Love the concept and delivery. It is meal prep and a restaurant all in one. You can order your meal prep containers (12hour) or do a drop in. We stopped in Randomly visiting the TMobile store. I honestly did feel like cooking so we thought to check this place out. The owner and founder was present and gave us a run down on this business. On this occasion, we ordered two bowls to go. My husband got the steak bowl and I got the chicken Alfredo bowl with protein pasta. What is nice is that you can pay a little bit of a charge to get more protein if that is your desired. On this occasion, we both got 6 ounces of protein versus the standard 4 ounces that it comes with. There's also an allocation for you to do up to 8 ounces of protein in your bowl wrap salad whatever you choose to get. All in all, we really liked our selections everything was very fresh. It wasn't over flavored, and we felt sustained after eating our selection. I would definitely come back and check this out if you order 10 meals you get 10% off. If you order 15+ meals you get 15% off. It's actually a pretty good deal when you think about it if you don't want to make lunch or dinner. For the total cost and you divide that by what you're getting by the time you go grocery shopping and cook it plated you're gonna spend about that much money if not more so really could be a economic way of having fresh sourced food that you don't always have to prepare. read more

So this place is awesome lol. I went to T mobile and was literally going to to chipotle, I look up and I see this sign and I think hmmm is that lunch food or meal prep. Well, it's both! Super clean modern indoor design. And it's sort of line assembly style. You pick from a ton of meat and topping options and build your bowl or plate. Then! Unlike most of these meal prep places they fire it up in a wok! So good. I got the Korean bowl which was simple but seasoned perfectly. Tons of options. Go check this place out. read more

I'm a busy gal who is still fairly burnt out from having to cook at home ALOT since/during/after lockdown. As much as I love to cook for myself, there is nothing that eases my mind and fitness goals than finding a solid meal prepper like LyteBite that also doesn't break the bank. Like many peppers, they offer bulk discounts and delivery in the area. What makes them a bit more unique is: -you can order ANYTIME, ANYDAY for pickup/delivery -they are one of three LyteBites total, with the other two in California. So it's a chain, but not. I think this helps with their pricing. -allow you to walk in and order -- like a Chipotle/Subway/etc and dine in or takeaway. -open to dietary restrictions or foods you don't like/wont eat The only minor issue is I was told they include sauce for every meal but a few times they've forgotten, so when I order ahead I feel like I have to include a note, unfortunately. read more

Since I live in the area I decided to stop by and check out this spot. During my visit, I think a new employee was being trained. The workers were very informative and helpful. It's safe to say that all the times I've come by so far everyone is so friendly and sweet. Even if I have questions, the workers are always so pleasant and easy going. The owner John has been so kind and thoughtful as well. I order here multiple times a week and their food quality is up to par and very consistent. They definitely thrive with their customer service and high standards. This place is cute, clean and has a warm, inviting feeling. I love supporting family owned business. Cannot recommend Lytebite enough! Meal prep is something that I have always struggled with and would oftentimes lead to bad eating choices or wasted food. Lytebite is a wonderful solution for people who may struggle in the kitchen, or may be short on time but still want a clean and satisfying meal. The staff is extremely friendly and took the time to explain how the whole process worked. I ordered six dinner options and enjoyed each one. Great flavors and fantastic sauces! I am so sad I did not know about this place sooner when we've lived 5 minutes away for the past two years!! Lytebite is an amazing healthy takeout option when you don't have time/energy to cook. We recently discovered this place as an 'after the gym, weeknight meal' place. Lytebite is amazing in that you have so many options, you can keep going back & won't get sick of 'getting the same thing again'. They have several protein options, and each protein option has several flavor options, you can add on a carb (or double up on veggies) and choose 1 or 2 types of veggie choices. My absolute favorite protein option is the Steakhouse Tri-tip. I honestly want to explore other flavors/proteins but can't stop ordering this since it's too good. The different sizes of the protein (4, 6, or 8 oz) is awesome too as the smaller size is typically sufficient or me, but I also have the option to get the biggest size and save some for lunch the next day for only a few more dollars. We often opt out of the carb & choose to double up on the veggies, but I like how they have a good variety ranging from rice/potatoes to yam or cauliflower rice as well. I also love how the veggies don't come flavored/drenched in sauce as most takeout places do. You have the options to pour on whatever sauce you get (I like the Sweet Heat) but you can also use some lemon pepper or other seasoning you have at home. The people working there always super nice and very helpful (I've seen at least two different people working there and they're both awesome) which always is a plus. My husband had to drag me to the gym the first few times but after finding this place I actually secretly look forward to weekday gym night since we can come here for takeout :) read more
