My first time in today and Zack made me feel right at home. The dispensary is very clean and visually pleasing. All personnel I interacted with were Very polite. Zack was patient in getting me my flower and explaining the options he would recommend to me based on my likes. I will be back. read more

QUALITY is top tier! Service never disappoints! Discounts are often decent as well! Will definitely be Back read more

I used to shop here and spend hundreds a week before they changed their promos up. Now I've been calling for a week to ask a couple questions as their products have changed overtime. No answer at cave creek for multiple days. So I called McDowell. No answer and voicemail full. So I called Ellsworth. No answer and voicemail full. Called crimson same thing. This dispo sucks. Can't even contact anyone. Every store management is the same, terrible, so I'm sure it starts with ownership and trickles down, no body here cares what so ever. LOL. So crazy to me. SHOP ELSEWHERE!! VERY POOR MANAGEMENT read more

Tony helped me pick the best product for pain. It worked!!!! I like shopping at this dispensary because it has good sales. I never wait long to be serviced. :) read more

First time to this shop and I cannot say enough how helpful and educational my visit was. It's refreshing that the staff was so welcoming and took the time to help us understand the different items. I absolutely felt "Wellness" in this environment. The shop is so well organized, and clean and looks like a super upscale boutique. Will be back!! read more

Great service. Friendly and had good recommendations. Was visiting from out of town and they had a great shop and good selection

The bud tender Buddy was awesome! Extremely knowledgeable about their product and guided me to find the flower I was looking for. He put me onto the brand Potent Planet and it's some of the best quality flower I've ever had. Thanks buddy!! read more

I've been going here for over a year and am so sad I won't continue anymore. The service from most of any staff is amazing! But pricing wise, this place has gone way down hill. I thought this place wouldn't nickle and dime people, but now it's all they do. When I first started coming here I used to get the house oil black label for 5 grams for $50. Then they started doing bogo which hurts me a little cause I'm not medical, so my cut off is 5 grams. But still I came here, finally this buy one get one for 71% off, wtf is that man. Just do a bogo, it's your in house oil, it's cheap and easy to produce. But no just keep charging more for the same product. read more

Best flower in the valley! Love the pre rolls, they are such a great price and great quality

We frequent this shop all the time. Always feel welcome, the staff is very friendly and on this occasion Zach was our budtender. Cool and helpful dude! Thanks much Zach appreciate you man! read more

Oh, as much as I love MPX the 3.50 card reader charge is not worth it. I don't have a bank here so it is extremely hard for me to constantly pull out cash and I thought today I would try the card reader and I will never do it again. I do not recommend using the card reader. Money is limited on my end so thats insane. read more

I've been coming to this dispensary for a long time in the service is always fantastic in particular. Denise really does a fantastic job. She's easy to talk to, and the heck of a good person. Thank you for the amazing service and the amazing products. read more

I've been to this location about 5 times now. I must say I'm a sucker for any dispensary with a great reward system and deals. The Holistic Center or THC carries Sublime and MPX products which I love. I love the lemon tea cake and almond coffee cake from Sublime. The disposable pens from MPX are cool and usually on sale. Their new set up is nice. The staff is nice. Will come back when I'm in the area. Sunday is the best day to purchase from this dispensary. read more

BEFORE YOU DRIVE UP HERE: Make sure that you bring a mask because they will outright refuse you at the door and when u ask if they have a mask that you can use they'll just shrug their shoulders and tell u to go buy one if our medicine is so important to us. And yes, even if you are vaccinated and even if you have an online order. They are the LAST place that I have been to in Arizona that will outright refuse to provide people with their medication because "corporate policy brah can't do nuthin bout it! ‍‍‍" Like Christ man MY FAULT. Like man what a nightmare to have to do something so outlandish as to hand out masks, especially considering that it doesn't matter if you're vaccinated and that this is the literal only place in the entire state that will outright refuse u at the door and tell you "too bad should have thought of that before you came up here". But lucky for me I was given a mask by a nice lady and I bought her a pre roll for it. Yet another corporate giant just trying to profit off of all of the medical patients of AZ. No concern for quality, customer service or the well being of their patients read more

This place is not offering their normal specials during the Covid crisis. That's unconscionable, as the other dispensaries in town are offering the specials, as they KNOW times are tough and getting worse for their patients. THC is clearly engaging in shadow price gouging. This is disgusting and I will NEVER, EVER, under ANY circumstances give them one more cent and I implore the rest of you to do the same. Shameful, truly shameful read more

