Fantastic shake place! I came to one stop at the recommendation of a friend and it was great! Firstly, the store has so many varieties supplements, protein bars, etc. that any active person could appreciate from popular brands. Their options of shakes were also great and had awesome macros. I got the Slimmer with non fat yogurt and pina colada flavor and it was delicious! They have many other options of bases and flavors and seemed to always have a new one which makes it fun to come back and try. It kept me well satisfied afterwards and I recommend stopping in if you're looking for a good protein shake. read more

One Stop Nutrition - Shake - Vitamins & Supplements Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

I've been to different One Stop Nutrition locations over the years and I find the smoothies to always be a nice healthy treat... my kids like them too. There is also every bar, protein powder and supplement you can imagine available here. Admittedly, this location is closest to my home, but I don't go all that often due to the location only being accessible if you're heading northbound on 44th street... However, every time I do go, I am pleased with the experience, the friendly staff, and the products. Also, huge perk for this place: they have PRIME in stock, at least at the time of this review! PRIME is super hard to find in the valley at the moment, so I hope that they continue to carry it and have it in stock! read more

Absolutely LOVE this location! I come in most week days and the young woman in the morning always greets me with a smile, smoothies taste amazing as well. Amazing thing going here in the Biltmore! read more

Happy Sunday evening to everyone, I stopped in this little store today I was surprised it was open I needed a little protein shake and the young man there took good care of me. Very nice awesome customer service and the protein drink was a five star. Prices good and I didn't realize everything they sold there I would highly recommend anybody else especially if you live in Arcadia or nearby. Thank you I'll be back read more

I have been going to One Stop Nutrition for years and not once have they served me a smoothie I cannot finish. My go to smoothie is the low carb meal replacement with Chocolate, Banana, and Peanut Butter with non fat yogurt base. Absolutely delicious and keeps me full for hours. I highly recommend stopping in, they have several locations all over the valley too. read more

I love One Stop!!! I love both locations I go to, the 7th and the 44th. 44th is my favorite tho, I'm sorry 7th street location!!:( nothing but love for that location too! The 44th, this one, is literally like the nicest guys and people! They're always just so upbeat and super super sweet!! They always make my shakes the best there too! I only buy shakes there, but one time this guy suggested these crunchy little cookies and now I'm OBSESSED! I literally have to hold back from buying them. I literally bought them at the grocery store! Soo good! Thanks whoever that was! Haha! Annnnd this one is sooo fast! Even if there's a little baby line, it's literally like two seconds. I loooooove One Stop and even tho this location is a bit farther from me, I make the drive because I'm always so happy when I come here!:) read more

Great place for your swoleness needs. Customer service was outstanding and the shakes are bomb-tastIc. I will for sure come back. Real talk, BET read more

I seriously love this place. I've been coming here daily for about 6 months now. They know my order, and are starting it just as soon as they see my car pull up! I didn't notice this until today, which is what's prompting me to write this raving review. I was extremely impressed. I have a ton of food allergies, and I have a very low tolerance for 'unclean' food. Not one bad reaction from this place. In fact, I've lost weight and become more lean! Thank you! read more

This One Stop Nutrition location is awesome. Do yourself a favor and pop into this place for a shake post-workout or as a meal replacement. They've got a nice variety to choose from when it comes to flavors and supplements in the shakes, and they always taste great. The staff is always super friendly (Tony, Owner & Garrett) and willing to help you if you've got any questions about the supplements that they sell in the store. Unlike some other health stores like GNC, they won't try to upsell or oversell you on things you not only don't need, but don't want to waste your money on. Definitely a good addition to the neighborhood for health supplement selection, convenience, and awesome shakes. read more

Really great experience here. The bro behind the counter was so helpful in picking out protein. He had a plethora of information concerning different proteins and was able to make suggestions when I told him my goals. He did ask me if I even lifted... this is a ritual telling between bros that is sacred. I replied "Oh yeah". Furthermore, the smoothie was divine. Try the peanut butter and jelly flavor with any type of shake. I recommend mass gainer if you'd like to put on mass... aren't I good at this? Also, the staff acknowledges you when you walk through the door. It's a simple gesture, but often the importance is glanced over. I've been to a lot of One Stops and this is my favorite, hands down. read more

