They let me try a couple samples of clear protein and even gave me a sample of Axe and Sledge Farm Fed protein to take home, which was a nice touch. You can tell they actually care about helping you find something you like instead of just pushing a sale. The selection is a bit limited compared to big chain stores, but that makes sense for a smaller shop. What they do have is solid though. They carry standard whey, mass gainer, and other protein options with multiple flavors. They also have a small fridge with ready to drink options, which is nice if you just want something quick. What really sets this place apart is the free in house body scan. It is way more detailed than a normal scale and breaks down lean mass, fat mass, bone mass, and even shows how that weight is distributed across your arms, legs, and torso. That alone makes it worth stopping in. If you like supporting local businesses and want a solid nutrition shop with helpful staff and some unique perks, this place is definitely worth checking out.

ONLY GO HERE, PERIOD…read more If you need supplements, just head here. The staff are beyond great, helpful, NEVER pushy, NEVER judgey, always polite and helpful. First few times I came in different staff would "act" like they were very interested in my life and fitness goals, asking all sorts of questions. I thought it was fake and they'd offer a bunch of supplements and try to sell me. They never did. I eventually realized, these people are legitimately interested in me and my fitness goals. They were asking honestly, just being human, and kind. I have been blown away at the way they treat every customer that walks in. This place is kind of like Cheers, for supplements. They literally know my name and face after just a few visits. Finally, they sell 1stPhorm (for a tad less than you can buy it directly from 1stPhorm too) and Modern Warrior (their brand). GREAT quality products at great prices. I simply can't recommend them enough. Go. You'll see, just go.

I've tried everything to adapt and even have had triple filtered water, but its still got the mineraly aftertaste and noticeable. So my solution to my picky tastebuds is to get filtered water from here for drinking. At 29 cents/gallon, its still the cheapest in town. I also like coming here to check out new items and to find old favorites. Tonight I found a new flavor of De La Calle Tepache and gave it a try! Not bad! I also sometimes come here to get Cafe Lalibela Ethiopian ready made freezer items, peppermint coffee, Rooibos teas, certain kinds of sourdough breads, and other brands I can only find at Natural Grocers. I like this location as its pretty low key, and never packed and I can usually get in and out pretty quickly.

Unprofessional staff giving out completely made-up facts to push products…read more I stopped by this location today at 11:00 AM to grab a few essentials, including my usual Isopure protein powder. Unfortunately, the employee working the counter made it an infuriating experience. She is a skinny young woman with black hair styled in two braided ponytails. Instead of just letting me buy what I came for, she took one look at me and decided to tell me that my protein powder was doing nothing for me based on the way I looked. Her exact words were, "I can tell by how you look it is doing nothing for you." Before that, she was just making things up. She tried to claim that Isopure is meant for geriatric patients only, which is completely ridiculous since it's just a top-tier whey protein isolate used by everyday lifters and athletes for clean protein without the junk. Then she went on a weird tangent claiming that BCAAs and EAAs are meant for completely different "types of humans" based on their weight. It was super obvious she wasn't trying to help. She was just pushing brands like GNC or Ghost that she probably gets a better push or margin on. Insulting customers and inventing fake science just to sell inventory is a terrible. As a loyal customer of this store, I won't be coming back. To management or ownership: this girl deserves at the very least some serious sales training
