Wow! I wanted a smoothie and this location is about a half mile closer to my house than my normal one so I went here. First of all, the kid working was listless, un-motivated, and bleh. I'm not use to this. I go to a different location where everyone is kinda over the top and friendly and one by one of my work locations that has the same kind of staffing. To come here (last time for sure) was kind of a shock to be honest. ZERO personality! So then I placed my order and in a couple of the drinks the request was for carb powder but this location didn't have any!!! It's on the menu so I'm guessing they were just out. GREAT ORDERING JOB! So I hardly ever go here and only get one drink, and in fact, I usually get at least FOUR like today. So I asked for a drink carrier but GUESS WHAT?!?!?! They didn't HAVE any!!! How does a business that specializes in drinks NOT have DRINK CARRIERS?!?!?! For my drink I ordered strawberry/vanilla but it's like ALL the vanilla was at the bottom and the strawberry was at the top! I had to remix it. Also, I had to strap a couple drinks in with my seatbelt to keep them from falling over. Anyway, I don't have a choice but to give only 1 star JUST BASED on the employee alone! I won't be back to this location. I have to update this review because I'm trying to drink my drink and it's like all vanilla and it's super strong. I taste no strawberry and to be honest, I can't even drink this it's so bad. What a disappointment! Stay away from this location! There's plenty of them around. read more

This location is absolutely terrible... I came in after my workout to get a shake. I ordered a Chocolate, peanut butter, and banana- it barely tasted like chocolate and nothing more. The shake wasn't blended properly nor did the girls fill it to the top but still managed to get the lid all messy as if they did overfill it. We've stopped in several times after working out. The staff is always friendly and we're served quickly. The establishment is clean, organized and well-lit. They offer a wide variety of products and seem knowledgeable about their inventory. The shakes are always tasty and the menu offers many options. read more

They do a good job for the most part but Sometimes we feel like we are paying for ice with some protein. I think whatever is leftover in the blender should be given to you. You're paying for the shake. If they add to much ice in the blend, that is on them and makes the end product not what you are paying for. Definitely nicer crew here. I LOVE this place, I've been coming for YEARS as they have good product, a fantastic concept, and always friendly and knowledgeable staff at this location HOWEVER! it seems that every year when it starts heating up the air goes out. WTF? It's been DAYS this time and it's hot af in there. The staff stays positive and doesn't complain but in my opinion, this is bullshit! it's so hot in there right now it's literally suffocating to walk into. Whoever is responsible for this location and it's employees needs to step it up and get their shit together with the proper AC UNIT on the building to avoid the ANNUAL ac outage. I am seeing this a common issue which is sad because I loved coming here. Check the quality of the prework out before you buy it, make sure it's nice and fluffy but don't open it or you won't get an exchange.... Really!? How would I know if it's defective and You can't see it! My prework out was a total brick and I couldn't get my scoop out. I love it when the owner is there in the mornings... not only is he extremely knowledgeable and patient with my incessant questions, his calm and cheerful demeanor helps me set the tone for my whole day! Get that joint with almond milk because consumption of unnecessary dairy may cause bloating and stomach discomfort. I went here on a Saturday during Onestopananza and met IFBB pro bodybuilder Marcus Haley, he recommended some Met-RX CLA to help burn fat and build lean muscle. I took his advice because I'm ready to look Andrew Diced Clay, totally Flex Luthor, brah. Plenty of products for peeps trying to lose weight, supplement their diets, or get Ripped Van Winkle. The prices are a little higher than if you were to shop on-line, but you get knowledgeable staff who will help you narrow down what you're looking for and not continue to try to up-sell you like other chains. There's always a clearance table you can stock up on vitamins or 'last on the shelf' items. The smoothie punch card will get your tenth smoothie free, and the employees don't seem to have a problem combining cards if you forget yours like I do. read more

I receive great service at both :) My very, very frequent order of the Strawberry Lemonade low-carb post workout shake is always a treat whenever I feel like being healthy (but it goes out the window when I have my midnight snack of course) after I work out. Whenever I have a tournament or a really long day ahead of me, I will stop by beforehand and order a Strawberry-Lemonade low-carb meal replacement shake with an energy boost (Kryptolean) and it provides a wonderful consistent stream of energy without the jitters. I always try to support small businesses, but I went in 2 weeks ago to purchase some supplements and I planned on spending around $200 and then I noticed the expiration dates and the stickers for 2010 Olympia on the products. I took the supplement to the counter and told the girl who obviously did not care. Fast forward to this morning I went back in for a smoothie, 4 to be exact and the same product is on the shelf! Horrible customer service and over priced. I bought some bcaa's that were recommended to me by the guy there, they wouldn't even dissolve. Taste horrible too, I went to take them back and surprise they have a no return policy. Any company that believe and backs the products they sell should have a 100% guarantee. They will never get my business again! Also the first bcaa's the guy recommend to me had a warning on the label "this product contains chemicals that have been proven to cause cancer in the state or California" wtf? Just another nutrition store nothing special. I do have a concern. I asked for a pre workout drink containing a product called mr. Hyde. The girl asked me if I wanted two scoops. Seriously? It says right on the container never axceed one scoop for good reason. This product has 350 mg. Of caffeine in one scoop. Their asking for a law suit. For the uneducated just might go for that second scoop. Not knowing the individual health history could very well have a heart attack. Usually I love One Stop, I. don't 100% believe that they make their shakes healthy (as they add chocolate syrup to make a chocolate flavored shake). Anyways twice now I've gone and paid 7 dollars on a shake (an extra 1$ for peanut butter) and they haven't been very good. They taste really iced down and kind of a waste of 7 dollars. I usually go to the One Stop on Power and they honestly do so much better. Customer service at this location on Dobson is good and I have no complaints there. The young lady (didn't quite catch her name) but she was super sweet and super knowledgeable and knew automatically what I was looking for. She recommended one of her favorite products that work for her and a few others that were their top sellers. Service was ok. The place was a mess the counter was full of dirty blenders, and instead of washing those, the guy went to the back to get clean ones to add to the pile. He was nice enough, but was wearing a backpack the whole time and a flannel shirt... Other locations wear the one stop tee or a polo or something! Normally, I LOVE One Stop.. I usually go to the one on Signal Butte but this location is close to work when I need a little pick me up or a not-so-heavy lunch. I came here today for a Chocolate Peanut Butter Slimmer and I couldn't even drink it. The taste of PILLS was SO overwhelming (perhaps the fat burner?!) I can still taste it on my tongue. I had about 3 sips of it to see if I could choke it down but it was just unbearable. I usually get the post-workout so maybe it's on me... but the slimmer has NEVER tasted this awful. Love this location. The service is friendlier than their sister store on Scottsdale Road. They do use sugar in their protein syrups as well which I prefer over the "sugar free" syrups at the other location. Anything real is better than fake in terms of nutrition. read more
