If you are looking for fast courteous competent service, do NOT use trichrome Care Clinic! My application was processed incorrectly. This has caused a delay in getting approved by the state. I was approved to be recertified on Thursday. Trichrome Clinic used my old photo for the application and wrote down and incorrect date of birth. I know this because the state sent me an e-mail yesterday letting me know. I have asked trichrome to fix these mistakes and to ensure that they have sent the corrected application into the state. The owner Brian was unable to tell me whether or not they had fixed the application and he wasn't sure if the corrections were sent in. He simply told me that there were too many patients there at the time and that he didn't have the 10 minutes it would take to look that information up and help me. I reminded him that I'm also one of his patients and that I have been waiting for a week. I reminded him also that I have already paid the Care Clinic for these services. He told me he was busy and that he would get back to me when he could. I started to tell him that that was completely unacceptable but he hung up on me. At this point I don't even know if trichrome has sent my application corrections to the state or not. There should not have been errors in the first place. Rather than take ownership of this mistake and make things better by reassuring me that the application Corrections have been sent in, the owner Brian brushed me off and made me feel less than important. Again my money has gone to this clinic and I am incredibly unhappy with the services I've received. There are plenty of places to go to get certified... but if you are looking for shotty service and a horrible customer experience definitely go here! read more

Worst place ever. I called simply for a status and the gentleman, Brian, was so extremely rude. They took my money for services and I have heard nothing I called for a status I was told "I am too busy to help you at the moment you will need to call me back at 5. When the office is closed. I tried to ask another question he hung up on me. I called again and while leaving a message to simply ask if he could return my call at 5 instead of me calling him he intercepted the middle of the message to hang up the phone. When calling back to ask again he stated I don't need my office to hear the complaint over the lobby. Too bad this is a huge HIPPA violation and that complaint has been made to the board. I highly recommend you go elsewhere. Third time here and worst experience I have had. I just read another complaint below and it is the exact same issue! What kind of business chooses to hang up on clients? The clinic takes your $ and then doesn't perform the services you have paid for. I witnessed during my visit him tell a staff member very rudely how she was doing it wrong. When he asked who I spoke with I informed him it was him. Very unhappy with my service that I received with this place. Data entry is very important especially with this application and not only did they get my email wrong, but also my mailing address inputed wrong. Had to call To see why I hadn't received an email and they told me they had that wrong and wouldn't tell me what they had on file for my mailing address. I told her my address and she said yeah you should be getting it next week. I called the Arizona Stafety board because the conversation with the secretary sounded fishy. As I'm on the phone with the representative from the state she says oh it looks like you have two applications now, because the doctors office is correcting your address. So now I got to wait for the second application to get approved then mailed out, after already waiting 5 days because of a data entry issue with this office. I could have my card in two to three days but instead I got to wait a whole another week if I'm lucky. I get off the phone with the state and immediately call this office back and they were sorrry we got a new person that put your info in incorrectly. I use to due data entry for a doctors office and putting in the information in correct is extremely important and not something you should rush at all. Maybe call the patient and verify to avoid further dissatisfied patients and further issues. If I wouldn't have been proactive today and checked the status who knows how long this error would've gone unnoticed and I would be stuck waiting for something that wasn't actually sent to me. read more
