Deli flower went away because of the Covid lie, and I am please to see that the flower shop has finally brought it back. It's so nice to be able to smell what you are getting before you buy it. I have changed my mind about selections a couple of times due to the smell. The specials here are frequently very good, so if you are on a budget watch for their deals. Bud Tender came back and said I would have to wait over half an hour for the special price. I complained to the manager Chris, but he refused to honor the price I was quoted. I've been going here since I got my medical marijuana card. The people who've helped me have always been really nice. But I was having trouble finding a good topical. I pretty much tried them all til I found something that worked perfectly for me!!! Then yesterday, what a difference!!!! They'd made new changes, security at the door, everything was different. I couldn't get my regular stuff that works so well. The only thing I could think caused this was them getting ready to serve the public too. In honor of 420, figured a shout out to my favorite dispensary was in order. Super clean and professional shop, all of the Budtenders are very knowledgeable. I'm not a smoker:dabber, etc. Mostly I get a strain for anxiety and pain, and make my own edibles. The shop does have an extensive variety of edibles, with varying strength, keep that in mind because from batch to batch, I've had varying results. The peach gummies are my favorite. All of their products are loaded on an IPad, and your orders are processed quickly and efficiently. I bought a cartridge here LAST NIGHT. When I got home and tried the cartridge, I realized it was bad. When I took it back TONIGHT, they said they couldn't take the cartridge back and instead offered me a 20% discount towards a new one. I felt like the discount was a slap in the face as I'm not willing to pay anything and risk being stuck with another bad cartridge. read more

My wife and I have been using this dispensary, along with others, for several years. After the last time, they lost us as a customer. It's just a build up of a lot of things. For one, they are WAY higher priced for the exact same products as the other dispensaries near us. Like 50% higher, in some cases. For example, my wife had bought a product at Sky, only to find out that another dispensary had it for 40% cheaper. She asked that dispensary why it was so cheap, and the other dispensary told us that that brand had recently reduced prices. So she called up Sky to inquire about why they had priced it so high when the prices were supposed to come down, and Sky's story was they had bought it for more, so they'd continue selling it at the higher price until they sold out of that stock. Well we're not about to pay 40% too much for something just because they made a bad purchase. It's called the cost of doing business. They refused to exchange or refund the product. On top of that, the only reason my wife bought that overpriced product was because the employee at Sky gave her incorrect information about competing products she was actually intending to buy. Again, we had to get the correct information somewhere else, in this case from the vendor. Also, their deals are poor. Other competing dispensaries send me texts and emails and their deals are good and they tell you the truth. As another Yelper noted, Sky omits key details from their deals that they spring on you when you show up, like that the sale flower is tiny, low-quality buds and not their normal product. And finally, their selection is poor. They seem to be pushing their own low-quality Sky brand products, and over time cutting other competing brands from their inventory. We don't like their brand, so pass. So if they mostly only carry their own crappy stuff, have uneducated employees, and WAY overprice everything, why would we go back here? There's too many other good options to stick with Sky. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else. Your wallet will thank you. read more

I went to this location on Tuesday, 2/21/23, looking to spend a nice pretty penny before the 10pm close time. I arrived at 9:45pm, to a short blonde woman and a taller gentleman walking trash out to the dumpster together. I got out of my car and was walking to the door, and they both stopped to tell me they were closed. I said, "It shows you close at 10pm." The short blonde said, "Yeah, sorry, but we close the lobby at 9:45pm, so we can take the trash out and close up." I said, I knew exactly what I wanted and was going to send approx $300." They refused to serve me and told me to come back tomorrow. I have been coming there since they opened and they refused to help me. Mind you, it is now 9:50pm. I was pissed. I left and went to Mint, and I am glad I did. They had 1/2 oz for $40! No lie, and they are opened til midnight during the week and Thursday-Sunday. They are 24hrs! Save your time and money and drive 2 more miles to Mint at Baseline and Priest. read more

The road dawg flower was amazing. However the sky brand candy was the worst candy I've ever had. Disgusting taste of bho And effects were very minimal.. after going back and spending another $200 on flower. This dispensary is hidden in the tukee. Upon walking in, there is a nice waiting room. Behind the glass stands an employee taking your information. Once being admitted behind the glass, there are tables with small tablets with information about the strains with small samples to look at and smell. Nice. This time I did some research on helpful strains for me. It's hard not to go crazy and buy out the whole store. Since this was my first visit to the dispensary, I got some free flower and a hand rolled. I do have my eye on a little dab for next visit! A def place to return to! read more

I purchased a timeless cartridge here and when I opened it, it was almost empty so I called them and they said they would replace it whenever I could come in, since I live out of town I thought I had time. So I went there today and they not only didn't honor what they said on the phone about replacing it, they said it wasn't even a timeless cartridge because it had a black mouthpiece and timeless doesn't make them that way, well timeless also shouldn't make them empty or I wouldn't have been there getting it replaced. They also said they had a 30 day warranty and it had been more than 30 days, why didn't the lady on the phone let me know about this then? They basically told me it wasn't a timeless cartridge and to take it up with the Timeless company but if they would have looked at the bottom of it, they would have seen the Jupiter Ccell writing and number like all the rest of them have! When I went and got the original cartridge for the timeless deals they had, it was my first time going there and now last! And to top it off, it says on the door that they will check your temperature, they checked the guy before me when he went back but they didn't check mine. Unprofessional place. read more

Please do not go to this dispensery! I was just there last week and bought a 1000 ml vape cartridge for 70$. It started to leak in my pocket (and ruined a pair of pants) so i called the front desk and was told to come right in and they would exchange it for me no problem. When i arrive at the clinic im greeted by the same lady who rang me up last time. We even said hi to each other and talked about how she makes her own personal copper jewelry. Which she told me all about on my previous trip. But according to their shady computer system they have never seen me before as a patient. I have been to their mesa location numerous times and this location last week! She proceded to tell me that she could do absolutely nothing for me even though i was promised a return on the phone. Her best offer was since they have no record of me ever being a patient they would give me a first time patient special! Why would i want to buy more from a store that sells me 70$ faulty products and than lies to me about me ever being a patient! Its definitely illegal in Arizona to not keep accurate transaction records when dealing with medical Marijuana. Go anywhere but here.
