Oddly enough I could have sworn that I have placed a review on here. But for some reason it went missing. Bottom line: This place is great shop. The price is more than fair. And the staff is top notch. Best part, no shipping required. No RMA labels and to top it off... Face to face service. read more

I bought an expensive vape, and it stopped working the following day. No refund, no replacement. I have been going there for a long time, and they apparently couldn't care less. My business will go to the place down the road from now on unless they do the right thing, but somehow, I sincerely doubt they will, even if they see this. You guys need to do better. Thanks for nothing. read more

Terrible service. Terrible prices. Staff acts annoyed you even came in. Extremely unhelpful and they waste your time. Visit 1: I came in and waited in line (it was just me) while this employee dude was chatting up his friend who came in for 10 minutes before his friend left, then he just says "hey" to me. I asked the guy what was a good recommendation for geek bars and he says to me in an aggressively annoyed tone "You tell me, dude??" which is impressively horrible service lol. Embarrassing. Visit 2: I came in and waited 5 minutes for the woman working to walk out from the back room eating and held up a finger for me to wait for her to finish chewing and swallowing as she paced around behind the counter and im not kidding another 5 minutes for her to be ready to address me. I was the only one inside lol. I wont be back, you guys suck. read more

Beware, this shop does not stand behind the quality of their product. Bought Zyn here which was void of any flavor, they were stale not even a hint of wintergreen upon returning to the shop and requesting a refund I was told I can only exchange for more of their stale product. Even had the employee give it the ole taste test and he agreed. This seems like a silly solution as I am offered more stale product in exchange for the previous batch. If $7 is enough to cause your business to ignore quality control concerns, I think there needs to be some serious evaluating in terms of your business model and the type of service you are committed to provide. Mind you this is the SECOND quality related issue with this place. Previously i bought a 510 vape battery, which faulted the next day, saw the same people working next day, refused refund, this time I didn't have the receipt but hey you literally sold it to me 24 hrs prior. To sum it up if you want bad product sold by people with zero accountability this is the place for you ! read more

Workers get kind of bothered when you ask questions. Main issue was is they have things labeled incorrectly in store for sizing, went home compared to my other product didn't match up, so I had to drive all the way back to get the right product due to the workers error and it being labeled wrong. Extremely frustrating waste of gas and time, you would think a store would have it together. read more

Thank God I found this place! Definitely going to keep coming here. Super clean, kind staff, and great products.

I usually don't like when people try to sell you on a different vape at a shop but Kylie was spot on - totally in love with the off-stamp now. Definitely knows her stuff, thanks for that!! Also, great selection of glassware & solid prices. Highly recommended shop. read more

New owners! Cute, clean shop. Good selection of juices and good prices. Dani helped me today.. she's super friendly and knowledgeable.

This is my go-to spot for consistent inventory, prices that are better than fair but don't bring the typical problems with inconsistent supply, orderliness, cleanliness, and atmosphere, that many of the shops that make the trade off in order to have rock-bottom prices. This shop is always clean, always well-stocked, always in order, and always staffed with one or more members of a team, that is as cool, friendly, f¥@k-withable, and most importantly, capable as any you'll find anywhere. periodic specials and 4/20 type promotions are always well beyond good bang for the buck. Love this place! read more

So recently I had a bad encounter with my old vape shop so one day I was going to frys and saw this vape shop on the corner. So I decided to stop in and wow let me tell you this vape store is absolutely SO clean, organized, and really friendly. The girls that work in there are always super sweet when I take my time. They have a little collection of stickers that I'm actually starting to buy every time I go there because I'm OBSESSED. The prices vary but i usually stick to like 3-4 different brands. I HIGHLY recommend you stopping by read more

If you're wondering why half of the reviews are five stars and the other half or one star it's because the owner probably creates fake accounts to make five stars if you are a smoker please do not go to the store they sell fake Vape's and when I went into ask for a refund they told me no then I proceeded to ask for a manager and the man working there refuse to give me any information and threaten to call the cops for asking for a manager Please save yourself the trouble read more

recently went in for some capes and they are promoting a buy 1 get 1 free with price of 21.99 per unit. but once sale was put in the system the price was 35.89. I understand the person working isn't responsible for pricing but shouldn't advertise something and price not be what is displayed read more

