the employees recommendation, tried it a few times and it was awful did nothing for me. I brought it back hoping to do an exchange or get a refund. When I asked the clerk about this possibility he acted like he had never heard the word before! When I inquired further he said they normally have to send it back to the manufacture and that it might take a week and that he would have to take down my number and have his manager give me a call back later that afternoon. Two days go by with no call so I go back into the store only to be told that they do not do returns at all and that the clerk didn't want to call and ask his manager because he would get mad. So not only was I given the runaround and lied to by the first clerk the second did not want to help me at all and just said "that sucks bro". This is a poor establishment as you can tell based on the reviews take your money to a more reputable store. read more
