The most basic vitamin shoppe I've seen in a long time. The layout was bland, the employee basically might as well not have even been there. Didn't even greet anyone that I saw and let alone myself. Soon as I walked up to the register he didn't ask me if I found everything I needed or how I'm doing. Just "do you have a phone number with us "? At least he got that out of the way. You know, initially i was totally going to give this place 5 stars. Let me give you the full breakdown as far as why they dropped down to a 3. My husband purchased a box of one bars for me as a surprise. As much as I love one bars i however hate certain flavors. Cinnamon roll being one of them. Of course this is the one he did buy. He handed me a bar(not open) and i instantly made a face. Keep in mind i am 13 weeks pregnant and certain foods just make me sick thinking of it this being one. I told him I don't like this flavor and would exchange it for another flavor. He lost the receipt in the past few weeks somewhere. Probably in the trash. And couldn't remember what day he had bought it. So fast forward to this prior week. I go in and the assistant manager tells me that he cannot help me what so ever. Can't even say let me check or let me talk to my manager....Nothing. Keep in mind that the policy on vitamin shoppes website states as follows:"Without a receipt, the customer will receive a merchandise credit for the lowest selling price during the prior 30 days" . A little odd....right? So i called vitamin shoppe they confirmed what their policy online said but can't make him do anything. But to try another store. When another store is well over a 30 min drive minimum. With a toddler in the car? Hard pass. I go home, send an email to vitamin shoppe and I'm returned with pleasantries from the store manager at the store i was just in stating that he would be able to help me with my exchange. Awesome!!! I go in this morning and am greeted with after switching out products to "what the assistant manager said was correct and was following my direction" EXCUSE ME WHAT???? So it's in your policy to not help the customers???? Pardon me? That your store is completely on its own and can't follow your online policy??? Great to know. I will never be purchasing from another vitamin shoppe after this. Not worth the headache. As nice as it was to exchange my products; i cannot say that I understand this companies standards of things. So online says one thing but you really don't follow it. Make it make sense. You lost a long time customer vitamin shoppe. Congratulations. So from what have easily been an easy 5 star review it's dropped to a 3 only because I was able to get my store credit. read more

Drove 15 min to get the holiday weekend sale. It was closed till 4:50 on the window. I showed up at 4:10. I saw multiple people try to get inside but left disappointed. Wasn't able to get the deal this weekend I guess. read more

This location continues to close its doors at random hours of the day (morning, afternoon and evening). It will state open on hours but doors are locked and no one answers the phone. Sometimes there's a note on the door but this happens often. Best to call before coming. read more

I would recommend going to Vitamin Shoppe! I wasn't sure what supplements I needed but with the knowledge of Brad, he recommended the best supplements to help with me not sleeping and my stomach issues. I just wanted to mention my pleasant first impression of the store. I came in to pick up an online order today, and everything went smooth as you'd expect. I'm only writing a review because the employee who helped my was very kind in our short transaction. He was working on something in an aisle towards the back of the store, but he made sure to greet me right when I walked in. He smiled, used a non generic greeting, and grabbed/confirmed my products were correct. Sounds very simple, but so many businesses/employees don't understand how small things like that go a long way. Show up at 6:45 to make a quick purchase and the doors are already locked with no one in sight. The posted hours clearly state they close at 7 pm. They lost not only my purchase but the purchases of two other sales from other people trying to get into the store the same time I was. This is my usual spot but if I can't go in when it's clearly store hours I will go elsewhere. read more

RUDE! I purchased some bcaa and pre workout from them like 2 and a half weeks ago, I opened and used it twice each then ended up getting signed for a sponsorship with a supp that's only online. Since I have to use my sponsorship supps and they send them to me monthly I figured I'd return these products since there were pretty new and couldn't be used-- didn't like the pre either. NICK who looks to be a key holder thought it was okay to try to create company policy and tell me That I could not get a refund because my product was opened. He tried to give me a store credit just because he wanted too. I read the back of my receipt to him saying opened or opened could be returned within 30 days with receipt for refund in form that was purchased and he goes to keep lying and say "i don't know why they keep putting it on there like that but it would be a credit to the store-- no refund". I went in the car and called corporate who advised that I should get a full refund for my product and asked to speak with the cashier. I listened to them on speaker and all the cashier did was read the same verbiage that I did from the receipt and then Nick says "okay okay I'll do it". WHAT A JOKE! The other 2 men working there literally were standing there listening and watching the whole time like what he was telling me was correct. NICK WAS RUDE WITH HOW HE COMMUNICATED AND KNEW THAT HE WAS MISINFORMING ME ALONG WITH THE OTHER TWO GUYS WORKING THERE! I am a body builder and have used supp shops a lot seeing that I use a lot of supps although I've never done a return anywhere I'm sure other places would not make it hard a lie to my face! They would actually go by the policy on the receipt as well-- what a horrible experience read more
