They send out specials for products they don't have. I went and the guy said nope we don't have that and never did but maybe another location does. I can't drive all over town looking for a location that actually has any product. read more

I previously wrote a review giving Zen Leaf three stars of five! So very happy I had the opportunity to clear up my take on a baby child being in the dispensary.. My thoughts were age appropriate settings for children however I didn't take into account that Zen leaf it's also a medical dispensary. We take our Children to the pharmacy with us.... Zen Leaf is a pharmacy of sort. I enjoy the service, friendliness, professionalism, an knowledge of Zen Leaf's staff. read more

They are lying sacks of shit at this location! They offer a promotion one day and then deny the next day. I do not appreciate being lied to. If you have a legitimate reason to not honor an established sale, just be honest and don't try to give some ridiculous bs excuse. Whoever the weasely little boy manager on duty last night was really needs to work on his people skills. This is NOT the way to run a business‍ read more

This business sells bunk product, especially from Hi Klas.. you take a dab and just about cough up a lung from the poor quality. I purchased a battery for the wax cartridge and it didn't even last me a week. The manager said he'd deduct $15 from my next purchase but that's not how good business work. He should've given me my money back and I had to make a scene to be given $15 worth of their shit product. Don't come to this store as it's shitty and they'll treat you like you're the problem when it's clearly this location that is the issue. read more

This is hands down the absolute WORST dispo in Arizona and probably the whole country for that matter. Employees are rude, don't know how to communicate in a professional manner. I am disgusted by this place. if you love weed like me I urge you to take your money elsewhere. Avoid every Zen dispo like the plague because that's exactly the reputation they've earned! read more

Update !!! This place is awesome!! They entered me in for a raffle and I won a huge gift bag worth of stuff today easily worth a few hundred bucks. I went to pick it up and Nick was super awesome. If you don't go to this place you really should. Between stuff like this and rewards they really take a care of the patients read more

I came in for indicas and walked out with sativas. What could have been as simple as a 25 dollar exchange and us admitting that we both could've paid more attention to the order - I was told that they cannot refund the product unless it is defective and that they will be willing to take 25% off my next order. Hitting the tax exempt button does not rectify the situation. I weighed my options and decided to skip off to their competition up the street. I had a significantly better experience. read more

Incompetent staff couldn't seem to ring up the order, after 4-5 attempts and 3-4 trips to the back room to fix the computers. They don't take cards like every other dispensary, which wouldn't be that big of a deal if they could get the price right. They'll tell you one price, so you go to the ATM to get cash, then they re-ring your entire order and it comes out $60 more than the original price, so you have to go back to the ATM? Just go elsewhere and save yourself the frustration. read more

I like this place, they always have the bud I'm looking for plus the budtenders are very knowledgeable on the product I'm looking for. They are very attentive and friendly. This is my go to place. Check it out! read more

Big corporation taking advantage of cannabis tropes, while viewing their products as morally indefensible. Sales prices that come out to Pennie's less than everyday prices to artificially drive traffic. Customer service is nearly nonexistent and managers are both rude and free with misinformation about policies. Rather than try to rectify a situation, their basic go to is "well, you can go somewhere else ‍" upon attempting to communicate feedback to corporate, I was told there is no way and that the support email was the only way to go. No wonder barely anyone stays working there for more than a month or so. read more

This was my favorite dispensary for a LONG time but sadly since the recreational law passed, they've made no attempt to differentiate their medical customers from the recreational users other than forming lines which results in two separate lines for entry that move at a snails pace. The frustration only grows when you finally make it inside to realize the line outside could possibly move faster if all the employees weren't aimlessly walking from counter to counter and talking to eachother while the patients and users anxiously wait for their name to be called. It also doesn't matter if you order ahead, order online, or order when you get there--- you're still going to wait and wait awhile, friend. It doesn't matter if you have glaucoma, fibromyalgia, or just bad back pain--you're still going to wait right along with the individual looking to smoke while they play video games... they may even go before you. Ridiculous. read more

This place is THE WORST! If you have all day to wait for them to retrieve your order (90 mins), then go wait in line (15 mins) followed by another wait in your car (45 mins), it's totally your choice. I, however, know of lots of other places around PHX with EXCELLENT service & quality products. STAY AWAY! Go to the Flower Shop or Oasis-- they are close and wonderful to deal with. read more

Deuce is the man. Extremely helpful 10/10 customer service. This guy deserves a raise.