Delicious and super priced Was taken care of and wasn't rushed I was able to purchase some awesome Cannabis at super priced It's right off the 101 worth the trip read more

The Holistic Center is by far one of my favorites! They have experienced bud tenders, great deals and now even more brands that I love. It's always such a pleasure going into the store from the moment you walk in you are greeted by smiling faces (including the security guard!) read more

I shop here often. Tonight Alex helped me. He was very nice but especially knowledgeable about the products. I don't always find people that willing to offer assistance here. I will definitely look for him next time I am there! read more

Still horrible service they do not answer the phone emails or text. So if you ever have a question about an order or a product you can forget about it You will not get an answer from them over the phone email or text. read more

I called to place an order over the phone and I waited on hold for over 20 minutes... so i hung up. Called them right back and got an answer right away. When i told the girl over the phone what just happened she didn't seem to care at all. Id honestly rate the place 5 stars, but when an employee doesn't care to apologize or say anything to make things better then it makes me want to find a different place to go. Customer service is king... read more

The Holistic Center is my preferred dispensary. Deals are usually pretty good, however, I've noticed recently on BOGO specials, usually for timeless cartridges there are only 500mg and never 1000mg. When I ask, staff advised me they hadn't ordered any. Like another review, why would you offer a special and not really be able to cover it? - it has happened to me 3-4 times. My guess is you make a little more money on the 500 mg than you do on the 1000 mg, so you don't even order them. I've had to call in a few times to have my allotment checked before I go in, and its about a 50% chances that I'm hung up on! (either pick up and hang up, please hold- sit on hold for a couple minutes- then a pick up hang up) -- once I was 3 times in a row, and when I called back they tried to put me on hold, and I said no, you keep hanging up on me, and he said "well we're really busy" --- so your solution is to hang up on your customer???? read more

I drove over there around 1 pm today, went inside and was told to go stand outside. Outside was an un-managed group extending in two directions from the entrance with no apparent order. Did I stay to see how it sorted out? Hell no, not with 3 other dispensaries within a 6-minute drive. When vendors think they're doing customers a favor, we get service like this. read more

With the passing of recreational use I get that business is going to flood as medical patients are looking for med only shops, but this store can't handle the growth. The don't even acknowledge leafly express orders. The whole point is to speed it up but now even with you're pre order you have to stand in a long line, wait a long time, just to check in then wait more to receive your order. No organization at all. Used to be a great spot, but now they can't handle business and have become very sloppy. read more

Had a great experience at the store. Prices and Bud tender were great. That was ruined when I got home and opened up one of my cartridge boxes and there was nothing in it. Update: Jason reached out and took care of my issue. Thanks read more

Love this place and the amazing products they have... the flower is top of the line & they have so many other options if that's not your thing... Visited a decent amount of stores across the valley over the years and this has been my go-to place since I first visited. Idiots don't have a chip reader for debit card use and no other payment options. If all you accept is cash then say so on your website.

Colton was amazing and very knowledgeable. Gave us excellent customer service and helped pick out the best strains! Love this place and will definitely be back always. read more

My first time there I felt very unwelcome by the unfriendly rude check in person who wouldn't even let me use the restroom while I waited for my budtender. I went here because of the advertised bogos for a new patients but they are very limited and for only products that I don't care for. This was a real bait and switch and a waste of time and aggravation and with so many good dispensaries with knowledgeable and friendly welcoming staff why go here? read more

hit or miss with the workers and product.BUT TODAY WAS TERRIBLE! felt racism at its finest! I cam in the store no was in the lobby and had a pickup order ready to go sitting in plain sight and i get pushed behind 3 people read more

The product here is great. I'm a big fan of their flower selection and their extracts. The customer service is so hit or miss though. Apparently there was a pre planned holiday party for 12/17/21, but nothing on your website indicated an early closure. I was told I should've signed up for the email and text notifications because that's how it went out. Seriously? It's 2021 and we can easily update website information. I asked if I could get my Friday order at the discount price and the dude helping me out was short and rude as hell. Pissed me off so I just got my order and left. Some bald dude no name tag. Any other real business would've honored my original order instead of being a dick about it. read more
