The service I have always receive/received has always been the upmost quality when it comes to respect and superb southwestern hospitality. I would absolutely recommend this well organized comfort to anyone willing to have a great time. I have always been amazed at the massive range of smokers delight Novelties. The selection is endless and will immediately have anyone comfortable as they enter. And if you don't know or understand something, the owner Dave and Angie will always help you out with each question you may have. Personally, I've never seen either of them to not succeed in finding out all answers to your stumped questions. They truly are godsends. The prices are honestly the cheapest I've found yet. Keep up the great work you two. Oh and P.S. Yes, the place is actually haunted. I've personally seen proof myself. But no worries, it's friendly. Just like all the spookiest Novelties fam. 420

I proceeded to go and buy a new torch lighter but the woman behind the counter suggested that she have a look at it to see if she could fix it. Well it took almost 5 minutes but she repaired the torch and had the biggest smile on her face. She really loves helping people. I ended up going back there every time I am in the vicinity. Please don't hesitate to check out the smoke shop at Gilbert & University but also check out the outstanding customer service that we all deserve.

I went back and talked to the owner and she literally sat and lied to me saying that i got the last one and that they had no more so they wouldn't not be able to replace it nor would they refund it. Needless to say i was not very happy, so as I started heading out the door I looked to my left and guess what I saw.... The exact same piece that they couldn't replace due to the fact that they had no more.... Needles to say this place is a fucking joke.

Good people and will go back to hang out and bit from them. Also great food. Love the people.read more

That being said, when I walked into Bob's looking for a box mod and was met with a slightly aggressive Eddie who seemed to have no time for questions, and got defensive when I asked him about his pricing, I was caught off guard and felt a bit put off. I found Eddie was argumentative with myself and my wife who were both very disinterested in haggling over x or y. I don't doubt that he cared about our business, and the shop's prices are fair, but his attitude with me was a deal breaker, and I don't intend on returning. Certainly more professional and better customer service at other spots around Tempe. Update: Eddie reached out to me via "compliment" here on Yelp (for being "funny"), putting the blame on my wife's shoulders for our bad experience. True entrepreneurship is based on having complete personal accountability for the good and the bad. I fee like the age old cliche rings true "the customer is always right". Maybe if Eddie focused more on providing quality customer service and less on defending his name from constructive criticism (welcome to business ownership), the business might (eh) be worth visiting.