Beware buyers! Don't settle for crappy service. If your first person you go to doesn't want to inform you of your choices, and shows you the computer screen after I already asked him about the item we wanted, ask for another advisor! We come in here to be educated on the items you have, not look at the computer to figure it out. I guess I could of taken time and looked it all up before coming in but then why would you need these advisors? Might as well have a vending machine! Oh and the other thing, don't have a conversation with your significant other about being dissatisfied with the help because workers have big ears and run to the manager. Manager follows us to our new advisor thinking we are bad people I guess without even approaching us to ask why we were dissatisfied with the first guy? All they want is your money. Find another place! There are plenty around the corner that will treat ya better! Loyalty is earned. read more

This is one of the nicer dispensary locations in Chandler and offers a huge selection of products. The staff is always very helpful and friendly in making suggestions. The only reason I didn't give 5-stars is because of their prices being higher than other places in Tempe and Scottsdale. read more

I love this place. The staff is always very friendly & helpful and the selections are great! The only dispo I go to!

This is the third time I have visited Territory Dispensary and each time I have found all the service agents very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. During my last visit Victoria at reception was super pleasant and made me feel welcome. They follow Covid protocol and seem to have a wide variety of products. With Covid there might be a line outside so best to visit before noon on a weekday! read more

First time visiting this location today. Rachel knocked it out of the park with her stellar customer service and patient care. She went above and beyond listening to my health concerns and helping me find appropriate solutions for all of my ailments. If you are seeking awesome customer care and large variety of products- LOOK NO FURTHER! I can't wait to go back to pick up the CBD ointment for my arthritis. read more

My favorite medication station. Staff always upbeat and ready to help. They always give great advice on stains and what would be best for my condition. Thanks guys and gals. read more

i wanted to like zen leaf because it's a convenient location. however their stock is consistently made up of lower thc products. they no longer track loyalty points since becoming zen leaf the budtender often have no insights on the strains or the strain listing are completely off base i.e indicas listed as sativa or hybrid. i encourage you to check them against allbud or leafly. the grossest offense is that they will give you the wrong items. you will get home and realize and customer service will not support you. i just hung up and was advised to check my bad before leaving next time. Mind you this is the 3rd time this has happened with this dispensary. typically i'd just drive back up there ,i shouldn't have to do that. but yea lady i'm going to fight with this insanely difficult plastic bag to verify that the cashier has the capability to properly bag 2 items. there are so many dispensaries to choose from. go elsewhere beloved read more

I spend alot of money HERE.got a bad cartridge and brought it back spoken with a manger Vince. We spoke about the situation, i was told they had no more on the rocks live Rosin cartridges ,if i wanted a house product which was not near as good as what i ordered, i told.him is it as good he stated no. So I waited.few weeks went back they still didnt have it, went back a few weeks later asked again and remind you i live 25 miles away. Trys to offer me same deal giving me something of lesser value. I bought something and told him i would wait still .now its about a month i go in ask of the on the rocks cartridges are in yet same answer No and the manager Vince comes out same story no cartridge. I then say i will wait still and what are the prices after tax on timless he states he doesnt know its 65 plus tax i stated i thought it was 45 plus tax he then said well of you knew why the fuck are you asking me. Wow like i told him there is no reason for a manager to treat a payong costomer this way. I gave him no attitude or reason to talk to me in that tone and loudly as he did workers and costomers froze in shock as well as i did. I am not saying the costomer is always right but in no situation is a management supposed to handle any situation like that . Even if i was cussing at him and making a scene which i was not he did that for the both of us.. i called.it in 3 times askong to talk to corporate. They said they will not be giving me a call back and not let me know how the situation gets handled. I stated well then i dont want to but im going to have to put a bad review up im not going to just sit here and let this be ok...so im not shopping there anymore my family won't eaither or friends . Too many dispensaries out here with better deals and closer i might add to be treated this way. I really liked that place never had a problem until now. I will no longer be going there horrible management read more

I have to say this place know how to treat some one form there first time Special to just her daily great deals I love this place I can walk into this place knowing that I can get an quality eighth for about $25. And they have the brands I love from Duchies Item 9 to Krova edibles. read more

Best staff ever and so knowledgeable. Two best are Micaylee and Micayla. Quick in and out service and great options

