Last time I went to this place it was the morning after New Years Eve. A still drunk and agitated employee screamed in my face when asked a question about holiday hours. Screamed I was banned from the store, shrug. No loss. I'm disabled and could not easily walk up to the door to see the handwritten "holiday hours" and specials posted on a brick ledge 6 feet from the door. I was welcomed again and asked if they could help. I told them I was looking for a high THC flower because of my smoking history. He came back with a 30% THC flower. Perfect! They cater to their customers for sure. I was able to get what I wanted and the whole time I was in there I was treated like I was the only person in the world. I'm hoping I'll be back to update this if they decide to reach back out to me and respond to any one of my reviews or the message I sent them directly. They offer a buy one get one free that you can use 10 times anytime you want for new customers as long as you don't combine it with any other offer or discount. They mark their items very clearly if it is discounted or on sale and even though I'd never had any issue there when I went to use a buy one get one free for an advertised $20 for 14 g of shake they refuse to let me use it and I didn't have time to dispute it and still needed the weed so I left with half of what I thought I would knowing that I would run out before I would have money to get anymore and feeling like it was a bit of a bait and switch. Trying to reassure myself in the car that mistakes can happen and that I've literally never had a problem with curaleaf not this location or any other, I decided I would double check to make sure I hadn't missed anything, and I documented the way that the item is advertised without any discounts or sale notations at all, I documented what items that are on sale and discounted look like, I saved my receipt I have my order number, and I sent them some info and I am leaving as many reviews as I can, hoping to cast a wide net because I have never had a problem and they have always been so good to me, so I'm really hoping that one of these means will reach somebody who will care enough to want to fix this. You guys offer a deal that if it's not used with anything that's on sale or discounted that it can be applied. I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Curaleaf 19th and Bell. When I arrived to make a purchase, the manager, Juliene (a male), knocked on my window and asked me to adjust my parking, which I did. Shortly after, a woman in the adjacent car began cursing at me and making rude gestures, despite the fact that I had not engaged with her in any way. Juliene (mgr) witnessed the entire exchange but, rather than addressing her behavior, he approached me and asked if I was a medical customer. When I said no, he informed me that I wouldn't be allowed to make a purchase due to the incident with the woman. I was stunned, as I had done nothing wrong except park slightly crooked. This experience reflects extremely poor customer service, and I feel unfairly targeted for an issue that was not my fault. Does Curaleaf really feel they can turn customers away without cause? I've been using this Curaleaf medical dispensary for at least seven years. Never have I experienced a problem except the day before Thanksgiving when practically everything was BOGO. It was overwhelming crowded and it's credit card machine that day was unavailable, which made matters worse time-wise. When I arrived for my online order, only one employee manned the never ending online order line. I asked for an additional BOGO item with my order, and when asking for cartridges I received pods instead that I could not use because it requires a special battery. On Saturday, I returned to Curaleaf and explained the situation to Fonzo, who served me, and he called Desean, one of the managers. To my shock and surprise, Desean offered me the $20 plus tax battery at no charge because of the misunderstanding. I walked out a happy, satisfied customer because Desean knew the situation and confusion that Wednesday before Thanksgiving and he gave me the battery rather than charging me, which I expected would happen. Shout out to Lisa, manager Kat, Desean, Fonzo, and all employees of Curaleaf. I like Curaleaf because of its daily specials. MMJ seniors receive 20% off of all items in the store. It's close, convenient and has a vast selection of name brands and items, and generally the wait time is minimal. I was visiting my parents the other night and they had an old episode of 'Dragnet' on the TV. Jack Webb who played the main role of Sgt. Joe Friday was interrogating a young man and Sgt. Friday asks him, Are you on that hippie lettuce? " I do not partake in the 'hippie lettuce, but I am interested in learning more about CBD, THC and all things leafy. I had a chance to learn more about the 420 when I was in Arizona recently. There are dispensaries but how do you know which one to go to or which one is right for you? I relied heavily on Yelp and a couple of other sites which won't be mentioned in this review, and I decided to visit the Curaleaf on Bell in Phoenix. The building is a very non-descript tan with one entrance off to the side. One the day that I visited there was no line outside and I didn't feel like my life was in danger. I opened the door and there's a waiting lobby. You will be asked to show your ID and the reason for your visit. Clearly, I am of age, and I was honest to say I was curious and did not have a medical card. After about 5-10 minutes an attendant opened a door, and I was ushered into a regular storefront with customers and employees. Going through that door was a little like Harry Potter going through Platform 9 3/4 Once on the other side, I felt like I was in another world. A 420 friendly Diagon Alley. Instead of Madam Malkin's Robes for all occasions, there's a section for gummies and in lieu of Florean Fortescue's Ice Cream Parlour, there's a cheerful young employee who can help with creams. There's absolutely no judging here. It makes no difference if you are 420 friendly or not. The team was super friendly and helpful especially since I had questions. PRO TIP - If you pay with a card, the amount will be rounded up and cash will be given as the difference. The cream that I did get works wonders and I wouldn't been able to have it if it wasn't for the team at CuraLeaf. It is worth every penny. PRO TIP 2 - If you are visiting and traveling back to non-friendly 420 state, leave your products in their bag with the receipt and keep it in your checked bag. If you feel inclined to inform the ticket counter person for your airline, you can but checked bag is the way to go. NOTE: TSA says carry-on bags allow CBD / THC but there are special instructions needed. I would not risk it. Keep it in the checked bag and out of the hands of the TSA agents at screening. read more

My husband went to Cura-leaf since it was a Sunday evening and his normal place (The Giving Tree Dispensary) on 7th Ave & Union closed at 6pm, it was 6:02pm. I yelped for the next closest dispensary that was open late. So he went to Cura-leaf. I'd read a few of the prior reviews, I was hesitant but stayed optimistic...... (Big mistake) This evening we're sitting out back having cocktails, my husband decided to enjoy a smoke. So as he's filling the bowl on his glass pipe, he bought that the same night. Out spills a shard of glass!! (pics attached) so not cool. Not only is this a safety concern but also who wants to pay for glass as part of the weight?? Very disappointing to say the least. I always read the yelp reviews before trying a new restaurant or business. This is a perfect example of how useful yelp can be. We came in around 7 pm on March 8th for CBD products and had the most rude budtender ever. Ive been to numerous dispensaries in Arizona, Colorado, California, Washington and Nevada and have never seen a budtender be rude to anyone nor have I personally experienced a rude budtender until now. I think what could be better is a way to transact without cash. I'd be open to using a modern solution like Hypur for secure and affordable handling. This is my GO-TO spot. All employees are super chill and actually make conversation with you. I've been to other locations is so awkward and the line takes forever but not here! As soon as I walk in and provide my ID, they greet me with a big smile and make a conversation with me.
