It doesn't matter if you are new to vaping or if you have been vaping since they first came out, anyone there will help in any way they can by providing as much information as possible to ensure that you know what type of product would best suit you, and how to use it. From what parts or batteries to use, to having broken parts in a mod, Red Vapor will do their absolute best to help you. You also can't beat their Frank N Juice and Frank N Boxes! The juice flavors are so crisp and the boxes are completely customizable! You can get pictures printed on panels, resin poured panels, and for the all metal mods, you can have it engraved with anything from words to photographs. Trying to locate a local shop that offers these kinds of options to personalize your mods (without having to order it online) is near impossible due to the equipment required to make them. We really like this family owned vape spot. All the ladies have been on point. I love going to sample stuff and often purchase new batteries and flavors b/c I'm a bit of a needy gal and a bit clumsy. I broke a tank they fixed it broke a battery or two they recommended the better fit. Actually replaced one too. Super knowledgeable and always ready to help. Thanks guys for all your assistance! I'm from California and was in town visiting family. My boyfriend and I were looking for the nearest vape shop and found this gem. We got lucky and found a place with excellent customer service and inexpensive products. My 2ml Atlantis tank broke while in their shop and they offered to replace it with a brand new 5ml tank for free. They went out of their way to make this customer happy, especially when I originally purchased my Atlantis tank back home in California and it wasn't even their fault that my tank broke. It had been crushed in my purse. The next time I'm in Arizona, I'll be sure to stop by Red Vapor. read more

I have been to this location a few times. At first it seemed a bit like a slumber party had taken place. Today's visit showed that this place has a family ran feeling to it, the employees are all nice and helpful. I tried a couple of juices and ended up trying a new juice. They have a wide variety of mods, hardware, and above all else, they actually stock enough juice to not have to say "we are out of that" like most other vape stores.
