Service has been wishy washy since they opened years and years ago. They seem to like hiring young kids that don't have very good customer service skills. Not a good experience at One Stop Nutrition on 12/4/19. I wrote this and saved it, as I was not ready to share. The young employees are rude. I was kicked out of your store this week and asked not to come back! What awful offense did I commit? I bought a powder based nutrition product. When I got home and pried all the anti-theft and moisture prevention seals off I discovered that the powder was a solid block due to moisture. When I brought the product back the kid behind the counter gave me a terrible time. "Where is your receipt" the high school aged kid demanded? "I was not offered a receipt", I replied. He called a manager and was instructed to have me prove my purchase? Solution: I pulled up my app showed my charge on my credit card app from their store from last week. When the kid clerk again asked for me to produce a receipt I was never offered from the week before, the manager heard me say "freaking" as in "the kids that were here last week didn't offer me a freaking receipt!" The manager asked to speak to me and proceeded to chew me out and instructed me to never come back again for using profanity! I shared with the manager that I was sorry and a little heated at that point, as the kids from the week before gave me a terrible time. Instead of diving deep and asking any questions about what happened he wanted to make sure that I never come back to this independent franchise again. No problem. I spend a fortune on health & wellness products every month. You've lost THOUSANDS of dollars by asking me to leave and not come back. Customer service and happiness are critical today - especially to brick and mortar businesses trying to compete with e-commerce and the Amazon machine. Turns out that the product I was interested in replacing it with is 1/2 price on Amazon. The brick and mortar doesn't offer price matching either. Lucky me... I saved 1/2 and get my product delivered to me at my office by a friendly UPS or Amazon driver without being made to feel like I am doing something wrong. Lesson: treat your customers with respect or they will go elsewhere. I usually visit this store at least 2 times per week and spend $$$ on a post workout protein smoothie... I've been saying I need to buy a blender at the office so I can save a few dollars and make my protein shakes at the office... Thank you for kicking me out. They do have a huge assortment of protein, supplements, vitamins and just about everything you'd need for your pre and post workout needs. There's even a smoothie bar. I was not familiar with the One Stop Nutrition franchise and was pointed their direction by the Gold's Gym only a hop, skip and jump away (awesome location!). Walking inside, it looks much like your typical GNC or Hi Health - rows of workout nutrition. The guys staffing the place are really nice. Recently opened, the place looks pristine with big flat screen TV's that were showing the game. I'll have to pick their brain about supplements a different time, but today I needed a good smoothie. So, the menu works like this: Choose a shake type [I chose "Post Workout"] + Base [skim milk] + Flavor [strawberry] + Optional Add In I was really impressed with the flavor and consistency. It even stayed cold for my 30 minute drive home! For 6 bucks even, it substitutes for a meal. I've been looking for a smoothie shop for after my workouts and I've found my destination. read more

Convenient location to drop by whenever I finish my workout. It's actually getting to the point where some of the guys already know my order and will start making it when I open the door haha. There's a Buy-9-Get-1-Free program if you put in your cell, I don't think the punch cards are a thing anymore, because wasting paper or something. I don't know, I like the drinks I get, whether it's replacing a meal or replenishing after a hard night at the gym. There's enough variety between the drink places and the flavors that you can change it up enough to not get tired of the same drinks. I'm surprised I never saw anything this efficiently run or cheap when I was in the Bay, but I'm glad One Stop has a system going. They also have a GNC type storefront where they sell you products you can bring home. Haven't checked that out yet, but I can vouch for the shakes if you need something. read more

Smoothies are incredible here, but not their customer service! Tried to use a buy one get one free coupon that I've used before at the specific location and was told I could not use it. When we asked the guy to check he called someone in front of us and sarcastically asked to verify if the address was the same on the coupon as the location. Rather than asking if we could get an exception to use the coupon he simply called to make a sarcastic question on the phone and was very rude. The conversation was 'hey is this our address, ok thanks' and hung up and wouldn't even propose to give us the discount this one time. He even charge me to split the drink into two cups without telling me there would be a cost of a dollar to split. Just not happy with the customer service and I am happy there is more stores nearby. read more

Crappy customer service.. I've come to this one this last week just because it's next to the gym. But I'm done I normally get a low carb slimmer with coconut milk. First time I ordered it it was with Pb powder and jelly they gave me this with blue berries. I hate blue berries. It was 6 bucks Second time they gave me what I wanted really watery. 6 bucks as well 3rd time today I went asked for the same thing but told the dude if he could put strawberry jelly in instead. Gave me a look and said they always do strawberry jelly...i just said ok. If that's the case then why did they give me blue berry that other time. Any ways.. today it was 6.50. So am I being charged 50 cents extra for saying I want strawberry jelly because at no time have I been rude to this people or anything. But if you wanna charge 50 more cents for a request cool. Yesterday, I stopped at a different location and got the same shake and paid the same $6.50 as I've paid for several months (the price increased a few months ago from $6.00 to $6.50). Tonight, I stopped in and ordered the same shake as always, but was charged $7.75. When I questioned the increase I was told that corporate sets the prices and because the cost has gone up to cover the increases in wages. When I told them I got the same shake yesterday and paid $6.50, I was told that it was probably a new hire. So you mean to tell me that everyone else in all the locations are charging wrong and you are the only employees charging correctly? This seems unlikely.
