Excellent service from Christian today. This store has great deals going on all the time. Next to no wait to get your order. Can't say that about other dispensary's. People working here are always very kind and helpful. No need to shop anywhere else. read more

I am a consistent customer since their opening and a medical card holder. This is not the place to go to for customer care! I won't be back. read more

I love this place. Always a good experience here. I drive out of my way to go to this location for my needs!

Had an amazing experience at TruBliss. Hurt my back moving and needed some CBD cream. Check in was smooth, and Isabel was super helpful with me making a decision with a topical to help with my pain. They have daily deals, veteran discounts, and a sweet first time patient deal. The place is located in a safe area, and will definitely be my place going forward. You can always check their website to see what deals are available. Thanks!!!! read more

Never again. I have been a consistent $300 a month customer for the past 4 years and today was my last visit. I have always had a nice experience and most employees have been friendly and helpful. The young lady with black hair that was delivering out to a vehicle this afternoon at 3:00, was loaded with attitude and lost me as a customer. There was only 1 car in the pickup spots so I pulled in to park. She immediately and aggressively asked if I had a pickup and I told her no. She then berated me and told me I must move or leave. I had no idea she was in charge of policing the parking lot. I ignored her and started in when she then told me she was having me banned for life from shopping there. I am a businessman and understand right and wrong ways to handle customers. She could have easily and politely, asked or reminded me rather than aggressively scolding me and telling me that I could no longer shop there. Her last comment was she would be informing management that I was banned. Perfectly fine with me as there are too many other options out there. I know that this is one of the few privately owned shops in the area and simply wanted the owners to know what occurred. You have stiff competition out there with all of the corporate and private equity owned shops and would think you would want to hang on to all market share possible. I am done and already made my purchase elsewhere but simply wanted the owners to know. read more

First time customer today and I worked with Amanda. She was very friendly and professional and alone will make myself a repeat customer. Highly recommend :) read more

Best shop out there with the best staff there is, went there for years and even when discussing quitting, I was met with support and encouragement not trying to convince me to keep consuming cannabis. Yall rock and I appreciate the years of being helpful! (Hopefully I stay strong enough not to be back, but if I crack, I'll be going back to TRUBLISS) read more

I can't believe it's been almost two years since I started going to Trubliss! It's truly been a wonderful experience. The deals they offer are fantastic, and I absolutely love the point system; it makes me feel like I'm saving a fortune every time I shop there--it's a pretty satisfying feeling, honestly! One of the things I appreciate the most is how welcoming and accommodating the staff have always been. They take the time to get to know me, making each visit feel special and personal. Every time I walk in, the atmosphere has been friendly and warm, which enhances my shopping experience for products I genuinely enjoy. However, I've noticed a subtle shift this month. The overall vibe has felt somewhat different--the lively energy seems to be fading a bit, almost like the spirit of the place is dimming. While I do enjoy a tranquil environment, it's gotten a little too quiet for my taste, and that's made me feel slightly uneasy. I also haven't seen my favorite receptionist, the amazing Alyssa, in quite some time. She always had a way of lifting my spirits and really listening to my stories and dramas. Honestly, she was a significant part of why I enjoyed going there so much; it wasn't just about buying weed for me, it was about having a genuine connection with someone who understood and cared. Without her cheerful presence, I find myself feeling a bit down, and sometimes I even hesitate to go in because I miss chatting with her. With Christmas approaching, I'm really hoping that I'll see her soon. It would mean a lot to me to have that friendly, supportive energy back in my life. read more

I went in to utilize my birthday reward. For your birthday they gave you $10 off your purchase. Amanda helped me with my selection today and she was absolutely amazing and fantastic. I did not feel rushed at all. She made me feel very comfortable and asked several questions to ensure I got the best product for my need. Thank you, Amanda and the management at true Bliss for a truly caring experience read more

MANAGER IS RUDE TO STAFF AND GUESTS! I've been coming here for years, since before they even settled into this current building, I've spent thousands of dollars here, I've tipped out hundreds more. I love the budtenders, but I'm never coming back here. She's also awful at ordering product, the quality and variety is severely lacking, and (again) was disgustingly rude when I have made suggestions for products in the past. TL;DR Nasty awful lady manager lost my business and I hope the owners talk to her. read more

I think this is honestly the best weed shop in all of Phoenix. McKenna was super nice and really took the time to explain everything to me. Anytime I'm in Phoenix this is the only flower shop I'll go to. read more

