ZenLeaf presents itself as a high end dispensary, but in reality it's just overpriced (average of $10 more per product than Curaleaf). They grant you discount codes that make you come to the store, then change the rules of the code to only discount THEIR brand. Managers are rude and don't answer questions regarding discount codes. Go to Curaleaf and save yourself the money, time, and rudeness. This dispensary is literal trash. read more

This dispensary recently switched to being able to look and touch all the product which I like but basically the people that work there don't know very much about their selection and they are slower than molasses. They have two lines one for online pick up and the other for walk in. When I went in, there was absolutely no one in the store and after not getting too much assistance I went into the wrong line and he made me walk down to the other side just to go exactly where I was before. The labels on the product are so small he was having trouble scanning them in. I mean literally I was standing at the counter for like 10 minutes trying to muster every bit of patience I could manage but it was annoying!! The prices are very high here too. Since Zen changed their format to self service it is very confusing unless you know specifically what you want. Also if you are trying to find items "on sale" it becomes even more laborious to figure out what's what. It is not quicker if I have to keep asking the one customer service rep "is this on sale? First off, I'll start with usually I have a great experience here. The taller guy with the brown hair n middle part, and the girl with the green hair streaks are the goats. They've always been really on top of it, and had shown really good customer service. Warm friendly vibes. As it should be in a dispensary. Today though was the complete opposite. Shoutout to Justin, the dude with the glasses, this one's about you. So they have 2 lines in the store. One for online orders, and one for walk in orders. Grabbed my 5 prerolls, and got into the walk-in line like I've always done. A woman who came in at the same time as me, had already gotten in the online order line. I was the only one in the walk in line. So when it's my turn, he tried to ignore me, and then acted confused why I was on that side. I pointed out the literal "walk in only" sign. The line I always went into, the sign that's always there. So he then gets super snarky about it, and is giving off really bad vibes. Says the other lady was waiting longer, and apologized to her as if I was at fault for literally getting in the right line. There's 2 employees at the counter. One for the walk ins and one for the online orders. The other employee was about to help the woman with getting her online order from the back. There wasn't a need for him to be so rude. Why does it seem like I know more about the procedures than this dude? Who's a literal employee? And then being snarky like that, really irked me. Had a long day, didn't need attitude from some dude over nothing. Wasn't a big deal, and even if it was to you, learn emotional regulation. You're in customer service, you need to have better people skills. That or find a different job. Probably won't be back to this location. read more

A bit nervous, I walked in and was immediately greeted by the biggest smile, insert my new friend Kelly. Well folks, stop what you're doing and go see Kelly RIGHT NOW. I asked Kelly to give me a sampling of things to try. I picked up the new Boutiq Switch (hybrid-lime haze) Kelly said it was the latest and loved it, and let me tell ya... Kelly was not playing that morning. Def get the Boutiq vapes, great flavor, pull and feel. But wait there's more, a few pre rolls packs, strawberry kiwi gummies and delicious blueberry lemonade... I stopped back by to see Kelly on my way out of town and sadly missed her. You see, the products were all great, hands down recommend them all. But the people here make it special. Anthony (manager) is a liar and won't refund the duplicate purchase. He's taken months and hasn't even responded with any real intention to do anything. My wife repeatedly told him he was not supposed to charge her but he did it anyway and said he knew he was right only to have him proven wrong and now corporate is involved and taking months to resolve the issue. Guess where we are! That's the business mantra of Zen Leaf. I've been to this dispensary before but they moved and didn't leave a sign on the door with the new address. They didn't include the new address in the text they sent telling me my order was ready. When I saw the big padlock on the door, I called the number given in the text and of course, it doesn't go to the store. It goes to some corporate center where the people have no idea what's happening. I got Andrew who gave me the new address but couldn't explain why there was no sign in the old place. And of course he can't do a thing about it because who is he, just a guy with a telephone that presumably reaches a supervisor or manager who can act? "Not my job" is the attitude here. When I finally found the dispensary, they were extremely nice and pointed out that they moved a month ago. I hope they weren't suggesting that somehow I should know this. It kind of seemed like it. They were very apologetic and said they HAD left a sign but "the lady" told them to take it down. So apparently this big company which has many dispensaries all over the metro area cannot figure out a way to solve this problem. Definitely not Territory any more but this new location is really visually appealing - looks very clean cut. The employees were all very sweet and knowledgeable of the deals. I love Pucks, OGeez (especially the RSO ones), Good Things Coming and Haze N Main for edibles, Abundant and Aeriz have been solid for flower lately. Wish the first time special wasn't set to just house brands, that's the downfall. I'm sensitive to some of the products so I know what works well for my body. Products are also priced rather high here. DA discount isn't even worth it. The security gal, with the thick dark brunette hair was super helpful too! I've been going to this dispensary almost exclusively and I will say they are my favorite. Super friendly staff will help you with any problems that may arise. I went in and purchased a device that was defective, got a new device of the same brand, still was defective. I went back and they immediately helped me with getting a different product. I've gotten the same products from this dispensary several times in the last two years, to the point where they can guess what i'm coming in for and have never had an issue. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and in my experience when someone doesn't have an answer to a question they find someone who does. I have however, seen other customers come in with a poor attitude expecting the red carpet treatment, and to no surprise the staff does what they can for these individuals and then some, while tolerating verbal abuse. In short, you deserve what you bargain with, don't come here expecting to be treated like royalty with a shit attitude, give this place 1-star because of the experience YOU created and then mosey on down the road with a smile on your face to a competitor. I have yet to see a staff member respond in an unprofessional manner to degradation, so these subpar ratings make absolutely no sense. The reception needs to be more educated on state practices. Vertical ID's are SUPPOSED to be accepted in the case of having a medical card or within 30 days of turning 21. This situation has come around twice now. When I once was younger than 21 with a medical card, and when my friend recently turned 21. To reiterate on my reasoning not to shop at this location. When you purchase cannabis you want to purchase it from individuals with a good knowledge basis on their systems and product.
