I wasn't aware of any promotion, and I'm still unclear on what the deal actually was. I grabbed three cases and a few loose cans from a display near the register. When we checked out, the cashier, a white girl named Misti, kept mentioning a promotion but never explained it clearly. She repeated the same statement without clarifying how it applied or why she was bringing it up. She also kept looking at us in a way that made the interaction feel uncomfortable, and she was not friendly throughout the exchange. I even asked, "I'm sorry, is the concern the cost? Because I have no issue there," hoping she would clarify. She didn't. Eventually, she stated that customers can only purchase up to six cans per person in order to receive the $1‑per‑can promotional price, but she still didn't explain how that related to the items I was buying or why it mattered. I asked whether she needed separate transactions or if there was a limit on how many cases I could buy, and still received no clear answer. I finally told her I just wanted to purchase my items and leave. At the end of the interaction, I asked if there was a place to leave feedback, and she said, "I'm sure there's something on the receipt for corporate." The issue wasn't the promotion, it was the lack of communication and the overall unfriendly, uncomfortable interaction. Misti would benefit from training on how to clearly articulate store promotions and communicate respectfully with customers.

There are some people who just cannot be satisfied and not to name names or anything but Drew D, I hope you find some joy somewhere in life because if Arizona smokers can't do it, you're just a miserable person...but I digress... Zane and Max are truly 2 of the most amazing people I've ever had the pleasure to encounter in a business. Remarkable, knowledgeable and helpful people, I couldn't be more satisfied with my visit. I went to replace a vape I lost over the weekend and Max (I really hope I have the name right but if not, my apologies - this is the guy with the friendliest face and dark blonde hair) went above and beyond to find the right vape to fit my needs and personal preferences. He really took the time to go over every possible option and discuss the advantages and disadvantages to each one, and that means a LOT to me. Every smoke shop that I've purchased a vape from has never failed to leave out a very important piece of info - that the batteries never come WITH the vape. I always get home and put it together and realize I have to drive all the way back to whatever sh*t show business I just spent a grip of cash at to spend more and buy the batteries that make the vape operate- any previous smoke shop I've given my business to has disappointed me in one way or another. But the guys at Arizona Smokers let me know what my new device required without me having to say a word or unnecessarily make a second trip on the same night. Max offered to not only put everything together for me but additionally add the stores own vape juice to the tank so that I could make use of it quickly. Just a 10 out of 10 business that I'd recommend to anyone looking for a legit, clean, quality smoke shop. I have a smoke shop within a mile of where I live, but I'd go out of my way and travel a bit farther to come here, even if they were half an hour away...this would be my go-to smoke shop. Whether you need vapes, disposable or otherwise, a cool new smoke device, cannabis essentials and more- come here. You won't be disappointed. I've never had such a great experience anywhere really - these guys are EVERYTHING. Thanks again my new favorite people - you will see me much more in the future and to the potential customers reading this review and decide to go based on my recommendation - you are welcome! ***my most sincere apologies go to Max if that is indeed not your name-you and Zane have exceeded my expectations!!! Thanks to the both of you so much for making this the experience worthy of a stellar review.***
