Wanted to update because it's been a while and we do frequent this dispensary for health and wellness items. There was no waiting at our last visit and everyone from the security to the desk person to the actual budtenders are so friendly and helpful. I get our usual items but they are helpful and will talk through your needs and offer suggestions. Don't be afraid to ask questions! They know their products! Cash only so be prepared and they do have an ATM machine available as well, although your bank may charge a fee...the machine does as well. read more

I love this dispensary, and the budtenders are absolutely delightful, always greeting me with a smile while asking how I'm doing. And sometimes, let's face it: as users, we sometimes lose shit and call to ask if we left it behind, only to realize we set it down in a stupid place, yet they never treat me with anything but respect. When I come in, the staff is knowledgeable about the products I need, whether it's for sleep or pain. Then they tell me about the various deals while explaining how each product works. When I check my rewards balance, they tell me what I qualify for while explaining the features for those as well. As a veteran, I appreciate the discount this facility offers because it offsets most of the tax for me. On my most recent visit, I would like to highlight Taurean for her bright smile, upbeat positivity, and outstanding customer service. On my birthday. It was my first time showing up to My Story Cannabis. As I was waiting to be served, I over heard a bud tender explain to a lady it's her first time she gets half off. I then proceeded to my bud tender and was asked what I would like to purchase. I explained I was a first time customer and nothing was mentioned about a discount. I informed him I would like a Half oz that I noticed on their list. The bud tender proceeded to bring me back my options. During the completion of the transaction, I asked if I get a discount for being a first time patient. He informed me that I do, but not for this product because it was already discounted. Which would've been nice to know so I can make a more informed purchase based off of that knowledge. But at this point in time, the product was already in a bag. And it seemed as if to ask him to do his job was Bothersome. I then proceeded to ask for Whatever is offered to patients on their birthday, Which he was aware of, but still chose to avoid informing me that I can receive a free preroll. Until I mentioned it to him. Based off of my experience, I will most likely not go back to this location again there are many other dispensaries that exist in the Arizona Which I frequently visit. I would like to speak to a manager regarding an experience I had tonight at your location. I was very offended and insulted, and straight up flat out disrespected by a bud tender. He appeared to be African American darker skin tones male not sure of his name but this was around approx 730pm when he looked at my medical id for my purchase and flat out called me a man's name I think it was Larry but it really don't even matter the exact name none the less it was a man's name I asked him why he would even do that cuz that's not ok by any means. I have spent a large amount of money at this establishment over a period of time for what apparently just so I can be very disrespected and insulted . I do not appreciate this treatment after all I do Not treat anyone of your staff in this manner and at this point I'm honestly not even sure that I will be returning. I think I will take my business elsewhere I have suffered enough trauma in my life being one of the reasons I do carry my medical mmj card I certainly do not need it when I am attempting to purchase my medication so I can try to calm down from my life. This review is on behalf of a frequent long time customer of the store( since it was called OASIS ) His POV: He goes into the store and there are two girls at the front desk talking to each other and playing on their phones. Didn't greet him at all. He then speaks to them and he was met with no kind of pleasantry. When he leaves, the same occurs. No acknowledgment of any kind. He decides to call the store to speak with a manager about the experience because he is a frequent customer who shops there often! and one of the girls answered the phone HER NAME IS NORMA- he asks " how are you doing " which she replies " what's up ? " very rude, very disrespectful, very condescending. He asked to speak to a manager and she said the manager was in a meeting " that could take all day ". Fairly new patient here, i started going to Oasis because of the concentrate deals. The first time i ever visited this location, the budtender placed my concentrates carefully and upright in the bag and told me to handle with care so they don't flop over. Great. I love that he did that because some dispensaries will just throw them in there. Well the past three visits, my sauce wax has spilled to the top lid and on the white foam that's inside the lids. making half of my wax unusable. It's really disappointing. Normally i wait to get home to open it, but every time i pick up from there i always open my bag as soon as i leave and place them up right. This is the only dispensary that has a clearance section to my knowledge. It is not behind the counter. It is in a customer access area with no sign saying stay out or do not touch anything. The bartenders tell you to go over there and check it out and then when you're going over there to check it out and you're looking, they come out and say you can't touch that They need to communicate and figure it out if you don't want your customers to touch things you told them to go check out don't have a clearance section and don't put it in an accessible area! read more