Great customer service especially Kayla , always helpful and patient. Deals and bogos on first 3 visits and good prices overall

The 3 hour hold for an online order is ridiculous. You could improve by offering windows of time for costumers to pick so they can let you know when they will arrive. Some loyal costumers like to place their orders in advance. I also kindly left a note that I would arrive about 3.5 hours after my order was placed. I was not met with the same kindness, as my note was blatantly ignored. I will think twice before coming back to this dispensary. They have some strange rules set in place that drain the costumer experience of any positivity. I don't understand why a business who deals with costumers in pain needs to be so strict, and why they can't take notes added while placing the order into consideration. read more

Okay I see y'all Now this is NO WHERE near my house but they carry Caviar Gold and my favorite edibles. Took a little to get back. Medical pre order with the long journey there. But I was patient and well worth it. Meredith was and is AMAZING! Answered my fifty million questions and helped me find the products I needed for my next visit. Okay y'all. She didn't shove me out the door she answered my questions. True client care and customer service. I will be driving all the way back to get these items and hopefully I see this sweet Angel of a budtender again! Thank you Meredith with the funkiest pants and scarf! read more

This place sucks. I had a curbside order arrived at 130 I sat there until 1:41PM when I called to let them know I was there, they didn't even know I was there. 5 minutes later someone finally comes out checks my card, then another girl comes out at about 2PM letting me know the 3rd party is not working to process transactions so I couldn't get my product. How did you not figure that out 30 minutes ago when I arrive? I sat there for 30 minutes in 118° weather waiting. Then the manager told me to "bring it down" bc I was annoyed after she admitted they "dropped the ball" due to being "short staffed". Unprofessional all around this is what happens when you pack a whole bunch of stoners in one place. No work ethic. No customer service. Just there for the vibes and discounts. I wouldn't recommend coming here, the deals suck too I only come for the curbside which clearly is faulty. read more

Strange experience at this dispensary. This was only my second visit, and while I did get what I came for, the place feels like it's run a little oddly. I was told there was a bogo deal for second-time customers, which is a great perk. I asked if I could use it toward an RSO tube instead, but things got awkward from there. They said they don't sell RSO to recreational and then started questioning where I'd been purchasing it. The manager gave me a long explanation about why they don't carry it, but honestly, you can get RSO at just about any other dispensary without issue. If it were really restricted to medical card holders, the system wouldn't even allow sales at other shops. The whole interaction and people just felt unnecessarily strange read more

This is a great facility. All of the members who work there are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products. I give this the top rating for the dispensaries in the area! read more

I have a bad back and need (OhGeez) get to sleep. This place is very friendly and helpful. The big thing is that whatever kind you use, they have at least one day a week when they are on sale at buy one get one . Great place read more

One of my favorite dispensaries! Everyone in there is always so friendly and welcoming. They always have good product and great deals!

This is was my first dispensary to ever go to and I have been coming to it due to the great bud tenders that are here. I have never had a negative interaction with any of these individuals. They are always welcoming as soon as you walk through the door, I'm also a recreational user. The quality of product is always top tier as well! This is the place I send all my friends if they are wanting to try a new dispensary and I have never heard any complaints from them! read more

First time at a dispensary, and the staff was helpful with what I didn't know. I went there without cash, but fortunately they had an atm machine. From when I first arrived and they checked my ID, I waited less than 5 minutes to go into the dispensary. I knew what product I wanted, so the person was able to quickly get it for me. I was excited to get a BOGO deal since it was my first time there. The prices seemed good too. There was plenty of parking, the staff was nice and efficient, and I'll be back. read more

I got a leaking cart that was empty as soon as I opened it and this is nowhere near the first mishap with this this place as they often do forget to honor their deals don't waste your time here read more

I told myself I would not be back, because of the employees rudeness. However, I went back a year later.... Bad decision! I am a medical patient, so I bought numerous purchases of the same item. About a week later I try one of them AND THEY ARE HARD AS A ROCK! OMG.. DONT EVEN BOTHER GOING THERE! THEY ARE THE WORST OF THE WORST DISPENSARIES! Who sells their customers stuff no other dispensaries would never offer to a customers. Beware.. I have been a medical patient since it went legal and have never been burned! So don't waste your money at Tru Bliss.. they su_k! read more

POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES. They offer specials on the website that they don't honor. this is a classic BAIT AND SWITCH, FALSE ADVERTISMENT AND FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION. The manager offerED a lame and stupid excuse of they are unable to change their website. If that is the case then you DON'T KNOW how to run a business properly and apparently can't even hire someone to do a good job. beware............. go where they are honest. AVOID THIS DISPENSARY.................. THEY FALSELY ADVERTISE. read more

Wei is a great guy, the other bud tenders were not good. They just pushed these products on me felt like I was getting sold a time share or some shit. Other than that it's cool, need some more stiiizy deals read more

I have been going to this place since they opened up but not any longer. Compared to Zen which is just a few blocks south of here.... Zen does not ask me for my service paperwork every single time I come in. Zen does not embarrass me at the desk when I explained that I have showed it to the manager . how many times do I have to bring it in? Zen welcomes my dog with doggy treats and they welcome me and my disability with respect. Every time I am in true bliss I am treated horribly in the lobby like I am looked down upon and with disrespect. I should not have to go into all of my ailments in a room full of people with HIPAA laws just to prove that I have a right to bring my dog in. My dog should not have to wear a service vest in hundred degree weather. I am a 59-year-old woman who just wants to sleep at night without pain. I won't be back! I love Zen down the road read more

Everybody that works here is amazing. This place has the best good vibes and positivity based customer service. Abby & Blase are awesome and always friendly no matter what. Andressean (sorry if I spelled that wrong) was a great budtender. I always feel respected and never rushed out.. Thank you! read more

If zero stars was an option, they would get zero stars. How are you? Gonna advertise a match up to $50 on first time discount and not follow through. I came in over a year ago and never made a purchase with you after that I came in today to try to make a purchase with you and take advantage of my first time discount your manager decided not to honor at first time discount because I had entered your store over a year ago. Don't ever expect to see me back. I will continue to write bad reviews read more

I have read the other reviews here and decided to post my experience. First, as soon as I walked in, I was welcomed by the ladies at the counter. They quickly checked me in and let me know a budtender would be with me in a few minutes. Within 5 minutes, Caden called my name, welcomed me, and took me in to the store area, and asked what I was looking for. I asked if they had the OGeez gummies they advertised on their website, and he grabbed a few bags and asked which flavors I wanted to get. I picked out the Watermelon Chia and the Blackberries and Cream. He told me the watermelon ones were his favorite. Everything in the store was clean and presentable. There is an ATM right there if you need one. After checking out, I went to the smoothie bar in the lobby and got a Caribbean smoothie which had poneapple, mango, spinach and some other fruit. She asked of I wanted a shot of CBD and I said yes. The young lady at the counter (I forgot to ask her name) was very happy and friendly, and made that smoothie to perfection! It tasted great! I will definitely go back to this dispensary. Anyway, that was my experience. I am very satisfied with the people there and the product choices available. read more

CAUTION CALL BEFORE YOU GO!!! I have been coming here for years, great people, service etc. However, I went last Friday night got there at exactly at 8:55 and was turned away from their doorman. He said they recently changed their hours and now close at 8:55, even though it says 9:00 on the door. WTH! First off gas isn't cheap and second, I was there 5 minutes before YOUR sign says you close. Are you kidding me??? You lost a faithful customer! read more

Great first time experience, it was busy but I was in and out in no time! Bud tenders were great and full of knowledge.

This has been my favorite place to go every week. Worth the drive from Coolidge and queen creek. Holly was my first bud tender and still my favorite. She offers great advice without any pressure. Always has a smile to brighten your day. I'll keep coming back. read more

This is my all time favorite dispensary, everytime I would go in here I was thrilled. However not anymore. I have had numerous times I go in there and walk out feeling like i wish I never had to go to that location again. One gentleman in particular, Pete, supposedly the security man. He's never pleasant to see, never a smile, never helpful, just stares at you. He was insanely rude to me the first time him and I had an interaction and I will never speak to him again. I hope to never see Pete in there again. There are too many happy people that deserve that job. read more

Place was good but now it sucks, Came in for the wax promo and even told the budtender I came for the promo. After getting ringed up, the total was different from what it's suppose to be. I told the budtender and he assured me I was wrong and the he had the correct price. Walked out and looked at the receipt and he never gave me the discount. Came back to let them know and told I had to wait. Then finally they call me back in, just for the Manager to say nothing they can do besides give it to me in points... I don't even want to go back here to spend those points. Place sucks now. read more
