This is not the first time I've had to wait outside for 30+ minutes for a pickup order while they continuously call walk-ins ahead of people who already ordered. Meanwhile, the line keeps growing and wrapping around the building, and there are employees stocking shelves instead of helping fulfill the orders people are standing outside waiting for. Even once you get to the pickup counter, the process is unbelievably slow. The most frustrating part is that everyone waiting in line was talking about how this happens to them every single time, so this clearly isn't just a one-off bad experience. What is the point of placing a pickup order ahead of time if it takes longer than just walking in? The entire process is poorly managed and desperately needs to be fixed.
