Kirby is a megastar. This was the first time at Mint and wow a lot to take in. From the moment upon entry the options are massive with no less than 12 stations to help. Kirby listened to what I was seeking, asked additional info and then we were off. I hadn't even thought of the brand he showed me which did just a little bit more than the one I was going there to get. He also recommended Drip 600 CBN for sleep and explained how it worked and helped him and best way to use it. Ditto on the 600 CBG for pain. And oh the topical he recommended? Where to begin? This individual Demetrius has been incredibly unprofessional each time I have come in, but we will just discuss this last time. Upon arriving home and opening the 1/8 I had purchased, I noticed it was unsealed and looked a little small. I weighed it on my scale, and it was only 3g exactly. I immediately contacted the store and they instructed me to come back in for a replacement, as they were not able to credit my account via phone. I came in and was given a new 1/8. I opened it, and once again it was unsealed. I informed him of this, and he proceeded to discover that the ENITIRE stock of this brand (Sativa Cannabis Co.) was unsealed. He blamed it on their supplier, but did not pull any of the stock from the shelf to be sold to customers. After speaking with two managers, I asked if I could either be credited on my account or get a replacement half of a gram that I paid for (a free joint or something?), and they instructed me to once again drive home and take a video of myself weighing the product (none of this was mentioned previously and this also makes zero sense). I asked if they could weigh it at the store, and they said they did not have a scale. Finally, I asked what they could do if I were to drive all the way home and back again with my video, to which they had no solid answer. To top it off, the replacement one they gave me is also only 3g after weighing it. I have been coming to this dispensary ever since they opened, and I will definitely not be back. It is absolutely ridiculous that as a longtime customer and medical patient, I could not be accommodated, even to make the situation okay. Regardless of the amount I was shorted, the way I was gaslit the entire time after being completely honest and a loyal customer is very very disappointing. Beware of them shorting you. This location is committing felony fraud against customers and you may be a victim: Two weeks ago, my order at the Cave Creek location was altered by the salesperson and I was short-changed on my order. I immediately contacted Mint via the instructions on the sales receipt to report and resolve the issue. The email was kicked back. I then contacted Mint Dispensary via other email addresses and by phone with zero response. A few days ago I went back to the Cave Creek location and attempted to explain the issue to the manager on duty, Roofus. Roofus was terrible from the start. He immediately lied about the resolution process and refused to listen to the explanation and refused to look at the photos of the receipt and original order. After I explained the situation, he refused to respond. When I requested the name of his manager he stated he was the manager; when I requested the name of his supervisor, he stated that he did not have a supervisor, refused to provide any contact information, and simply walked away. He was genuinely one of the worst human beings I have encountered. The cashier on duty witnessed the exchange and was equally unhelpful, but also seemed quite cowardly around the manager, as if he was frustrated and fearful of him. Roofus was so disrespectful and defensive about the order that I am concerned that he might be intentionally committing bait-and-switch fraud like this against customers. If the authorities ever perform an audit of that location, they will most likely discover that orders were falsified and that hundreds of customers have been defrauded. I followed the procedures recommended on the receipt, I emailed and called multiple times with no response, and then I went to a physical location to resolve the issue and was treated like garbage by a manager. I even contacted Brightroot, the parent company, to report this fraud and they have failed to respond as well. This absolutely meets the standard of criminal intent and I will be filing reports with AZDHS, the Phx PD, and the FBI and I encourage anyone else that has been a victim of Mint Cannabis to do the same. read more

Such a shame... I've been coming to this location exclusively and buying the same exact product for the past year. Once a week. Never again. All of the sudden they have stopped honoring the 20% discount on the product I've been getting. "NOCTURNAL NUGS (Everyday | 8:00PM to Close) - 20% OFF Entire Store's Regular Prices! " This isn't the case. Don't show up expecting to get your discount because they can decide whenever they want, to not include certain products. There is no small print stating anything other than what I quoted above. What's annoying is waiting all day until 8pm for my medicine, showing up and then being told the deal that they advertise won't be honored. Good thing there's tons of other places I can shop and have the discount promised. Don't be shocked when you're paying 20% more than expected after 8pm. They don't have any type of sense up there whatsoever .. I had ordered a simple eight for pick up to avoid waiting in line and because I had my 5 year old with me .. I've seen other people go into mint with their kids , so the plan was to be in and out with the kid. So When I get there and checked in, I go straight to the "pickup line" which is only me .. I wait there for about 5 min and in that time two female employees walk passed me completely ignoring me. I'm wondering what's going on at this point; I proceed to walk back to the "check in person " also there standing by are the 2 employees that ignored me as well . So I basically let them know I'm there for a pick up order and they just tell me that there's no one "assigned" at the moment to cashier the pickup orders and to just fall in line with the "walks Ins" to retrieve my order . Mind you that line had 6 people waiting . I then told them "the point was to avoid the line and time constraints ,thats why I ordered pick up" and they said I had no choice but to wait and have the nerve to look at me like they didn't inconvenience the hell out of me . Like Why even notify me that my order is ready, when there's nobody ready to serve me . Why have a sign promoting "skip the line" , and be told to get in line , why couldn't the employees simply had the discretion to tell one of bud tender's to attend me next considering I ordered online and I have my kid with me ; so Why not get me out the way ? It wouldn't had took no more than 3 min . If Those 3 employees are not intelligent enough to make discernments then they shouldn't be in charge of anything. Super incompetent. When I am in need, I visit the Mint Dispensary in Mesa, and have done so for years. That ends today. Just returned from their Mesa location wherein I voiced a complaint to the manager on duty. I never complain or write reviews, but this has me heated. A handful of days ago, I stopped in the Mint and purchased several five (5) pack pre-rolls for the fabulous price of $15/pk. I intended on buying another five (5) pack today. I was informed they do not have the five (5) packs available, however, they do have single pre-rolls. Just so happens, the single pre-rolls are the exact same pre-roll I had just purchased days ago in a five (5) pack. Scratch my head moment, so I asked why. I explained that by selling the exact same pre-roll on a single basis increases the total price for five by $10. A significant amount when living on disability. When I questioned the manager, his reaction was one of indifference. It would be totally fine to lose my business. I am but a speck of sand on the beach. I was horrified by the nonchalant dismissal of my concern and business. Bottom line... The Mint Dispensary has questionable business practices. This experience has left me with a lack of trust and respect for the Mint Dispensaries. I will never set foot inside a Mint Dispensary again. If they can hold the customer over the barrel so blatantly with regard to pre-rolls of all things, what is happening in other areas of the business to increase revenue by robbing their consumers. The usual long line on the rec side and typically by the time you get to the counter they usually have run out or claim to be counting the flower in the back. I really couldn't recommend anyone to avoid this establishment more so, the budtender that I dealt with on all three occasions couldn't help but act smug and rude in his inability to answer any sort of real questions.
