First time here and first time buying recreational marijuana. Janna was so sweet, patient and helpful. Janna answered all my questions. Everyone was friendly, wearing masks properly and having customers socially distance. My husband was waited on by Krystal. He said she was helpful and friendly too. This will definitely be our "go to" location for future purchases. read more

Placed an order online at 12:30pm for a 5:30p - 6:00p pick up time. At 6:45p I still hadn't received a text that my order was ready so I called and the dude I spoke to told me they were busy but they'd get to it in the next half hour. Never received the text and looked online this morning to find the order was dismissed. Could've just told me that so I could go somewhere else! read more

Love this place!! Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Their app/online ordering process is seamless. Adore their points/rewards system as well as the constant deals. You've got a customer for life. read more

Lady who helped me acted like I was an inconvenience to her day. Bud they recommend gave me a horrible headache. Called to return or find out how to exchange or get help and they offered me 10% off my next purchase or $6. Why would I go back if your product gave me a headache and you don't have any kind of guarantee. read more

I went to this specific dispensary due to a recommendation from family. I was not only greeted with kindness but was not judged on my lack of knowledge on this subject. The craziest part was when I was going to leave my car battery died and the manager, Jason, went out of his way to jump my car!! Talk about amazing service!! Highly recommend. The amazing quality of their products was just a plus. read more

Zen Leaf - 10 mg hybrid gummies, flavors peach & sour water melon. Then a battery and charger. - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

This dispensary has gone down hill since Zenleaf took over this location. I've been a loyal customer at this dispensary for years, dating back to when you needed a medical marijuana card to come here. I have accumulated a lot of points over that time (spent thousands of dollars$) that we just magically erased because of a new policy they rolled out. I asked to speak with the manager thinking they would provide some customer service, instead I was greeted by a rude manager who looked like he was high himself. Do yourself a favor and bring your loyalty and business to a company that appreciates you. DO NOT SHOP HERE!! One positive thing about this visit was working with Janna, everyone else was rude and unprofessional read more

My go-to dispensary! Everything is always simple, fast, efficient and the bud tenders know their stuff. I love that they're always willing to help me find a deal, and they're not trying to pressure me into buying more than I need. The parking is also a lot better than other dispo's in the area in my opinion. 10/10 and I'll continue to be a repeat customer! read more

@Arielle the "manager" or whatever commented on my post & said to email her & she would make it right but yet never heard from her lmaoooo what a joke read more

Right by my house, friendly employees, don't make me feel rushed or judged because I'm not knowledgeable. They're always helpful.

Territory Dispo was my favorite up until recreational sales went into effect. Initially, Territory did a great job serving medical patients first. Immediately following, Territory went downhill fast! I was a dedicated patient for two years. Customer service exceeded my expectations with employees who went over and beyond. Employees are rude and prices are high compared to other dispensaries. Fortunately, treez pay allows me to order and skip the hassle. I am disappointed the hiring managers were unable to hire good employees with exceptional customer service skills. True Bliss, Sticky Saguaro, and Harvest are the best dispensaries hands down! read more

Alondra is running such an amazing staff! And Emma, my bud tender today was amazing vibes & really helped me with all my selections! I love it here so much read more

I have been to a couple different Dispensaries. This one is definitely a favorite! The workers were very kind, fun, and extremely welcoming. The gentleman that helped me was also very informative, and kind. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and also introduced me to other products he recommended. Which I definitely appreciate, as there are so many different products made it's hard to keep track. They also had a lot of different edibles. I was really happy to see the shelves full. I feel like a lot of dispensaries don't have what I'm looking for, or always out of stock. So felt great to go in and get exactly what I wanted. Their website was right about what they have too. I was impressed with the layout of this place. It was very spaced out, and very clean! I love the look on the outside as well. Very professional. Looked great! Thank you so much to the staff, and gentlemen who helped me. I'm really surprised there are bad reviews about this place. I had a great experience. And I also felt very comfortable, and welcome. Thank you again. read more

ZenLeaf acted like they were going to make it right, and did nothing! they ripped me off. Too many companies ripping people off and a POT SHOP should never do such a thing. Next step, report with Gilbert PD! You wrote a review for Zenleaf - Gilbert 2 months ago 1.0 star rating7/19/2022 I went into ZENLEAF for the 1st time yesterday and was manipulated out of a pretty large sum of money. I got .05 gram vape cartridge for 28.00 then the daily special 1/2 ounce Copperstate Farms Flower AK 47 for 45.00. So as a new customer they were also suppose to apply 20% off. What happened was the guy Zack O on POS 8 was confused as I was NEW and got the discount for the reward of being new. I wanted my discount and then a African American Manager came to do the over-ride, and ripped me off even further! I gave them 100 dollars and the cameras will show that as there are cameras EVERYWHERE. This is reprehensible and I think the authorities might need to be alerted! If they are doing that to me, they are doing it to everyone. My change was 5.00 bucks! read more

I switched from this place from health For life because of the people and the awesome deals, seriously this staff is amazing . Today I tried to exchange a hi klas cartridge that I bought by accident that gives me panic attacks, was denied on an exchange for something else even! It's my fault that I bought the same brand I guess and didn't realize it, I need to watch what I'm buying even though I've been giving this place 100's of dollars and that would switch to the thousands if I would have been able to do my exchange! ZenLeaf you're awesome but I won't be able to come to you anymore have a great day! IF YOU EVER DO A RETURN HERE ALWAYS TELL THEM ITS DEFECTIVE! Or you will not get your money back even though they carry those trashy hi klas cartridges that give ppl migraines and panic attacks ! read more

