I have to say that the guy with the purple hair his name is Ken knows his stuff. He answered all my questions he even answered questions that I hadn't quite gotten to answer them but he knew what I was thinking and answered them. He is epic! He knows his stuff inside and out upside down right side up, he should be one of the managers. He's good at what he does and I feel that he needs to be in a better position than where he's at. He is totally management quality but seems like they don't really give them that opportunity. He's one of the greatest guys that is in that place. I've been going here for quite some time about 5 years and he's the only one that's still there besides the owners. These are the rudest people I have ever met. As employees, they seem more concerned about the drama in house than the customers coming through the door. It's like a Circle K with Cannabis. Bait and switch practices. Their Halloween sale shows buy one get one on any pre packed 1/8ths and 1/2's on their website. I get to the store and they say it's only for top tier. I show the guy behind the register their website which clearly says BOGO on pre packed 1/8ths and 1/2's and he says, "yeah sorry, I know it says that but it's only top tier." Be prepared to wait! Longer than I have at any other dispensary in the whole valley. On top of that, they literally let people cut in front of you. The guy in front of me got to take his buddy in who came in way after me. This place is a joke and he should have been told to go to the back of the line. The employees don't care if the line is going out the door or if people are skipping spots. This is not that good of a place, certainly no worthwhile deals, for them to be treating customers this way. Also, I should add, they charge you about $2 for the plastic bag they put your weed in. Weed has been legal in Arizona for over 2 years and never once have I been to a place so cheap that they make you pay for the bag. No where is it posted that you need to bring a bag. This is one of the worst locations in the valley for weed products. I suggest reading the other reviews and going elsewhere. read more

GreenPharms is by far my favorite dispensary. I always have such a wonderful experience there, and the product I purchase is always enjoyable. I really love the selection, even if it isn't every product out there. It gives me plenty of options without overwhelming me with a ton of different products. My favorite bud-tender is Ken by far, as he always takes such good care of me. :) He always has wonderful recommendations and I always end really enjoying the product he recommends! They have a terrible wait time. 40+ minutes if you're a walk in. They care more about their online orders than they do their medical patients. I don't recommend gracing this location with your presence. There are way better dispensaries in mesa than this place. I would say 0 stars if it would allow me. Don't offer cartridges for a pack deal, then when I drive all the way to the place they can't offer that special on Wednesday because their system can only handle on special at a damn time. I'm literally livid. When I go into the store I typically spend a good chuck and stock up on my stuff for the month. My bud specialist didn't seem to know wtf was even going on. Walked back to the manager to ask her why it wasn't working 2 times. The manager couldn't even come out and apologize for any inconvenience or anything. This has to be one of the worst dispensaries I have ever been too. Dry flower, their "house concentrate" looks like they just squirt hot oil into a container and call it a day, and their cartridges are 3/4 full and when I called to ask why it was like that the lady's answer was "oh the coil soaks some up". I have never seen a cartridge come 3/4 empty. Employees are as dumb as they come read more

The people that work here are pretty rude and have a complex lol then I look at the reviews and see it's not just me. I just spent over 300$ and bought 3 of the 2.5 (5pack) Jeeters and 1 XL Jeeter (accidentally thinking it was another 5 pack on the site) I asked the guy working the online orders if I could get the better deal and get another 5 pack and XL Jeeter making it four 5 packs and 2 XL Jeeters. He said I needed to get back in line...and I totally understand that, that's not what I cared about but it's how they talk to you. Him and another guy acted Like I was totally putting them out, when I promise there was maybe 1 person in the lobby and certainly no one behind me (I was surprised) Instead of getting the better deal, I just wanted to hurry and leave. They don't care about their patients only their $$ They certainly didn't care turning me away with the worst deal ever lol I'm so sad I could've gotten a free 5 pack and a free XL True Bliss would never do that and I will only go there from here on out. After paying cash the worker behind the computer was preparing a bag and then handed me it and the receipt. It wasn't until I got home that I got a voicemail and a text message saying they didn't put the product I bought in the bag. When I go to check it it's empty with just the receipt. Are you kidding me?! Then after driving all the way back because they epically messed up I'm met with rude commentary and virtually no help. It was as if I was being punished and waiting forever when they screwed up and I was inconvenienced. I was furious. I do not like the staff here at all. Finally after asking for a millionth time I say I just want a refund, give me my money back at this point; More difficulty. Truth be told the prices here are too high too. You're best bet is to go to the Flower Shop 4 miles up the street. You'll get better prices and better attitude given Green Pharms staff is petty, ironic from a staff that's high all day. read more

This place is overpriced and doesn't have nearly as many options as it's competitors. we went in on Saturday and the owner started barking at us about parking in the neighboring business parking spot. The prices and product are typically good. However, as someone that pre-orders nearly every time, it doesn't seem right that you can be waiting in line during the designated "happy hour" times, and then miss out on the happy hour discount because the bud tender took so long helping the others ahead of you. It's happened to me several times now... that's just not right and bad business in my book. You can have good prices and product, but if your service sucks, none of that matters. read more

This is the 2nd time I've ordered delivery only to find out that at the last minute they cancel the order because, "We didn't have enough drivers."