This place rocks it's right off the freeway and the specials and flour are always awesome! Wreck available now too! I love you

This is my go to spot always fast an good meds shot out to Amanda she's my favorite bud tender there by far

I don't see why the rating is so low!! And I've been going here for about a year I'm from cali and I've tried almost every dispo around chandler, and I honestly feeling like this is my go to place to pick up....all these negative reviews from a whole bunch of Karen's.....I have never never ever had a issue they are always so friendly and nice even when they got the new crew everyone is social they take their time with the customers to make sure the customer is satisfied...the employees are up to date with the deals I hate going to places and they don't know the deals in their own store....they also have it to where you can order online and pick up in the store so I honestly don't understand the issues.....the other weed shops around here to me are trash they up the prices most of them have a older crew which they don't even understand most the time what your asking for, they are just trying to sell the highest price and at zen leaf they understand you need stress relief even when your somewhat not financially there and they have amazing deals and discounts....please don't read the reviews from Karen's read more

Drove 25 minutes to go to this dispo because it was recommended by a friend, called ahead to see how late they were accepting people, they said until 10pm and I asked is 9:50 too late? She said no. When I got there they said they weren't accepting people past 9:45. Why even tell me to come if you weren't going to let me in the first place. Waste of time. Don't know why you close @10 if you're not serving until 10. read more

These people don't care about peoples time at all! I drove here from far and they closed early on me. Just the worst service ever!

Walked in and was welcomed my friendly staff members. When asking about deals, however, I was told to check out first and then we could talk about deals. After my price was given to me, the lady said she could only give me a free bag to put my purchased items in which costed a whopping .50 cents! Hopefully the product is better than the service and "deals". read more

1.0 1 star Terrible service Upon arriving there is no line so me and my boyfriend are excited to walk in. We are asked for our name and phone number and then told rudely to wait in our car for 15 min to enter, at this point no one has told us after we waited to enter we will have to wait again to be called up to the bud counter. It took more than 15 to wait in the car and once inside we are told to wait 15 more minutes to come up.? So we waited 30 min it would have been appreciative if right away the man at the front let us know it would be about 20-30 min before entering AND getting called up to the counter. Then also they wouldn't let me up to the counter with my boyfriend and only let one person up at a time which is also something they failed to mention upon arrival I suggest letting customers know the full time it will take and all the rules they have to follow so there are no surprises not to mention the man at the front and the lady at the counter when you walk in we're not welcoming at all and saw multiple staff members not wearing mask properly read more

Awful prices, awful service. Rushed out the door before I can even decide what I want.

Placed an online order and got a text saying my order was ready to pick-up. Arrived at the location and they said they didn't have my order. Called their help number and the girl confirmed my order was there and ready to pick-up. Walked back inside the dispensary and the same girl told me they don't have it and she doesn't know what to tell me. I was literally on the phone with the zenleaf agent at the same time who was listening to the budtender tell me they don't have my order and the zenleaf agent said she could see it on her end. The budtender said "they don't know what they're talking about they're in Florida". HUH? It's literally your contact center please tell me how this makes sense?! The zenleaf agent told me to just leave and she would call the store to try to figure out what happened to the order but that they are having trouble getting in touch with the store. SO bottom line the customer service line is great but the actual dispensary location and budtender's working there have 0 customer service skills 0 sense of urgency 0 sense of professionalism for talking poorly of their own co-workers (even if they do live in Florida like who cares) and are 0 help. Like thank you for texting me that my order was ready and then telling me you couldn't help me when I arrived especially since I came on my lunch break aaaand now get to leave back to work empty handed read more

Terrible for medical internet orders. After waiting I asked the kid behind the counter twice if I should be in the quick line and he kept saying no. After waiting again the manager said I should not have. Doh. Then they didn't have one of my items. That's because its already packed for me. Not too bright either. Doh! read more

Oasis down the road will take care of you way better, this place has terrible time management you'll be waiting out side to get inside to wait in another line inside, I mean the only reason I gave it two stars is because of what they sell. read more

I usually don't do Yelp reviews as things happen, but just expect to wait, a very long time. Nice staff but needs better procedures. There's no reason when in a line of 4 people, we should have to wait 20 minutes outside in the sun then another 30 minutes sitting once being called into the shop. Not sure if I'll be back, I hope you have a better experience tho. read more

I want to call out the lovely Veronica who always is honest and open and incredibly helpful.