I have been going here for 8 years and there is a distinct difference since it has been under new ownership. The previous staff was courteous and helpful. It is now a chore to go into the shop and I will not be returning after my previous visit. The clerk (Paige) was rude, she sent me away without the proper products, which I had to go back to get. She was rude and condescending. The product I purchased was double the price from what I found on the internet. In an age where we are being asked to support local businesses, I will be taking my business to the online retailers because of this interaction. I hope Moe, the owner sees this and changes his policies, so he doesn't lose more customers. read more

This place is conveniently located next to my apartment but after buying multiple different disposable vapes on multiple occasions, I no longer go here. These disposables must be counterfeit or not handled well because I bought at puff plus's bar at 11am and by 6pm is was already dead. Usually the same vape from red star vapor would last 3 or 4 days . I'm not sucking on it all day , probably 3 or 4 hits every few hours. Wont be going here again. read more

This review is difficult for me to write, because I always want small businesses to succeed, but I'm very unsatisfied with my product I went in the store, and the lady was warm, and tried to be helpful, but here's the issue: When I asked about their juice flavors. They were like "well, we have chameleon, which tastes pretty much like whatever you want it to taste. People say the taste changes", then I asked about other flavors, and once again they mentioned some variation of chameleon, that tastes like whatever you want it to be. I found that to be very gimmicky. It has a taste, I don't know what it is, but I know I don't like it, and I don't want to ever use it again. My suggestion: spend more time making on your recipe's. Calling something "chameleon" because you are having difficulty matching a flavor profile is lazy. I won't be going back for your mystery juice, and I hope you guys improve, but I'm not going back read more

I've bought juice from here ONCE before and I loved it, so I returned for a new flavor and sampled flavors and got was I looking for, but upon arriving home it became cloudy and gross AF. I thought it was my coil so I swapped it out and refilled but It was filled with cloudy mess SMH. I got the watermelon 3ml nic Good luck lol, Waste of a Good Coil I tell you HaHaHa. read more

Vape Land Smoke Shop - Gross!!!! Wasted Coil Thanks a Billion. - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

I was in need of a new filter for my vape pen and called to ask if they had it, but wasn't sure of the exact filter I was needing the manager Angie seemed confident that they had the right one that I was needing. When I went to the store they did not have the filter, I was looking for. Although they had other things that I was needing to purchase. Since they didn't have the filter I was looking for and Angie, The manager gave us a free Vape juice of our choice, since she had told me on the phone that she thought they had the filter that I was needing and that I had driven to the store for that reason. Because of Angie I returned to the store to buy filters again and while at the store I decided to buy another Vape pen. There was an employee there that wasn't very helpful. And I purchased the Vape pen and went outside to get my wife and came back into the store and ended up purchasing another Vape pen for her. I then wanted to exchange the first vape pen that I purchased minutes ago that was unused to a more expensive vape pen but was unable to do so because they have a no return policy. And the reason I was told I was unable to exchange it was because I had left the store. This was very upsetting because all I wanted to do was exchange the brand new unused vape pen that I had purchased minutes ago, but was unable to do so! I was extremely frustrated and upset, because I couldn't exchange the vape pen to a more expensive pen. I would have been more understanding if the employee had given me a different reason other then saying that they wouldn't exchange the pen for the fact that I had left the store. I would give Vape Land 5 stars if it wasn't for this last experience and wish Angie had been there to help or advise me on my options and would have purchased the same Vape pen that I got my wife. read more

Staff was relatively helpful but not as knowledgeable as I had hoped. Items were very overpriced, 20 dollars for batteries I went home and bought online for 5 dollars, I bought a protank mini for 25 because I wanted it that day but should have just bought it online and waited 2-3 days I'm sure I could find it somewhere for 10-15 dollars. Liquids were 10 dollars for 10 ml bottles. As far as the liquids go I'm unimpressed. The flavor was a little weak, the vapor production was okay, and it had an decent throat hit. Not terrible but not all that good. I bought a watermelon and coffee flavor, I prefer the coffee of the two but I will likely just shelf them for now, maybe they will age well. I asked what their return policy was if something was wrong with the tank and he said something along the lines of "We don't have one but if something is wrong bring it in and we'll fix it" the tank was fine so not an issue but it seemed a little odd to me, why not have an in store credit only policy or something of the like. While the location is incredibly convenient and I usually prefer the instant satisfaction of b&m shopping I will not be a return customer. read more

