i got a med license in 2016 and I have been going to AZO damn near a decade and it "Was" an invaluable resource. I remember those vacuum sealed lil cans the 1/8ths were in that was nice. Things have changed and i occasionally come in between harvest to get some different terps but I am officially done. The disrespect is immeasurable in the quality and cleanliness of the product. I've been a customer here since their inception years ago. I appreciate the goods they provide but their customer service is horrible and continues to only get worse. Whether it's rude cashiers that border on the line of harassment or taking over 25mins to provide an online order that was promised hours earlier. Nothing seems to be getting better. The managers just say "sorry" or "yeah,we're busy" and walk away. It's pretty ridiculous. I've never written a bad review in my life but I had a terrible experience with Liv. A supervisor in Express. She was incredibly rude when explaining the point system and wouldn't honor the 501 points shown on my app. On their end it showed 486 points. I heard her in the back telling my budtender not to let me redeem my half oz and how she "doesn't want to deal with it". This is Arizona's first dispensary, and they won't let you forget it! But it's not just some gimmick. Everyone here takes pride in their establishment's long-standing relationships with local suppliers. They carry an abundance of store-brand flower, which is middle-of-the-road, but at a significantly lower price than similar products at more corporate chains. At the same time, they have a massive inventory of premium brands, so you can find just about whatever you're looking for. And again, the prices are pretty much lower across the board. Getting in and out will always be lightning fast every time if you preorder, but that's not always a good experience as a whole. This brings me to my only gripe about this place: Whoever handles inventory for their website is an absolute failure at their job. I have had preorders get canceled shortly after confirmation, and I've had surprise substitutions on my items upon arrival. Someone behind the scenes is not keeping up with whatever they actually have on deck in real time, an issue that arises with much more frequency than any place I've ever frequented. I'm not that picky, so it doesn't wreck my day, but if you're one of those folks who absolutely has to have an exact strain, you might get frustrated. If you're coming in before peak times, this is the one place you're better off waltzing in without an order in mind. In fact, it's more fun that way! Instead of a single file line like most places, it's sort of a free-for-all marketplace, a giant room full of display cases and eager budtenders. It's the sort of experience that I have always wanted out of a dispensary, one where people can feel like shoppers and not patients, where you can browse and walk around without feeling like you're hurried out of the place. I went here for the first time last week. I even called asking about a new customer deal of buy one get one free and was told it was valid on edibles. So I did an online order. When I went to pick up my order the budtender treated me like I was a stupid old woman. The gummies were on sale that day and he was charging me the sale price on both items. When I told him that I was a new customer he said well you are getting one free. Apparently I was supposed to pay full price and not the sale price to get the free item. Total BS. Customers in line said this is the fastest recreational dispensary they've been to but I have been to quicker locations. This place has been around since 2012 but I've never noticed it till people told me I should check it out. They have a rec and medical line outside the building. Inside they have three, I think, walk up windows. As a rec customer I was told to go straight through the open door and into the back. There are sale displays on either side once you walk in. The displays have the prices next to them. You can see the flower, edibles, and tinctures. Everything is clean and shiny. Employees are friendly and help each other with prices and availability, etc. There is an ATM because they take cash. Some dispensaries do take cards. read more

This establishment needs to have a training & development class for their associates because the lack of customer service is appalling. The bud-tender named Cody had a very hard time with helping three of us individually & instead of letting us know he couldn't---he referenced a policy about medical & recreational patients in which we had no idea the said policy applied to our individual purchases. Fast forward to checkout he brings the items & instead of asking my sis-in-law if she wanted a different strand, he brought a completely different strand. First time coming into this establishment. I experienced a big white pit bull, that the staff allowed to come in. Which we all could tell was not a service animal. The owner of the dog ignored the warning from another customer when she stated the dog looks like he need to go #2. The owner continued to stand in line. The dog ended up pooping on the floor. There were at least 15-20 people in line and being helped. Also another dog entered the establishment and immediately started barking at the pit bull. These types of animals are not service animals and something needs to be done about this. I will never come to this establishment again. read more

They boast about being the first dispensary in Arizona well I have been a medical patient for 5 years and they are the first not to honor a confirmed order. I absolutely love this place. As a medical patient I guess I should know about Marijuana however I don't. Thankfully I am able to let their Budtenders know exactly what I need for what and why. The customer service from the managers are amazing. You can order ahead, just be specific if you're picky about what you smoke (i.e. name brand or not) Have your ID ready for a quicker process. Parking is in the back and so is the entry way. If you see a deal online take a picture they are usually good about honoring it. They are just all around a good dispensary. This is the 1st dispensary in the state of Arizona and it doesn't really have much to show for it, except for a storefront with a shoddy remodel and a grow that doesn't produce quality anything.
