Great service, had no problems my first time. But on my 2nd they sold me some of the worst pre-rolls I've ever had. 10 pre-rolls mix-n-match deal, but they only had 2 kinda left, no biggie. Get home and open one. Each of these pre-rolls simultaneously feel both dry and wet, they burn terribly, filter terribly, and I barely feel any high after smoking 2g of them. After checking the labeling, it seems that they were each harvested between 6-7 months ago (03/14and 4/18), though I don't want to speculate on storage care or anything of the like. It's impossible to do a return on my remaining 8 due to legal policy surrounding marijuana distribution, and I do not intend to risk the same waste of money twice. Edit 1: Smoking these was so gross I have seriously reconsidered quitting. Placed the order and come to find out the deal that showed online wasn't actually the deal they had to offer, went from 4 for $28 to 3 for $32. You should honor the deals on your website. So tomorrow is my birthday, prompting me to try all the dispensaries in the east valley this weekend for my birthday freebies. That means I'm comparing apples to apples in the very same day. That being said, no way in hell will I ever visit this particular dispensary again. The fact that they hold your drivers license hostage at the desk is highly offensive to me, which I get is a personal pet peeve but I'm am old lady and my stuff is my stuff and no, I don't want to leave it with you. You've already scanned it and made me fill out a form, why do you need my property? So I spent $4 on a gummy, got my freebie and won't be back. Want to know what would have helped? A kind words like, "I'm sorry you find that bothersome," instead I got, "Well that's the way we're do it here." Years in marketing and customer service, mostly at the management level, and had I heard an employee respond like that, counseling would have happened. Did it happen there? Anyway, I continued until today when the staff made it clear; for someone like me who can't clinically wear a mask, they did not have any accommodation. Instead, I was told "you need to put on a MASK or GET OUT". "We're not giving you any business without a MASK". "Those are the RULES" Well okay! First off- super hard to find this shop. The location is a business suite. It is similar to a deli style set up. I was surprised to find they only have top shelf or premium flower. They keep it prepackaged and in the fridge for freshness which is nice for sure. The quality is definitely there but they are in a weird location and the prices for the quality don't match up to the small range of products they do carry. First patient deal wasn't great but it's always nice to save a little. The staff were super friendly and helpful which was definitely a bonus! I only went here because I was in the area- and saw them on leafly. I didn't check menu beforehand due to a small sense of urgency but definitely recommend people look before they get there. read more