House juices only. Person working spoke unfavorably about other vape stores in the valley, stating they used "poor quality ingredients in their juices" when explaining why his prices were higher. No professionalism, no class, no thank you. read more

This place has helped me to stop smoking cigs which I think is awesome. I also love the customer service they give. They have really cool looking Vapes. I was for sure getting a girlie one and I did. After purchasing a rebuildable atomizer from here (very overpriced) I couldn't get it to work. I went back in (three times) for help, and received absolutely no assistance. They made sure I knew that they didn't know about rebuildables, but there were some other basic knowledge vaping things they didn't know. I was asked the difference between different resistance atomizer heads. Also they are overpriced across the board (juices are medium quality and high price). Though it may be tempting for people who live in ahwatukee, a drive to xhale vapor lounge or butt out, or even ordering online will be well worth it. read more

Almost skipped this place because of the bad reviews on yelp. Glad I went in today. Very friendly and helpful staff, answered all my questions and got me set up with a new vape and the accessories I needed. Their prices were inline with other places I called. Don't know what all the bad reviews are about place is nice and friendly and helpful service staff. Price for two starter kits great ($40). Excited about new purchase. Like that there is a rewards program. Suggestion for staff though would be to have asked if had any discounts or offers and when it was mentioned should have taken off bill or been compensated so leave with a strong desire to come back/not try a different place. Also to remind customer to use reward card - not make customer have to remember. But other than that very pleased overall. read more

Vape Land is the only e cig boutique that I will go to for honest, affordable service and high-quality, luxurious products. The expert e cig enthusiasts that run this local chain are super friendly and helpful. The owner helped me find the best products to customize my e cig and get everything I wanted on my budget. I've tried three or four other e cig stores in the east valley and puffed off my friends' e cigs, and this place has THE BEST liquids, made locally! I loved the great selection and super high quality of the liquid which has much less glycerine (filler) than other products that I have tried. This is the only e cig place that I will go to anymore. Thanks, Vape Land! read more

My wife and I stopped in a while back, and it was both the first time, and last time. We have been vaping for over 3 years now, and I have been DIYing much (but not all) of our juice for well over a year. In short....we are not noobs, whether it comes to hardware, or juice. Although the shop itself is very nice, the service we received made us think we were at a used car dealership. The employee was trying such a hard sell on their house juice, it was borderline sad. Even after I explained to him that I had been DIYing for quite some time, and was very familiar with juice ingredients (PG/VG/flavorings/nicotine/etc), he still tried to tell us that the nicotine they used in their house juice was so high quality, you needed a special license to buy it. I asked him if he meant the strength/purity was above 100mg, thus the need for the license, he stated no, the special license was based on the quality of the nicotine. Sorry, but if a vendor tries to flat-out bs me 10 minutes into my first visit, I won't be back. read more

The worst customer service in the world. The owner cares nothing about repeat customers. The staff is inexperienced! I would give no stars if I could. I highly don't recommend this place. Do yourself a favor and don't ever stop into this Vape Land!!!! read more

After reading the 3 negative reviews I would think they are from the competition. Reason being, I have been treated fairly by Tarik when he was at a different shop. I think the reviewers are being unreasonable. Anyone with a brain knows there is a price for the convenience of having the product when you want it as opposed to online purchases. Also the owner is paying rent and employees. Imagine if on top of that some of his employees are unreasonable whiners who add to his expenses with their personal issues. I see Tarik responded to one of the reviewers and you can tell he is someone willing to work out an issue a reasonable customer has. Keep up the good work Vape Land. Regards, Vaper read more

I followed all the directions online and still couldn't figure out this thing -- I am one of those people who breaks electronics just by looking at them, so usually I'm high-key embarrassed to ask for help at shops. The staff here was SO cool about it -- they didn't make me feel like a bother for coming back in confused, and I *especially* appreciate that they didn't make me feel like a dang idiot for not figuring out how to use it on my own. The guy at the desk legitimately knew the product better than its manufacturer's website! 10/10 will shop there again. read more

I absolutely hate this place and I will never return. I went there for a second time a year later, because it's the only place in the area. I would rather start smoking again then experience anything with these people ever again. Service is horrible. They are pushy, over priced, know it all's in which my case were wrong. You ask for one thing, they try to sell you five more. It's like the people that harass you at the kiosks at the mall. No means no. The owner needs a lesson in customer service, big time. I do not recommend. read more
