Joe Walker always has a line for giving out advice. I appreciate how much time he takes with me, 66, and consideration around how my medical conditions are doing read more

Loved this place! Gee was amazing very friendly and helpful. She knew exactly what I was looking for . I would recommend coming here. I will be back ! read more

I came in around 9:53 PM... Just several minutes before they close. (I know sometimes that's frowned upon, but I had just gotten off work and I wanted to grab something before they close.) I was immediately greeted by a beautiful young lady in glasses with a big smile who checked my ID and was very kind. She then motioned me in to get in line on the inside. I waited about three minutes and then I was summoned up to the counter and greeted by Brian and Vinny. I let them know right off the bat I get a little anxious at dispensaries just because of all the options. They asked me a couple simple questions to find out what it is I was trying to get and they narrowed down to a couple different options. Vinny stepped away to go grab them, and during that time I was talking to Brian. He went and grabbed another option for me that I might like. They were both So helpful, super friendly, and easy to talk and I'm super grateful that they made my experience Very smooth And quick. I did not feel rushed even though they were about to close and I was in and out in just a few minutes. Thank you CuraLeaf for a great first experience and thank you for the recommendation!! Awesome job guys!!! Ps- parking lot is empty because they closed and I was one of the last people to walk out.. but there was actually like 7 cars when I pulled in at 9:53pm. read more

See all

Waaaaaaay super sloooooooooooow service. Even when ive ordered online ive still waited in line at the store. Not many good deals and the prices are a bit higher than other local dispos. Product are great service could use a pep talk! read more

Could of swore that I was able to use my veteran discount here, regardless of whether something was on sale or not. Been coming here since before this place was "Curaleaf" And they used to be good....idk why they insist on turning to shit read more

I never dreamed I would be going to a dispensary, but here I am. In an effort to help my aging Mother who suffers with crippling arthritis and stage 4 kidney disease, I visited Curaleaf. These people are so knowledgeable and eager to help. My Mom is knitting again and her kidney function has actually improved. I can't thank these folks enough!!!! read more

Unfriendly & so cold-shouldered workers especially the front desk & the lobby lady(at me for NO reason even tho she knew I am deaf for good ess's sake!! Omy goodness! BUT! The salespeople inside the actual store were so friendly & professional! Aww! Except their prices, my goodness, were sooooo EXPENSIVE‼‍ read more

Great deals and customer service! Joe was knowledgeable and made some recommendations with the best deals.

Always very friendly staff, and consistently fast! - I usually spend about ~ 3 mins inside. Not really a fan of overcrowding and noise at huge dispos, so this place hits a perfect median: it's small, nicely-spaced out, but has the energy and liveliness of a bigger joint. Unfortunately idk his name but the young man with glasses who has assisted me here has good vibes and has gotten me in and out quickly. Thanks Curaleaf. read more

Joe gave really great service! best weed and best team in the valley! :) I will be back for more.

Joe was awesome!!! He knew exactly what my husband could use for his chronic fatigue. Will be back!!

This place holds it down. I have never come in and them be out of what I'm looking for and Ive been coming for over 4 years now. Always stocked! Customer service top tier! They know how to get you high! They take care of you 10/10 5 stars! Bravo read more

I have been a consistent customer for years but am ready to shop elsewhere. Online orders used to be consistently ready to pick up within 30 minutes, usually faster. Now they are consistently understaffed and taking a long time to pack an order - not every time but noticeably more often. read more

Guy told me "I need an email bro" for an order that was ready for pickup and unable to look me up by anything else. Here's the text saying "your order is ready" here's my id, saying that it's me. "I need an email bro." Well that "email bro" has cost curaleaf about 5k in revenue since I've been going up the road and buying there ever since. Besides who wants to wait around for 30 minutes in line? Whole place sucks from top to bottom. read more

All the employees are super friendly. My associate was very helpful and patient. There was no wait and they had tons of options. Will be back! read more

Since this incident management handled my complaint and I appreciate them making things right.

Everything about this location is cool, except for the location. The business complex is crazy difficult to exit all the time. Only one entrance/exit, with increased traffic/business there is always a huge line, with no traffic light or turn lanes. read more

3/31/2026The lady checking people in, at the door, takes her unofficial job as line police pretty seriously. Rude AF I'll just go elsewhere.

What an amazing budtender Bianca is. She always has a good attitude, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I was taken care of by Miss Morgan, she helped me get in and out while in training which was amazing! From her smile all throughout the sale to helpful information in regards to payment methods, she's doing great! It's nice to have such great bud tenders lately here at my local dispensary! Gilbert bud tenders have been going hard with excellent customer service, thank you to the whole staff read more

Excellent product and service. Always very helpful and considerate. Quality products and good prices.

terrible customer service. Budtenders I dealt with were slow and clueless. Ordered edibles and one guy tossed stuff in bag so fast and items wrong. The Kind in Gilbert so much bette. read more

Awesome shop the only one I use. This place is not only way cheaper than anyone else but also has a huge selection! Shout out to Ryan the manager! I made a mistake on an order and they made it right and then some! Can't say enough good stuff about this place. How a business should be ran! read more

Goodish tree but ALWAYS a HUGE line and wait. Mint dispensary is about 10 mins away and they are fast and have good tree and Truelieve on Chandler Blvd is close and they get you in and out. You will wait at Curaleaf Gilbert on average 15-20 mins standing in line. read more

