After coming all the way down I was first told they don't honor what's on their website and that I could not buy a gram and then I was told that I couldn't use my points on my transaction either. The cans they use here for flower are awful. Do not purchase anything they sell in a can if you have carpal tunnel, or sensitive hands opt out for glass jars or flower in a bag. I printed out the bank statement and took it to the Mesa location where they proceeded to deny responsibility for the stolen funds. Clearly that upset me, and of course that's when they decided I needed to leave, how dare I be upset about the theft of my money. It continued to be "verified" for several hours AFTER my pick-up time had passed. Never advanced to being processed or filled and ready for pick-up. I have been coming here since November and have watched the customer service rapidly decline, but today was the final straw. What business turns away customers who are lined up well before closing time, just because they weren't able to serve the customers the had in store at a pace efficient enough to get people in the doors. This is absolutely ridiculous. If the close time is 10, people should be able to get in the doors if they are there before closing time (within reason of course). I should have just listened to the other low reviews because this is an extremely poor business practice and extremely inconsiderate.
