I was encouraged by a very rude employee at this place to leave a bad review. It's obviously medical patients don't mean anything to this people. I did a curve side order because I have difficulty getting around, I can't walk without assistance and I can't stand for long periods of time. crutches don't work due to more injures and I don't qualify for a wheelchair. So, once I got there I was informed their policy had changed last night and I had to go stand in line or I should have come earlier. well Unfortunately I don't drive and my poor husband works all day gets off at 7pm and rushes home when I need to buy this stuff. anyway I tried walking but I couldn't stand without falling so we called again and my husband ask if anyone could please help us and the answer was NO and the Female employee told us that it wasn't her problem if I need it my order because they have changed their policy 3 DAYS AGO....excuse me you said last night earlier and she just kept screaming while my husband tried to speak to her and then she said that she was only enforcing policies and that She wasn't there to fix my issues. I used to be a loyal customer but I won't be going back to this place. The customer service got lost somewhere in the business acquisition. I bought a travel Stiizy case and the sales dude told me it was gold. I'm thinking yellow gold. I got to my truck and I opened it. It was rose gold... I went back in to try and exchange it and a different guy said he couldn't help me. He told me I could have a discount on another one even though I bought one 5 minutes earlier. He then tried convincing me that it would be a good gift for a girl. I told him my wife doesn't vape. Then he said maybe she can start... I didn't appreciate that. What actually pissed me off the most was when he proceeded to tell me that the case wasn't really rose gold like I can't see or something. ZERO stars. Please do NOT support this grimy, greedy company. ZenLeaf bought out Territory Dispensary and took away every single good thing about it. They took away friends and family discounts, lowered the employee discount, made the budtenders start pooling tips that they now tax heavy. They removed their 3% cash back rewards system for customers. Employees at this dispensary started a harassment investigation against the short dorky rude AGM with glasses and they swept it under the rug. Please support any other dispensary that actually cares about their employees. ZenLeaf is garbage. Your hard earned $ should not be going to these crooks. They also recently did a mass firing after finding out the budtenders were trying to form a union. I really enjoy coming to this dispensary. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. if there is a reason an employee does not know the answer they will find the answer for you. I also enjoy the wide variety of thc products. I do wish the taxes were not so expensive for recreational. I would also like to see more economical options for individuals that are on fixed income and use the thc to keep from having to take so many pills. I would also like to see insurance companies willing to cover for those that receive medical marijuana or at least a stipend for medical marijuana. In addition I would like to see some apparel. There is so much more to say. But overall I love it her. the rant after the store more about the industry in whole. This dispensary has potential. Staff is super friendly and actually educated. Their prices are reasonable, I wish they were a bit more competitive but with location being near me and quality of product and staff, I'm willing to pay it. The inventory is a little light but that is because they just opened. Great new patient/daily specials going on. They have great coupons and mark downs to keep you satisfied. Early closing hours is hurting these guys but again, just new dispensary growing pains. GET IN HERE AND GET THIS PLACE GOING CARDHOLDERS! we need good dispensaries like this around. My visit here was amazing. You are welcome in at the door. You are sign in and they tell you all of the deals right at the door. They have many many products from concentrate to edibles to pens to sodas. Super open room. You can see everything. They do take first time patients and have first time deals. And even have second visit deals.They take online and walk in. They do ask you respect the COVID rules and wear a mask to keep everyone safe. Amanda was my budtender. She is amazing and very sweet. I have a lot going on and I suffer from ptsd and I came to the shop tonight trying to find something to help "Troy sativa" went above and beyond to help me out! Excellent Staff, top of the line customer service and just an all around good vibe every time I come in! Rachel is always very informative and friendly as well. Definitely recommend to everyone I know. A lot of dispensaries in my area tend to have a weird vibe when you get there and I totally get protocol with ID and all that stuff and having to avoid trouble, but Territory always has a very open armed feel to it. Territory is my go to dispensary. They always have quality product at each tier level. Their menu for flower is very easy to read making me more confident in choosing the right stuff. The workers are very nice and patient with me. Which I appreciate because i can be a pretty indecisive person when it comes to choosing the right weed. Lately i have had close to 0 wait.
