I am always delighted with the level of customer service receive. The managers at Mint go above and beyond to help and service the customer. A few members of the team that stick out to me are Nick B. and Erika. Nick is an old soul classic stoner kind of vibe and provides excellent insight on strains and which products would best fit my overall needs. Erika provides a calm and collected ear as someone to talk to, who listens to what the customer is saying. She provides top-notch customer service. I like how she knows exactly what products are in the store and knows her way around the store. Today I went a favorite of mine the Tru Infusion GMO X Z Cube. My names kade I'm a regular customer that visits this store often guaranteed every weekend almost every day and ive developed relationships with the staff their and today I was mistreated because a security guard with a stick up his ass because he did not like the way my Valid Florida drivers license looked and he didn't even scan it before telling me he wont because he thought I was lying and I was trying to him im a regular and even the staff can vogue for me being a regular despite that he decided to profile me and treat my like I was A criminal/problem and even thought I was giving him attitude please for the love of weed and all don't hire shitty security guards that can't make people enjoy their visits I've been a regular at mint dispensery for almost a year now and I have never experienced anything like this and i am extremely unhappy with my visit and the manager their had no sympathy because she doesnt get involved with the customers mint dispensary is lacking customer service especially with their security guards read more
