By the end of our visit, we spent over $100 but also saved over $100. (Took the photo attached prior to ringing out all the products we got). My friend and I have very limited experience visiting dispensaries, but we've only ever had good experiences at this JARS Metro Center location! The advertisement displayed on the billboards is highly misleading and designed to entice…read moreindividuals to visit the dispensary. Despite my negative experience at the dispensary, I cannot and would not recommend this establishment. The associate I encountered was unhelpful and uninterested in assisting us in finding a suitable strain seemed to not care much once we mentioned the promotion we were interested in. The advertisement prominently states "FREE OUNCE FOR NEW CUSTOMERS" without any additional fine print. This should be the sole basis for honoring the promotion. However, upon visiting the dispensary, it was discovered that a $50 purchase is required to redeem this offer, and the customer receives only 7 grams of some low grade in house brand instead of the advertised full ounce. This is a significant reduction in the value of the promotion, requiring the customer to return three more times to spend another $50 each time to obtain the promised amount. This advertisement is highly deceptive, and if the dispensary is aware of its misleading nature, it should take appropriate action to rectify the situation. This could involve removing the advertisement or making a substantial alteration to the promotional promises displayed on the billboards.

I got home, opened it up... faulty. Completely broken. So I go back in thinking, "Great, I'm about to become that customer." But Eli immediately hit me with his usual welcoming smile and basically said, "I got you, don't worry about it." No attitude, no annoyance, no making me feel awkward about it whatsoever. Swapped it out no problem and told me to check it before heading home. Now... I don't want to get him in trouble, but I checked it in the parking lot instead of inside the store like a normal person. And OF COURSE... second one had issues too. So there I am doing the walk of shame back into JARS for the second time in like 15 minutes saying, "Oh my god, I promise I'm not trying to ruin your day." Most people at that point would've looked at me like I personally handcrafted the broken carts myself. Not Eli. This man stayed calm, professional, kind, and just said, "Okay, let's start over from the beginning." Ended up getting something completely different that worked perfectly. What stood out wasn't just that he fixed the issue because honestly, that's what customer service is supposed to do. It was HOW he handled it. His attitude never changed once. He was patient, reassuring, and genuinely nice the entire time. And to be clear, this wasn't even a JARS issue. Faulty products happen sometimes. The difference is whether the staff makes you feel like a burden when it does. Eli absolutely did not. Every single time I come into JARS Cave Creek, everyone is kind, welcoming, and professional, but Eli especially deserves recognition. You guys have stellar staff over there.