Gilbert is my local shop, the budtenders are usually very nice and are good about spotting deals related to my purchases or answering any questions I may have. This biggest issue with Curaleaf to me is the website/online experience, for example today I logged onto my laptop to look for some gummies for my girlfriend. I went to the laptop because you can't see the info on your phone (size of screen issue) and if you try to get more info on the phone you're re-routed and never get the info you seek. I searched Curaleaf and even my dispensary comes up in the search, I click on it and I'm redirected to the starter page (Welcome to Curaleaf please select your state...and AZ is not even on the dropdown list...makes you want to find a different dispensary) I still can't find the info I was searching for...I usually find what I need or something close (hate to settle), eventually this will probably drive me away when I find a better experience. read more

So I have been a customer since 2020. As usual I placed my order early morning to go and pick up as I do every morning. When I arrive I was told one item was out and they cancel my entire order. Why would you cancel everything and expect me to pick from what you left. Everyone just stood there and said nothing. No way to treat a loyal and consistent customer this way. Went somewhere else no give my money probably will never return there again nor recommend wasting my time was not a good thing horrible experience. read more

this business is VERY halfsies. with that being said, some employees are PHENOMENAL!! they're great and are SUPER nice and helpful! on the other hand, some are rude asf and only are nice if they "know you"....cmon people. just be nice it's not that hard. if you hate your job so much, just quit read more

Cody as usual, AMAZING and always gives the beat recommendations! I love this dispensary.

TERRIBLE in house products. Find, cura leaf, or Grassroots pre packs are always short a gram to five grams. Their 'amazing' card service if you don't have cash is actually a $6 dollar min instead of $3.50 they advertised saying it's cheaper than the ATM fee of $4.50. I have so many charges and statements of the 3.50 surcharge then a day later another 2.50 charge making it $6 instead of what they tell you. Also the 14g(14.18 is a full half) pre packs are 10-12g and the ounces are at most 27g (full O is 28.35). Then I called to get a refund due to extra charges and nothing happens. read more

Literally don't wear a skirt here, they have a fan angled on the floor that blows your skirt right up as you walk in the front door. Maybe let's not, get a taller fan or move it, so unacceptable for women clients. Otherwise service is great. But wasn't expecting to moon everyone! read more

My husband and I came here with his work buddies and it was such a fun experience! The gas was gas and the prices were good. Did have a slight hiccup in there, being that there were more indica related products that sativa when we went. However, Im aware this is a fairly newer dispensary so maybe that will change over time. Overall, I'd go back for sure! read more

I was in extreme pain due to back issues. I'd changed jobs recently and was awaiting the beginning of insurance coverage. I decided to try some edibles. The female employee who greeted me made me feel welcome and explained how this worked. The gentleman who assisted me was very knowledgeable. He gave me a few options and explained the differences. I was able to get a buy one, get one free deal and a discount as a first time customer. It was a great experience. I'd definitely go back and have recommended it to several people. read more

Always great deals, fast service, and amazing customer service! Every time I've been to this one, or the one in Queen Creek, they've been amazing! read more

Their products are all mid. Their house joints rarely pull without having to perform surgery on them. Definitely think that there is no quality control before the product gets to the customer. Even bought a blunt the other day that smelled exactly like the blue water in a porta John. Trash trash and trash. Will not be coming back. Also the customer service is hit and miss. Some people are cool, most are too stoned to even sell you what you need lol read more

Do not go here if you're planning on using a med card. Yesterday I got a 10 gram pre pack and they charged it as an ounce on my allotment. Not cool at all. read more

I have never left a dispensary line as a med patient until this day. The door girl needs training and should acknowledge a medical patient before recreational. Whoever the red haired girl is needs more help training I won't be back. I am an elite member that means over 5,000.00 IVE SPENT here. Y'all forreal? read more

Cashier 66979!!! Be honest when a customer ask you if the product is on bogo. Tried to sell me one only on fine pre roll and assuming to keep one!! read more

Very organized, polite, knowledgeable, & helpful. Since I pre/ordered my time there was short an to the point. I felt secure in their knowledge of my order, however, in picking up I was advised of deals that allowed two for the price of one! WOW!!! (Helpful, indeed) I would visit again an I'll tell my friends about my very good experience read more

No one can tell me why I can't see my purchase history maybe because they gave me a different product than what I ordered!!!

I placed an order online for two 1g cartridges which were listed at $42.77 a piece. Literally the only reason I chose curaleaf over anywhere else. After getting the text that my order was ready, I pulled up only to still wait in line for 30-40 minutes behind all those who were still waiting to order. No big deal, whatever. I FINALLY get up to the register, and the budtender is suddenly all confused about my cartridges. He had me choose another, which I said I was fine with as long as they were still 1g and in the same price range. Total comes to over $200. It wasn't until then that I was informed that the cartridges were over 80 a piece. I'll happily pay that if that's the price you have listed, but don't blindside me by charging double the asking price. I was just trying to make a short and sweet trip, with my order that was supposedly ready at 3:30pm, but instead I had to drive all over town in the rain and wait in line at mint for another hour. They had warmers and free tacos, their 1g carts were a much better deal, and their staff was fantastic! But I didn't get home until after 7. So beyond frustrated with my experience at curaleaf, and I will not be wasting my time there ever again. read more
