Never again. I have been a consistent $300 a month customer for the past 4 years and today was my last visit. I have always had a nice experience and most employees have been friendly and helpful. The young lady with black hair that was delivering out to a vehicle this afternoon at 3:00, was loaded with attitude and lost me as a customer. There was only 1 car in the pickup spots so I pulled in to park. She immediately and aggressively asked if I had a pickup and I told her no. She then berated me and told me I must move or leave. I had no idea she was in charge of policing the parking lot. I ignored her and started in when she then told me she was having me banned for life from shopping there. I am a businessman and understand right and wrong ways to handle customers. She could have easily and politely, asked or reminded me rather than aggressively scolding me and telling me that I could no longer shop there. Her last comment was she would be informing management that I was banned. Perfectly fine with me as there are too many other options out there. I know that this is one of the few privately owned shops in the area and simply wanted the owners to know what occurred. You have stiff competition out there with all of the corporate and private equity owned shops and would think you would want to hang on to all market share possible. I also haven't seen my favorite receptionist, the amazing Alyssa, in quite some time. She always had a way of lifting my spirits and really listening to my stories and dramas. She's also awful at ordering product, the quality and variety is severely lacking, and (again) was disgustingly rude when I have made suggestions for products in the past. The 3 hour hold for an online order is ridiculous. You could improve by offering windows of time for costumers to pick so they can let you know when they will arrive. Some loyal costumers like to place their orders in advance. I also kindly left a note that I would arrive about 3.5 hours after my order was placed. I was not met with the same kindness, as my note was blatantly ignored. I will think twice before coming back to this dispensary. They have some strange rules set in place that drain the costumer experience of any positivity. This place sucks. I had a curbside order arrived at 130 I sat there until 1:41PM when I called to let them know I was there, they didn't even know I was there. 5 minutes later someone finally comes out checks my card, then another girl comes out at about 2PM letting me know the 3rd party is not working to process transactions so I couldn't get my product. How did you not figure that out 30 minutes ago when I arrive? I sat there for 30 minutes in 118° weather waiting. Then the manager told me to "bring it down" bc I was annoyed after she admitted they "dropped the ball" due to being "short staffed". Unprofessional all around this is what happens when you pack a whole bunch of stoners in one place. No work ethic. No customer service. Just there for the vibes and discounts. Strange experience at this dispensary. This was only my second visit, and while I did get what I came for, the place feels like it's run a little oddly. I was told there was a bogo deal for second-time customers, which is a great perk. I asked if I could use it toward an RSO tube instead, but things got awkward from there. They said they don't sell RSO to recreational and then started questioning where I'd been purchasing it. The manager gave me a long explanation about why they don't carry it, but honestly, you can get RSO at just about any other dispensary without issue. From when I first arrived and they checked my ID, I waited less than 5 minutes to go into the dispensary. I knew what product I wanted, so the person was able to quickly get it for me. Zen does not ask me for my service paperwork every single time I come in. Zen does not embarrass me at the desk when I explained that I have showed it to the manager . how many times do I have to bring it in? Zen welcomes my dog with doggy treats and they welcome me and my disability with respect. Every time I am in true bliss I am treated horribly in the lobby like I am looked down upon and with disrespect. I should not have to go into all of my ailments in a room full of people with HIPAA laws just to prove that I have a right to bring my dog in. I have read the other reviews here and decided to post my experience. First, as soon as I walked in, I was welcomed by the ladies at the counter. They quickly checked me in and let me know a budtender would be with me in a few minutes. Within 5 minutes, Caden called my name, welcomed me, and took me in to the store area, and asked what I was looking for. I asked if they had the OGeez gummies they advertised on their website, and he grabbed a few bags and asked which flavors I wanted to get. I picked out the Watermelon Chia and the Blackberries and Cream. He told me the watermelon ones were his favorite. Everything in the store was clean and presentable. There is an ATM right there if you need one. After checking out, I went to the smoothie bar in the lobby and got a Caribbean smoothie which had poneapple, mango, spinach and some other fruit. She asked of I wanted a shot of CBD and I said yes. The young lady at the counter (I forgot to ask her name) was very happy and friendly, and made that smoothie to perfection! It tasted great! This is my all time favorite dispensary, everytime I would go in here I was thrilled. However not anymore. I have had numerous times I go in there and walk out feeling like i wish I never had to go to that location again. One gentleman in particular, Pete, supposedly the security man. He's never pleasant to see, never a smile, never helpful, just stares at you. He was insanely rude to me the first time him and I had an interaction and I will never speak to him again. I showed on their website the price that it was and they would not honor the price when I ordered. I showed the butender, Manager and I assume another manager of the store. If your website shows the price that I ordered and you still told me I had to pay more. I was flawed. There are too many dispensaries out there that I can give my business. I have been a customer at Tru Bliss for six years and they say they close at nine and I called ahead and they said it was fine because it's a 40 minute round-trip drive for me and I need it medically but the guy at the front who was as rude and unprofessional as can be said the lobby was full when one person was in there. The doors were locked at 8:51 when I arrived and I don't like actually spending money but it's the only thing that helps medically. No pain medicine, nothing. He had me stand at the door while I knocked but as soon as two attractive young women came he explained to them that basically he was done for the night at which point it was closer to 9.
