Firstly, the store has so many varieties supplements, protein bars, etc. that any active person could appreciate from popular brands. Their options of shakes were also great and had awesome macros. I got the Slimmer with non fat yogurt and pina colada flavor and it was delicious! They have many other options of bases and flavors and seemed to always have a new one which makes it fun to come back and try. I've been to different One Stop Nutrition locations over the years and I find the smoothies to always be a nice healthy treat... my kids like them too. There is also every bar, protein powder and supplement you can imagine available here. Admittedly, this location is closest to my home, but I don't go all that often due to the location only being accessible if you're heading northbound on 44th street... However, every time I do go, I am pleased with the experience, the friendly staff, and the products. Also, huge perk for this place: they have PRIME in stock, at least at the time of this review! PRIME is super hard to find in the valley at the moment, so I hope that they continue to carry it and have it in stock! read more

I love One Stop!!! I love both locations I go to, the 7th and the 44th. 44th is my favorite tho, I'm sorry 7th street location!!:( nothing but love for that location too! The 44th, this one, is literally like the nicest guys and people! They're always just so upbeat and super super sweet!! They always make my shakes the best there too! I only buy shakes there, but one time this guy suggested these crunchy little cookies and now I'm OBSESSED! I literally have to hold back from buying them. I seriously love this place. I've been coming here daily for about 6 months now. They know my order, and are starting it just as soon as they see my car pull up! He had a plethora of information concerning different proteins and was able to make suggestions when I told him my goals. He did ask me if I even lifted... this is a ritual telling between bros that is sacred. I replied "Oh yeah". Furthermore, the smoothie was divine. Try the peanut butter and jelly flavor with any type of shake. I recommend mass gainer if you'd like to put on mass... aren't I good at this? You can customize your shake to match your fitness goals as far as calories, protein, fat burners, etc. and you can combine any flavors you want. This is the biggest differentiator from other places. Never bought any supplements while I'm there but I'm always tempted. (Probably will when I run out next) If I had it in my budget, I would get a shake there after every workout. I don't know about this place honestly. I came here for a smoothie. I've been wanting to come to one of these places for a while because of how it's advertised. The thing is, the way they advertise is kind of misleading. The signs and ads all say they have smoothies and a whole bunch of other things besides protein shakes but when I came in here all they seemed to have were protein shakes. I ordered a smoothie but it kind of just tastes like a protein shake made to taste like a smoothie. So I'm a little disappointed. I wasn't really wanting just a protein shake. I was more looking for a smoothie. It's set up more like a fitness and supplement store than a smoothie place. Never understood the need for an employee to flex his power over someone who may or may not be an actual customer. Stoped in to use the rest room because I was grabbing some food next door and they didn't have a public restroom. Asked to use the rest room and he directed me to the back. When I was leaving he asked if I needed a shake and I declined, so then he informed me that next time I stopped in there wouldn't be a rest room for me. Nutrition and a solid workout routine has been on the forefront of my mind lately but after this experience with this person, when I'm in the market for weight loss supplies, I'll be sure to take my business elsewhere.
