Scammed out of a working vaporizer because the device didn't work. The fellow behind the desk was so barred out on Xanax he told me that he wasn't going to help out despite the faulty product. You'd think there'd be slightly more of a warning rather than a drug addict mumbling to himself. But I guess since it's a head shop what can you expect. This upstanding human being photo'd here got real anxious as soon as the review came into play. Smiled for the photo and immediately let the worst side of him surface shortly after. Became pretty hostile for a customer facing employee. Innocent people don't act the way he did. Had to drop the star rating further as a result. DONT BUY VAPES HERE. I got 7 vapes and 5 of them didn't work. When I asked for a refund they said I could only have store credit. When I asked to talk to the manager I was told his name was Austin but they had no contact info for him and I would have to drive to Phoenix to talk to him. Ty was disrespectful and condescending when I asked to speak with him and I was told I could get no discount after having to go back to the store twice. House made Vape juice is terrible maybe I just got a new guy or something I asked for a low amount of nicotine I normally get a 3 and when I get home and fill my tank I couldn't even smoke it. 0 flavor and the nicotine is harsh but there is no refunds or replacement so pretty much just wasted $20 read more

It's all goodz is not "all good".. The guy with the huge beanie on... not helpful.. most of their pieces were blown in house which of course means uneven percs and downstems with poorly cut slits. I'm no glass blower.. but I know what to look for and what NOT to look for. When the cuts in the downstem are suppose to be laser slits and they come out looking serrated something is wrong. I'm not stupid. I asked "The beanie Guy" if he had carbon filters. He said that his glass blower was making some now and it would be a couple weeks till they recieved them. He then said he was suprised i knew what a carbon filter was because they dont mass produce them yet.. He told me that they were the only glass shop in AZ that would have them. And the ones he made were "custom" built. I kept my mouth shut. I walked out the store drove down the street to Coughing Canary and bought one there. I went home to aqualabstechnologies.com afterwards and found a couple nice worked ones also. I CAME BACK A SECOND TIME AND IT WAS EVEN FUNNIER! I walked in to buy a pack of swishers. And asked the guy if they were fresh. He replies that he didnt know but that they were foil wrapped and are always fresh. so i asked him if i could squeeze it. The selection of glass at It's All Goodz is pretty decent. They have some nice pieces, and a pretty wide range from acrylic water pipes to heady water pipes that are more of artwork. Pipes, hookahs, rigs, T-shirts, everything you could want. They also sometimes have an in-shop glass blower, who blows pretty crappy stuff but it's still cool to watch. However, I will never shop there again. I have been in twice, and received horrible customer service both times. The first time I went in looking for a domeless nail, and a black guy with dreads helped me. I literally waited for more than fifteen minutes to be helped after walking in. Then, he didn't even know what he was talking about at all - didn't know that grade 2 titanium is the best, and told me that carb caps are a waste of money and materials. The second time I went in to ask a quick question and pick up some swishers, and a white guy with short hair helped me. He was extremely rude from the second I walked in, and wasn't able to answer my question. He was so rude, in fact, that I walked out without buying swishers. I will not go back to this store, and do not recommend it to anyone. There are several smoke shops on Mill with just as good a selection and amazing customer service. read more