John was absolutely amazing! Not only did he make us our drinks after our long hike off of Echo Canyon but also informed us on post workout drinks and pre-workout drinks! Will definitely be coming here again!!! read more

Awesome place for a shake. Customer service is flawless, they are super helpful, friendly, and can make a shake in like 5 seconds. Shout out to the guy with the beard he is always on it. You can customize your shake to match your fitness goals as far as calories, protein, fat burners, etc. and you can combine any flavors you want. This is the biggest differentiator from other places. Never bought any supplements while I'm there but I'm always tempted. (Probably will when I run out next) If I had it in my budget, I would get a shake there after every workout. Highly recommend to anyone. read more

What kind of business closes early as hell on a weekend??? Business hours do not match what is listed online either.

Service was friendly and my smoothie was great. The price is a little high but I don't foresee those coming down. I would recommend anyone looking for a One Stop to visit this hidden gem. read more

I don't know about this place honestly. I came here for a smoothie. I've been wanting to come to one of these places for a while because of how it's advertised. The thing is, the way they advertise is kind of misleading. The signs and ads all say they have smoothies and a whole bunch of other things besides protein shakes but when I came in here all they seemed to have were protein shakes. I ordered a smoothie but it kind of just tastes like a protein shake made to taste like a smoothie. So I'm a little disappointed. I wasn't really wanting just a protein shake. I was more looking for a smoothie. It's set up more like a fitness and supplement store than a smoothie place. I was just expecting something slightly different based on how they advertise. read more

Went in when not even 1 other person was in there and the guy was totally rude. I asked for a mass gainer shake and after purchasing I could tell he hardly put any gainer in. Tasted like just fruit and ice. Horrible customer service and then a horrible protein shake. Will never go back. read more

My favorite smoothie shop after the gym! Reasonably priced too compared to the gym cafe.

A healthy alternative to say hitting Starbucks for a frappacino. They offer a wide variety of healthy shakes. The store was clean and the customer service was good. I will return. read more

I was very hesitant to ever step foot into this place until my wife introduce me to their post work out shakes. I honestly thought it was another GNC place where they force you to buy the latest and greatest powders and Energy drinks. This place is way different...friendly staff, always willing to help and answer questions. This has been my immediate stop after my workouts. Nice lil spot for the neighborhood. read more

I Love This Spot. Everyone Is Nice, And The Smoothies Always Make Me Feel Great After A Hard Workout.

I've been coming here at least twice per week for the past year. The staff are so personable and welcoming. They really make an effort to get to know their customers and have my favorite shake memorized (slimmer w/ PB2 and the cappuccino flavor). Getting my regular shake after a good work out and chatting with the staff has become one of the highlights of my week. read more

I have been coming here since this location opened; probably about 2 years ago. The owner and his staff are extremely knowledgeable about their supplements, ingredients included and what to take to achieve the result you're looking for. The shakes are amazing here. Other locations put too much ice or not the right combination of flavor:base ratio. I highly recommend this location for friendly knowledgeable staff...:) read more

So happy I came here instead of GNC, the associate Garret was extremely helpful and friendly. He recommended a delicious iso100 whey and the customer service was above and beyond! Never understood the need for an employee to flex his power over someone who may or may not be an actual customer. Stoped in to use the rest room because I was grabbing some food next door and they didn't have a public restroom. Asked to use the rest room and he directed me to the back. When I was leaving he asked if I needed a shake and I declined, so then he informed me that next time I stopped in there wouldn't be a rest room for me. Nutrition and a solid workout routine has been on the forefront of my mind lately but after this experience with this person, when I'm in the market for weight loss supplies, I'll be sure to take my business elsewhere. If it's such a big deal, make sure you post a sign that rest rooms are for customers only instead of being a dick about it afterwards. read more

Love One Stop Nutrition and was so happy when they opened on 44th street. Great Store has everything you could possibly need for health and nutrition. Seriously the best Smoothie joint in the entire Valley. I've been to a number of OneStop's and this one hands down takes the cake. Not only do they make the worlds greatest smoothies but the customer service at this location is fanominal. The owners name is Tony and he's without a doubt the most helpful person I've met when it comes to nutrition. Personally I go to this location every single day to get my morning smoothie because they're literally that good. If anyone is actually taking the time to read this entire review I've conducted then I highly advise you to go check this place out. read more