There are so many things to say about dispensaries. There are good ones and bad ones for sure. I am a medical patient and have lots of issues with this place. I stand outside the "walk thru" and I am stared at. It is hard to see inside so I walk inside because I think it is busy. When I go inside there is 1 customer and 8 employees behind the counter. There is 1 person helping the customer while the rest stand and stare at me. When someone finally walks up to a register instead of calling me, the medical patient with an online order the call the woman that just walked in with no online order or a medical patient. I get it she is a girl.... read more

This place has the worst customer service. Rude security guards that can't hear when you speak and bud tenders that interupt you and rush you. If you are looking for great service and knowledgeable folks - this is NOTthe place. read more

F*** the territory dispensary in Gilbert or probably all of them selling weed that's been sitting on their shelf four to six months didn't realize it till I got home and looked at the date and then call them and of course they won't switch it out for some fresh weed they're just going to sell old s*** for $50 an eighth I'll never go back there I'll spread the word f*** you territory read more

First time visitor here-the service was great. Loved the old school Black Box tunes playing when I signed in with Michael. Very professional and informative. I was helped by Christian who was able to direct me to some products that he recommended based on the information I gave him. I liked that the facility was very clean and not overly populated. I haven't really shopped dispensaries but I felt this location was pricey, I could be wrong. I had a very good experience and thank you for the senior discount! read more

I happily went in for my birthday gift that territory is known for and the lady at the desk named Holly was extremely rude! I have never been treated like this at any dispensary! She told me that they didn't have anything available for my birthday gift and I had to explain to her the promotion they have. After doing so she told me it was only for medical patients and she was clearly wrong. She was really rude to my friend and it seemed she was very upset we were even there! I will never be going back to this dispensary again! Awful experience. read more

Almost feel like there is a "bait and switch" here. Ordered the Wana Gummies for pickup. The Wana Strawberry Lemonade is listed as 200mg cbd/200mg thc. On the Territory website. See the attached invoice. When I went to the store to pick up, and was told that they were 100mg of cbd and 100mg of thc. Very disappointed! read more

Zen Leaf - Order receipt - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

This place is SOOOOOOOOO bad, I'd like to pay people not to go here. It's the worst I've ever come across out of every dispensary I've been to: here and California. The service is horrendous. The worst I've seen in a long time. Pissed off customers and "don't give a shit" employees are everywhere. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! PLEASE!!!! read more

Always quick and easy experience when I go here, plus they always have good strains and pre-rolls to pick from.

Great knowledge , fast and friendly , never too long of a wait , zero attitudes just great people

Solid local place to get some herb. I have been coming here for a few years as a medical patient and I will continue coming here! Helpful staff makes for an easy trip. read more

Whenever I come in all of the bud tenders are super nice. I never understood all the hate for Territory until today.. Just called to see if they had any Grow Science flower and the young lady replied, "no" and abruptly ended the call while I was asking a follow up question. Really poor customer service that is a major turn off to repeat customers. read more

Great deals in bundles and bogos on 1/8th. Went in early friendly staff and was checked out in a few minutes.

I've come to this place multiple times. The people who work here are usually super nice. I have had multiple issues though. They consistently have problems ringing me up because something is mislabeled. Like, to the point they have to go to the back and I get stuck standing there for 15-20 minutes until they figure it out. They rarely have enough people working behind the counters. Today I got fed up and left because I had waited over 30 minutes with other people who had been there longer than myself. Another person was allowed to go in and skip about 4 of us, he was called out of order. That coupled with 1 person helping walk ins, I'm done. I have been coming here because they are the closest to my house and have great deals, but they clearly don't care and I'm over it. No deal is worth the hassle of this place. read more

this dispensary has great customer service, good deals too. one thing I love about this place is they take online pre-payments so you don't absolutely have to have cash to get your order picked up. this is my new go to dispensary! read more

Been coming here for a few months and never had an issue till today. Online they advertise $99 oz flower so i placed an order of 1x 14g and 2x 7g bags since it adds up to an oz. Nothing online or in store that says I cannot mix and match. Finally went in to pickup to be told it doesnt work and i have to pay almost $300 for something that should be dealed around $100. Had to walkout with less than i wanted or expected and honestly im just disappointed. Ive gone to other dispensaries and got the deal doing the same thing. If you are not gonna own up to your own deals why even have them. Youre better off taking the drive up north. read more

I have been a customer for years and have always had outstanding customer service until today. Today, I came in and went to order my usual and started small talk with the the bud tender like usual. After a few minutes Morgan made me feel uncomfortable as she brought up inappropriate work related incidents that quite frankly shouldn't haven been spoken about with a patient. I kept my responses very neutral as I love all the other bud tenders and have had many great conversations with them. The atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming but today I felt unwanted and wished I went somewhere else. read more

No accountability and service to the community..I bought a stiiizy cartridge that out of the package leaked oil all in my mouth.. I took it back and they told me who cares you have to go chase down our supplier.. .. clearly they have a system set up to never do the right thing and give you your money back.. they made up all kinds of impossible things like having the full packaging as if you knew you were buying a faulty cartridge.. .. Ever since e Zenleaf took over territory it has been TERRIBLE!!! I used to only come to this shop when it was formerly known as territory and always had such a great experience. Since zenleaf has taken over I will now be driving an extra 20 mins to go somewhere else. I'll never be back. read more

They lie about what's on the menu, on the online menu it says the stuff I got was new, yet they sold out 2 days ago so why wasn't there menu updated? when I went into the store to ask the lady refused to check, so unorganized and disrespectful. Went in happy for some rosin, left PISSED with nothing I wanted. read more
