An $8 jump overnight is nearly a 40 percent increase and does not reflect the reality of the Arizona market. Loyal customers who have supported this product for years are now being forced to pay significantly more for the EXACT same item. That kind of pricing change feels like blatant price gouging, especially when there was no warning and the product selection has become more limited. If this pricing continues, long-time customers like myself will have no reason to keep buying Hi-Klas concentrates at Zen Leaf when other dispensaries offer better pricing and better selection. I have been a medical patient since 2018 and I have NEVER experienced service like this before. Didn't get her name because I was so angry I quite literally just walked out. I am having surgery today so I came to talk to someone about drinks and get gummies since I cannot smoke. My dad came with me and started to remind me about gummies and she just cuts him off and goes "I can't talk to you since shes the medical patient" but let's not forget at the beginning she asked for an ID from him even though they checked it at the door. And when he said they checked it she said "you can go sit over there if you don't want to be here" I don't give a damn if I'm the medical patient or not he should still be able to ask a question. I come here often and like the product and service but they dropped the ball. I ordered online and got a confirmation text saying order was confirmed and I'd get another text when the order is ready. I saw they were open until 9pm (no indication of memorial day effecting these hours and nothing said on website either) so I waited for the 'it's ready text' but never got it. Instead, I got a text saying my order was cancelled at 8pm so I went to store thinking they were open until 9 but it was closed. Lost out on deals for that day unfortunately. Im a med patient whospends more than the average customer and usually buys from harvest near my home, but having a busy weekend I thought I would try zen leaf delivery. Delivery, how great is that! Idk, because after confirming my order and delivery time, my order was eventually canceled by email with no explanation. I rarely check email on weekends, but checked it after my order was late. They have my cell number and could have texted or called. I'm very flexible on delivery and would have happily rescheduled. I'm also very flexible on product. I'd happily have made changes to my order if it were an out of stock issue - it wasn't. (FYI... I've received that kind of customer service from harvest). Let's talk about relaxing, not getting messed up or getting high but relaxing. Now that being said the staff was 100% polite and fun to talk to. They were extremely knowledgeable about all the products that are offered to the public. I did talk to another customer to let me onto a little piece of information. If you have your medical marijuana card you can buy products that are higher in THC. Now because I've spent a lifetime at a keyboard my hands hurt and I was told the CBD oil or gummies might help me out. I have picked up the CBD on a rollerball and it's not cheap but it does do a good job at making the stiffness fall away and my hands can fly across the keys once again. Good luck out there. Territory never fails to make me smile. I had a terrible experience at the dentist today but arrived at territory and left feeling happy, supported and relieved. Recreational cannabis opened two weeks ago and Territory employees have done everything in their power to please med card patients and adult users. Give them a break, tip them well and be kind. Ask questions! If your budtender isn't sure because cannabis is RABBIT HOLE OF KNOWLEDGE then their fellow employees may know. Do you realize the amount of products brought in daily? Probably not. Inventory is constantly changing based on strains, brands and testing! Testing takes time and is going to hold up some products so they may not be available right away.. Grow Sciences sells out fast. They are a local brand and only have so much.. y'all need to stop whining Yes, you will probably end up waiting at some point. I am a first time patient. I went to Territory to see what their new patient specials were. The rep that helped me (Forrest) had no idea what he was doing since it was his first few days on the job. Why he would be helping customers without ANY training or knowledge about any of the product is beyond me. Then another guys try's to help that ALSO has only been there for 3 days. They couldn't even tell me what the new patient special was. Didn't know what was a sativa or indica. Didn't help me at all for being a new patient with. But I put an order for pick up twice in the last two days to pick up one bag of edibles about 6 - 6:30 so I can pick it up after work and both times I got the email that my order was received but both times they were declined when they closed. Sucks because this place is so close to my house and they are really nice but unless you put your order in early in the morning or afternoon, good luck getting what you're looking for. read more

I think her name starts with a A. She is a shorter female. Either way, the atm in the store had an error message and my card was stuck in it. I let her know and she literally just threw her hands up and said idk we rent them you got to call the number. She didn't even come from behind the counter to try and assist with it. Just immediately wrote me off and moved on. No one was approached her upset. Just seeking clarity as my debit card was stuck in a machine in her establishment with a system error reading and not moving... Idk who the district manager is for this location. But it was the assistant manager that heard me out and provided empathy. He took the time to listen to my frustration and apologize. How is he setting an example for his boss in a facility. Don't put people in management if they lack empathy and problem solving skills. Will never be back to this zen location. You manager needs some training. read more

Unfriendly customer policies, I purchased a one gram cartridge to take on a 2 week European vacation and it was defective. I attempted to return it upon my return to no avail. I was told by the manager named Mic that they need the package in order to accept a return. You have to nearly destroy the package to access the cartridge and who in their right mind would carry it in their luggage while traveling in the first place. Answer is NO ONE! I am medicinal user and had nothing to aid me overseas for 2 weeks and this is the service policy. Very poor. I was told that my only option was to contact Pura Earth. Unless you either credit me or authorize a return I will no longer be using any of your dispensaries. And I promise to light up social media on a regular basis. read more
