There's always a line at this place, (often a long line.), but yet somehow they don't make enough money to hire people, to sell you a regulated product, that they essentially have a form of monopoly on. 11/19 around 9 Pm I always go through drive thru because I have a child and when I got up there I asked If they were still doing a certain deal that was not online in which they replied yes and I asked for that instead but was told no because he is too busy and that I would have to come inside which I can not. I come here almost every other week and never had anyone, even on busy days said no unless I came inside the store. Terrible customer service from a young guy with blonde hair. I went in and ordered 2 pre rolls at a discounted $9.60 price equaling $25.98. Their debit card system was down and said they'd waive $2 credit towards the order if you used their ATM. I used the ATM and let the person know when checking out. The ATM charged a $4 fee to use. When I got my change ($10.65) I was confused. I was Charged $29.35 on top of the $4 ATM fee. Purchased a pen & paid to go to and fro and the pen is busted. I came back to the location and got a replacement, the replacement is also busted. I called into the store & they stated that it's store policy to not give refunds. The State of Arizona requires people to preface their refund/exchange policies BEFORE a customer purchases. I asked for a refund three times & the manager said he could give me something he could guarantee would work. That's bull. He only offered a refund after I informed him that I knew of AS State Law regarding the matter. I also called back because I wasn't able to come in immediately, and apparently the manager said he wasn't allowed to look up my information over the phone, even though I've had two employees do so in the past. I don't feel comfortable going in there, as I've seen other reviews where they ban customers that call them out. Do yourself the favor and go somewhere else, the worst experience ever! read more

Tempe location made me miss downtown location bad. I've never come to the Tempe location before Tuesday of this past week. When I went there for $20 Tuesdays, I had high hopes. I just had gotten off work and was excited to relax. Employees couldn't be bothered to greet me when i walked in; they just pointed at the line area to tell me where to go. This was my first visit; so i walked up to the window area inside to the left with my ID ready and i got a hand pointing a finger to the line area. Not even a word. A greeting. Nothing. A hand and a finger. Got in line and tried to look at some stuff for products and deals but couldn't leave the line and lose my spot. Finally made it upfront to a worker, and asked what their sales were. He said um I don't know some of these things and pointed to a piece of paper on the counter. I told him I was there for infused pre-rolls, and I had already looked at the website and seen a few deals on a few different products. I started bringing up the products and asking if he liked them, knew anything about them, or recommended them. He said he didn't really recommend any, he didn't recommend the products that I was looking into for sales, and then the product I asked, for they grabbed the wrong one and almost almost over charged me.(wanted a diamond infused dustie single and was given something else) Overall very unhelpful and hard to speak to. This was the first dispensary I'd ever visited, so I didn't know what to expect. I'm not able to partake due to my job, but my mother in law wanted to buy some gummies for her back pain. We checked in and her ID was checked since she was the only one purchasing in our group. We waited for the next available sales rep. We only waited a few minutes before we were helped. The man who helped us was very knowledgeable and helped her choose the right gummies for her ailments. They had a huge selection and the place was very clean and quite fancy in decor. read more

This place has really gone downhill since it opened. The drive-thru was easily their best feature but now it's only open for online orders, maybe think of having an express menu? Going inside is even worse, every time I've been, there's maybe 2 to 3 people in front of me and it always takes at least 30 minutes to be done with the whole process. Multitasking does not exist at this business. Finally I'm ready to check out but wait the tap feature on their machines don't work that's fine I brought my debit card. Wait never mind. The debit card machine isn't reading my card. So they prompt me to use a third-party service, they accept payment from, OK I go thru the whole process attach my bank account to it and yet again it doesn't work, nice! I guess it's a cash only business in 2024 The building is beautiful and the concept is great but don't waste your time. Been coming here for about a year purely because it's right by me and they carry one of my favorite products, which isn't available close by. Prices are high and deals aren't that great. On two occasions I've been here when they were running deals and they tried to charge me full price. After dropping a significant amount of money here weekly over the past year I saw a tiny sign at their drive through window today about their loyalty program... which no one ever mentioned to me. The sign is not very big and not super obvious if you're going through the drive through- which is the ONLY way to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time because they're extremely disorganized and slow if you go inside (it shouldn't take 30 minutes to buy something when there are only 5 other customers in the store). So of course I wasn't happy- I've been spending over a hundred dollars here weekly for the past year and it would have been nice if at some point someone could have mentioned it. But okay, my fault. I asked the guy at the window if I could sign up right then and have the purchase I was in the process of making applied to the loyalty program- he said no, and he was rude about it, pointing to the tiny sign that I've literally never noticed before. The impression I was left with is that they don't want you to sign up, they want to front like they care about their customers but they definitely do not. I used to really enjoy coming here as my go to stop for all things green and good. However, their online system and commutation with employees is lacking. Several times I've placed an online order, and I arrive and the employees are confusing stating there's no orders. I then have to wait in line and go through the whole process again. Sometimes they accept debit, sometimes they don't. Hit or miss when it comes to the budtenders, same with their prices and deals. Too lazy to accept a valid passport ID, save your money or go elsewhere. Spoke with two managers, since they cannot scan a US Passport ID card (valid in all states, Canada and Mexico) to put my information in their system, I was denied service- yet they will accept a passport book. They did not have any blue light security machines or ID verification books like any other institution that would verify ID would, and according to them are incapable of typing out the information. Rude staff, racial bias, over charging, keeping change, never got their promos online right, staff never knows the promo, don't have knowledge of their industry, cafe never open, pos system down, and etc. I reached out to owner to help but I guess he doesn't care and is part of the problem.
