When asked repeatedly to just make the shake and to let me talk to his manager, he said no and walked to the back room claiming he was on the phone with his manager and wouldn't let me talk to her. He tried to get my information to later give to his manager rather than to just let me speak myself. He has no good or proper customer service at all, as well as ethic and respect. I hope this time around these shops are able to continue the good service and prices. We get shakes at least 3X a week. Especially in this hot weather. A cold icy protein smoothie is awesome.
