I've been to a few of the nearby dispensaries and this one is my favorite, by far. They have great daily specials, viewable on their website and in-store. Additionally, they have have a rewards program that gives future credit for every dollar spent. The staff is always courteous and competent, and the atmosphere is very welcoming and comfortable. I have read some of the complaints in this platform regarding long waits, which given all of what I mentioned above, might be why they sometimes have a standing line outside the building. They only allow a limited number of people in the store at one time, and they prioritize medical patients. Everytime I have been there, once I was admitted into the store, I was checked-in and served in a timely and efficient manner. The busiest it has been for me was on 4/20, they were running a great special, and there was a reasonable and expected turnout of people observing the holiday. They, like some of the other despensaries in the area, are CASH ONLY, so come prepared, but they do have an ATM in the lobby. read more

The cancelled my online order twice. No one called me. No one cares that I need my medicine today. Then when I called they acted like I was inconveniencing then looking for my order. Since I used a delivery vendor they treated me like dirt. I'm appalled this company is allowed to handle medicine when they don't even care about patience needs. I placed my order at noon. It's now 8 PM and I probably will not see my order today and I cannot drive because I had surgery yesterday!!!!!! I will never order from here again!!!! Not to mention the manage Poly just passes the buck - oh well that a supurb order he says!! I'm like where is my order?? Just because your using a vendor doesn't mean I get lower quality service. If your store managers don't like working with delivery vendors, they don't work with them. DO NOT MAKE ME SUFFER!!!! I am still the customer in need of my medicine. stopped by Zen Leaf Cannabis Dispensary and had a great experience. The store was clean, organized, and easy to navigate. The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. They were knowledgeable about the products and helped me find options that fit what I was looking for instead of just trying to sell me the most expensive item. The wait time was short, checkout was smooth, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. I also appreciated that the menu had a good variety of flower, concentrates, vapes, and edibles with deals available. The budtender was friendly, patient, and made the whole process easy. Overall, one of the better dispensary experiences I've had in Arizona. Good customer service, fair prices, solid selection, and a professional environment. I'll definitely be back. read more

I went in today to pick up an online order and Brandon helped me. So I don't believe Brandon was supposed to be apart of the orginal team memebers there that are designated to help the online order people but the line was a little long and he realized that and helped me out, which was just really cool of him. so as he was checking me out I had a couple questions looking for a specific strain of weed and he definitely answered all my questions and was able to point me in the right direction for what I was looking for. lastly I order online that I only wanted one butter gram but he gave me two because there was a BOGO that I didn't know about so props to that guy!!! overall Brandon helped me out great and created a great experienc, will definitely be going back cuz of him!!! read more

IS THAT WHO you want GREETING YOUR CUSTOMERS WHEN WE DONT NEED A LICENSE to patron your shit store in 5 months? Territory Dispensary in Gilbert is one of my favorite shops around the valley. Right when you pull up to the place, it looks sharp. You can peer right inside thru the massive windows and glass walls. Very clean, very sleek. Territory has a solid selection of all the top shelf brands im looking for. I go in and all the staff is usually super helpful and respectful. In all, I have a great experience everytime I go here. It may not be the cheapest prices around...but with their daily deals and flash sales they offer, I can walk away with no buyers remorse. So if your in the East Valley I would definitely recommend stopping in and seeing this shop. read more

I went in for a Bogo and the nice lady Kystral pressed the wrong button during check out. Accidents happen we are all people!! I checked the sale on my phone in my car before I left and realized that she hit the 40 instead of 50% off so I went in to correct it. This was the first dispensary I went to when I first got my card and I have never once had a bad experience! I love all the staff and I am treated well by everyone whenever I come in. They always have great deals and REALLY great bud! I love the rewards system and how they always mention how many reward dollars I can use towards my purchase. It's really appreciated that they help me keep costs low while getting quality products because I do spend a lot of money here lol. My GPS tried telling me that the despensary was inside a Duck carwash but once I found it I was impressed. The despensary itself is pretty much all glass with sliding doors.
