My girlfriend drove to Story Dispensary this morning. Once we got to the parking lot she said, "Wait, why are we here? Flower shop." We then backed out of the parking lot and drove to flower shop. New go-to shop. Flower sold deli style. Friendly, knowledgeable budtenders. Lots of options. Just wish y'all carried rolling papers. Edit: when we got to the store. We made our normal purchase and got a plant for free. This place is great. read more

Every employee that i've met at this flower shop location in ahwatukee has been cool, but when i came in tonight there was a long line, two cashiers, and one employee who was watching the other employees struggle to get the line down while he "swept" and customers grew impatient. I didn't catch the name of the employee but he/she/they was about 5'5 with long straight brown hair and a black beanie. Bad look for business, dispensary employees are usu helpful and kind. read more

Talk about the best customer service available. Every single human in there is the coolest person I've ever met even at 9:59 PM. THEY HAVE THE BEST WEED at the best prices if you're going anywhere else you're silly. read more

Long lines, staff doesn't care and the worst experience I've had at a dispensary. They've got plenty of cash registers (20) and only 2 people working the counter. And there's at least 15 to 20 people in line. read more

Deli flower went away because of the Covid lie, and I am please to see that the flower shop has finally brought it back. It's so nice to be able to smell what you are getting before you buy it. I have changed my mind about selections a couple of times due to the smell. The specials here are frequently very good, so if you are on a budget watch for their deals. Keep up the good work guys. read more

Do not use this dispenser you will stand in line for over 2 hours even if you have a f****** online order they favoritism the walk-ins and even when they think a girl is hot they'll take them before you it's complete b******* and the line needs to be fixed they do not know how to alternate read more

Nice selection, great prices, and friendly, helpful service. I consider it an hidden in plain sight gem.

Friendly professional staff! Alton, Jake and recently Chris usually help me. There are some others also but those guys particularly are always friendly and treat me great. The deli selection is always excellent and fresh. I highly recommend stopping in! Thank you guys read more

Made a pickup order but once there they called several walk ins before me who had arrived after me. Once I was finally called the transaction took a total of 2 minutes which could've gotten me out of their hair much sooner if they prioritized the pickup line like I thought they were supposed to. read more

BAIT & SWITCH here earlier today. I was offered an eighth of Dr. Greenthumb flower for a special $8 price after a long line wait. Bud Tender came back and said I would have to wait over half an hour for the special price. I complained to the manager Chris, but he refused to honor the price I was quoted. Free pre-roll is not enough here, should have got what I was offered at the price quoted, end of story. read more

Tried visiting again tonight for the (Med) bogo on Baked Bros. First stated" Its only for Phx location, I said it clearly shows all three locations on website. Then budtender and team state we dont have deal anymore. I said, I did it online with notes showing bogo. You obviously, have it, you filled my order. Then they stated they were out of the 300mg deal and it wasn't the location, you just opened my bag?!?!?!? I've now walked out twice from either a incompetent staff or deal....please get help quick, your failing! Please don't apologize unless your willing to actually fix it. read more

This is the place for MMJ users for sure, a good selection of products that are proven and of great quality. Unlike most dispensaries the THC content is much higher for a lesser price. The building is brand new renovated, clean with a very personable, friendly staff. The manager, Manny is by far the best advisor on product. This is the guy that really makes this place unique. He's a great guy that makes the staff so outstanding. Anyone at the Flower Store is very capable and they ALWAYS look for discounts. This is a well ran business and I intend to continue business for years to come. It would be a profound mistake to go anywhere else. Thank you, Manny and ALL The Flower Store staff! STRONGLY RECOMMENDED read more

I've been going here since I got my medical marijuana card. The people who've helped me have always been really nice. But I was having trouble finding a good topical. I pretty much tried them all til I found something that worked perfectly for me!!! Then yesterday, what a difference!!!! They'd made new changes, security at the door, everything was different. I couldn't get my regular stuff that works so well. The only thing I could think caused this was them getting ready to serve the public too. I'll miss the quiet shopping atmosphere and being able to get what I came for. Hopefully once public and medical, it won't read more

Been a frequent flyer since the remodel! Love the security team and the bud tenders, always a pleasure to see everyone. Deals are great!

I have been going to the Flower Shop for a few years. The bud tenders are always very helpful and so nice! My experiences with the shop have been nothing but great. read more

In honor of 420, figured a shout out to my favorite dispensary was in order. Super clean and professional shop, all of the Budtenders are very knowledgeable. I'm not a smoker:dabber, etc. Mostly I get a strain for anxiety and pain, and make my own edibles. The shop does have an extensive variety of edibles, with varying strength, keep that in mind because from batch to batch, I've had varying results. The peach gummies are my favorite. All of their products are loaded on an IPad, and your orders are processed quickly and efficiently. The building is behind Circle K, across from Bagel Man/EOS plaza, shares a car park with Four Points South Mountain. read more

