I recently moved not far from this dispensary, and my roommate has been a fan for ages - I can see why. The staff are really helpful and I feel like they're knowledgeable about what strain is best for what intent. They recently renovated the store and now instead of the product being behind the counter, it is displayed on the walls and around the check out area. I really like this change as I feel like I can take my time and actually *see* the product instead of hoping for the best after buying online. On top of that, their deals are suuuuuuuuper rad. Every day of the week there is something else on sale - there's literally something for everyone at a really solid price. Another thing worth mentioning is their point system. Even when you buy the product at a sale price, the points you earn are as if you paid full price. It's really neat. *Also - if you buy any merch and wear it in, you get a free house preroll. The location is tucked away a bit in a strip of shops, but parking is a cinch and the dispo isn't usually too crazy (and when it is, the staff help navigate so it's not an issue). As with most dispensaries, they do accept card payments and have an ATM on site. The card reader rounds up to the nearest $5 and there's a fee as well ($3.50, maybe?). A way around that is their aeropay option - this links to your bank account and allows you to prepay for the pickup. I absolutely recommend zen leaf, but particularly this location! read more

I am beyond frustrated with this Zen Leaf location on Chandler Blvd. I've been a regular customer here for 4-5 years, consistently buying around 8 grams every 30-45 days, often in back‑to‑back transactions. I have receipts proving this has never been an issue--until now. This time, I ordered 10 grams of concentrate, split into two 5‑gram orders. Both orders were filled without any problem. Then I was suddenly told I could only buy 5 grams total. When a manager was brought over, he said I could complete two transactions as long as I walked outside and came back in. I said that was completely fine--it's manageable and has been done before. Then the cashier immediately contradicted him and said I could only be sold 5 grams for the entire day. When I pointed out that the manager had just said something different, he backed down and said, "If that's what she said, then that's what it is." So the rules changed again, on the spot, and they refused to complete an order they had already filled. That alone is ridiculous--but this follows a pattern. I had a similar issue 3-4 years ago, involving staff refusing to honor the veteran discount with sale items. That issue involved some of the same people, and one of them was later removed from the front of the store. Ever since then, whenever certain employees are involved, there are problems. This does not feel accidental. It feels targeted. I am a combat veteran, I use a wheelchair, and I was simply trying to make one trip so I wouldn't have to come back for over a month due to pain and mobility issues. None of that mattered. Instead of resolving the problem, they doubled down and even brought in another manager for no reason. This store does not apply rules consistently, does not respect long‑term customers, and clearly has no issue treating veterans poorly. I am done with this location and this company. I will never be back. To other veterans and medical patients in the Phoenix area: be aware of how this place operates and consider taking your business somewhere that actually values you. Nice because you can check things out easily and was helped by a friendly person who showed me where my product was...now keeping it in the fridge, which I do at home as well. I am very upset about Zen leaf that I've been going to for over five years. They now make you I have to spend double to get the same amount of money off. I've been a VIP member for years and now I have to pay double to get the same amount off, which is ridiculous and also now all the team members have to share their tips at the end of the night. That is absolutely insane. They deserve those tips. It's further for their personality and how helpful they are and they do not need to share those. Shout out to ANTHONY for having stellar customer service! I am not a smoker and have not been inside of here before, but have always been kinda curious honestly. When I was asked to stop here to grab something, I took the risk of going inside expecting it to smell, and to be smokey. (coming from a non smoker) it wasn't nearly as rough as expected! It was far from smokey inside and smells kinda sweet. Anthony the cashier, and weed expert was awesome and has the best personality!!! Anthony educated me as he knew that I've never been here and didn't smoke( by the lost puppy look on my face). As much as I love Territory, Zen is not Territory. I've definitely seen a decline in flower, the amenities provided for employees and their family&friends, and customer service, sadly. Usually the budtenders will show you the flower as they confirm your order, but I understand now why he didn't show it to me at the counter. It's so stemmy and for $45. Discounts or not, it's unfortunate to charge so much for stems. Corporate has officially taken over :( I started writing the part above when I was here Saturday. Today, I decided I won't be driving the 30 minutes from downtown Phoenix because they not only removed the friends and family, removed the rewards system and DA discount is only 10%. The flower pumped out by Sonoran Roots has been average the last couple months and it's so expensive. It smells more like tea than weed. I've been enjoying Aeriz and Abundant Organic but it's still expensive here and 10% just isn't worth it, sadly. Still love the leftover staff from the past few years but slowly, they're all trickling out of Zen. It's just not Territory anymore and it truly shows. Supporting local means a lot to me and now it's corporate. Kind of a bummer. I've been loyal to Territory and had amazing experiences with the OGs but time to find something closer, cheaper and consistent. read more

This business sells bunk product, especially from Hi Klas.. you take a dab and just about cough up a lung from the poor quality. I purchased a battery for the wax cartridge and it didn't even last me a week. The manager said he'd deduct $15 from my next purchase but that's not how good business work. He should've given me my money back and I had to make a scene to be given $15 worth of their shit product.