I'm perplexed as I write this review because I believe I was just scammed by Oasis Dispensary. Today they are running a BUY ONE/GET ONE Deal on Wana Gummies. Per the website, the gummies are marked down to $18. Silly me assumed that I could purchase one $18 box of Wana Gummies and then get the second box for free, right? WRONG I understand Im not privy to all the red tape involved in owning/operating a dispensary but when I attempted to ask the representative, Michelle, for an explanation she very loudly started reviewing the prices/deal with me as if I were a kid in kindergarten or an adult with learning disabilities. I asked for a manager. The way the items are posted online and the price I ended up paying still don't make sense in my opinion but I am grateful that the manager calmly/patiently explained the discrepancy. Unfortunately, I had to interact with Michelle one more time as we finished the transaction. I explained to her that I know she probably deals with dumb questions and/or people all day however I would have appreciated her not getting loud with me during our initial conversation. I was prepared for her to say "sorry" or "Im just having a bad day" instead she looked me straight in the eyes, pointed around to her other coworkers and said "I'm loud, ask any of them, they'll tell you, I'm loud" she did not offer an apology ... no sorry for the misunderstanding.... nothing I advised her that in general, loud speaking can be interpreted as aggression (especially for someone with social anxiety) and she should aim to make her customers feel more comfortable especially if they are seeking to understand how their money is being spent All in all, I like Oasis so I will be back but hopefully I don't have to see Agressive Michelle again. read more

Never bought any drugs. I barely even take OTC. But the wife has mad depression, anxiety, and paranoia. Ended up talking her into trying gummies. Ordered online. Had no idea what to expect. Process is to come in and wait I n.v the lobby until you're called. Then you go back and get what you need. Then they buzz you out. This is important as you need an associate to get you into the room and out. Dont try to get out without the associate and run into the locked door like I did. I give 4 stars because I think the associates should ask if you have questions. Which I would have asked some if prompted. Not all of us know about what we are buying. But instead they just cashed me out and then I went and ran into the door. As for the purchase... wife got gummies and mints. Said half a gummy did nothing for her and that the mints did more. She is switching jobs so waiting for that ship to sail before trying a whole gummy. Said the gunmy had a bad aftertaste but I have no idea if that is normal. read more

Good service, very clean, but they NEVER have Sativa dominant strands in flower or even pre rolls. Super frustrating as a medical patient. They should have enough stock to cater to both recreational AND medical. It just seems like the quality in service and products offered went down the drain when recreational use became legal. Which is no excuse to limit the access medical patients have. Management should do a better job in ordering stock. The teller told me they focus more on indica products as in his opinion sativa isn't popular. if you're looking for sativa dominant products I would not suggest this place. After a three year (MMJ) medical business relationship I have learned key factors for this dispensary. Flower is dry, lower potency, all products are 20% more than most dispensaries, most employees are good except for the tallest employee wished me dead the day before I left country briefly. And the woman that took the liberty to access my personal information to text me about "special deals" which I never authorized. At this time Oasis still owes me credit points. Further, Oasis could not explain the return container for credit program that's located in their lobby. This program still owes me points too as stated in their data base. Oasis might do well to remember MMJ is protected by HIPPA and people 65 and older are members of a "protected class". Abuse of the AZ MMJ system results in license revocation. I received email and text notice my order was ready to just show up. When I arrived I was told my products were not discounted and there were only limited discounts not advertised. Merry Xmas eve...this place is like the grinch They ran a bogo so I ordered online cus I know this place takes forever and the rude girl up front turns me away at 5:40 because their lobby is full and they need to be closed by 6pm. Great customer service you guys have. I asked to speak to the manager she said he's busy and I said I don't care. She then threatened to call the police on me. Are you kidding me?? I'm like 90% sure she didn't want to get the manager because he ploy to go home early might get ruined. Usually I don't have any issues with this dispensary but they just lost a customer. I don't typically order for delivery but due to this Covid-19, I've been doing it a lot lately. They lack of customer service and communication is absurd. Prior to this incident, I've called them times before and they do have a receptionist but it seems as if they're lacking doing the part of their job where phone calls are answered or responding to voicemails. I've just about had it at this point. I placed an online order for delivery and received a text back saying they were not able to make it out that day and they can cancel the order or deliver first thing in the morning. I chose to receive the delivery in the morning. It is now 11:48 AM and still no delivery or follow up from Oasis. I took it upon my self to call them for an update. The first time I called, no answer. Second time I called, the receptionist answered the phone and did not say anything. There was no greeting but she was helping another customer which was fine b/c I don't mind waiting. I continued to say "hello" and instead of a response they hung up in my face. I shouldn't have to sit around and wonder what is going on with my order. I never have this issue when I go in person. I would expect the same care and concern for people who are receiving deliveries. There's another dispensary that I go to in the area and every time I call they answer the phone. I quit going there because they didn't have deals like Oasis but I would rather pay a little more for better customer service. read more

When I called them they never answered or returned my voice messages. When I came in to find out what was going on, I was told they didn't know why it was canceled.