My wife and I have been using this dispensary, along with others, for several years. After the last time, they lost us as a customer. It's just a build up of a lot of things. For one, they are WAY higher priced for the exact same products as the other dispensaries near us. Like 50% higher, in some cases. For example, my wife had bought a product at Sky, only to find out that another dispensary had it for 40% cheaper. She asked that dispensary why it was so cheap, and the other dispensary told us that that brand had recently reduced prices. So she called up Sky to inquire about why they had priced it so high when the prices were supposed to come down, and Sky's story was they had bought it for more, so they'd continue selling it at the higher price until they sold out of that stock. Well we're not about to pay 40% too much for something just because they made a bad purchase. It's called the cost of doing business. They refused to exchange or refund the product. On top of that, the only reason my wife bought that overpriced product was because the employee at Sky gave her incorrect information about competing products she was actually intending to buy. Again, we had to get the correct information somewhere else, in this case from the vendor. Also, their deals are poor. Other competing dispensaries send me texts and emails and their deals are good and they tell you the truth. As another Yelper noted, Sky omits key details from their deals that they spring on you when you show up, like that the sale flower is tiny, low-quality buds and not their normal product. And finally, their selection is poor. They seem to be pushing their own low-quality Sky brand products, and over time cutting other competing brands from their inventory. We don't like their brand, so pass. So if they mostly only carry their own crappy stuff, have uneducated employees, and WAY overprice everything, why would we go back here? There's too many other good options to stick with Sky. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else. Your wallet will thank you. read more

I bought a cartridge here LAST NIGHT. When I got home and tried the cartridge, I realized it was bad. When I took it back TONIGHT, they said they couldn't take the cartridge back and instead offered me a 20% discount towards a new one. I felt like the discount was a slap in the face as I'm not willing to pay anything and risk being stuck with another bad cartridge. read more

No joke this is my go to dispensary. The staff is so great and personable every time I come in. The app makes it so easy to order ahead and even pay using on online checking account. The house cartridges and flower are worth every penny. They have deals that will save you ton almost 5 days a week! There's really no reason to go anywhere else. I love it here read more

I went to this location on Tuesday, 2/21/23, looking to spend a nice pretty penny before the 10pm close time. I arrived at 9:45pm, to a short blonde woman and a taller gentleman walking trash out to the dumpster together. I got out of my car and was walking to the door, and they both stopped to tell me they were closed. I said, "It shows you close at 10pm." The short blonde said, "Yeah, sorry, but we close the lobby at 9:45pm, so we can take the trash out and close up." I said, I knew exactly what I wanted and was going to send approx $300." They refused to serve me and told me to come back tomorrow. I have been coming there since they opened and they refused to help me. Mind you, it is now 9:50pm. I was pissed. I left and went to Mint, and I am glad I did. They had 1/2 oz for $40! No lie, and they are opened til midnight during the week and Thursday-Sunday. They are 24hrs! Save your time and money and drive 2 more miles to Mint at Baseline and Priest. read more

My favorite Ahwatukee dispensary! This is my go to spot for good deals! I love their selections! Sky Ahwatukee!!!!!!!! Love sky

The road dawg flower was amazing. However the sky brand candy was the worst candy I've ever had. Disgusting taste of bho And effects were very minimal.. after going back and spending another $200 on flower. We told them we didn't like the candies and they instructed us to leave a review as that was all we could do. Very rude poor customer service.. won't be going back ever again. Too many options to be treated like that. read more

Great location. Cool staff great meds. I'll be back over and over. You'll enjoy stop in and treat yourself.

Pleasantly surprised. I went to this location when it used to be Sunflower. I was not happy with Sunflower but thought I'd give Sky a try. Great first time patient BOGO deals. Staff was much friendlier, knowledgeable and the overall look and feel was cleaner than Sunflower. The building itself isn't glamorous and not aesthetically pleasing but if interior design isn't a concern .. haha, I would recommend this place. read more

Disliked my visit. The building is secluded and dingy to say the least. Atmosphere was boring and they had the Ceilings repaired while customers are coming and going. Very unhealthy for patients with underlying conditions. First time patient specials are useless. $50 for the house 1/8ths. That's 100+ for a quad, that's highway robbery. Hell , your local dealer would give you a half ounce for 100+. Never returning. read more

Lame ass greedy management sends a text special sale of "select strains" which in reality are lesser, smaller popcorn buds. Classic bait and switch. The budtender offered me their regular priced flower as an alternative. LMAO. I walked out without spending a dime. I'll shop at Mint tommorow and drop $300-$400. Sky GFY!!! read more

Staff is nice but uneducated and products are overpriced. They have bad sales where they offer discounts but don't tell you they mark it up to give the discount that day. They secretly erase bulk pricing on discount days so instead of giving you 15% off they charge you 10% more first. I tried to explain this to management but either they didn't respond or was so defensive she couldn't even understand what I was saying (literally happened). I have not returned since. I was a regular here for 2 years, I have stopped spending my money here and advised my community of card holding friends to also not return. I asked for upper management to contact me and not even a response. Sad. read more

This is my favorite dispensary so far. Its nice, clean, and full of great things. People first, everyone is very nice. Always. You get personal attention from a cashier/salesman, who seems assigned to one patient at a time. Service couldnt be better than that. Oh, sorry it can. They remember you. The second time your there. they have house made concentrates at way under the local average price. But dont bitch if they ran out before you got there. Thats your fault. I mean, i told you what was up, if you didnt jump on it, thats your bad. You can buy some third party wax. good flower too. Skywalker og, girl scout cookies, bay cut girl scout cookies, thin mint. Romulan. Yep. Romulan. If you got some romulan, i know where from , cuz i got it from only 2 places. And one of those places was sunflower. I got all of these strains at sunflower. now, im not sayin they do this for everybody, but for me, every time i spend 420$, they give me 30$ credit. But they know me over there. read more

This dispensary is hidden in the tukee. Upon walking in, there is a nice waiting room. Behind the glass stands an employee taking your information. Once being admitted behind the glass, there are tables with small tablets with information about the strains with small samples to look at and smell. Nice. This time I did some research on helpful strains for me. It's hard not to go crazy and buy out the whole store. Since this was my first visit to the dispensary, I got some free flower and a hand rolled. I do have my eye on a little dab for next visit! A def place to return to! read more
