Went to the mint for a deal that was advertised online. When I got there they told me they have been out of stock for awhile. Why would you advertise something on your daily deals with little to no stock? I can't help but feel like it was intentional. Will not be going back read more

Honestly, 3 times I was in service wasn't that great to honest nobody acted like the wanted to work and las thug who took care of me said something's and since then I hardly been back until last time your security officer was IMA and guy/customer made uncomfortable and then get in the doors in line again nobody was happy friendly like they used to be and for that reason my services now at Curaleaf which is bigger and more caring of medical patients who now have their own line at camelback read more

I went into mint on Cave Creek today, and I asked if they had any new customer specials because I had listen to the voicemail and it said new customers were buy one get one free. I was informed only medical is buy one get one free on your first time not all customers and that's not what it says on the voicemail. It says new patients. I would recommend them changing the voicemail because this is complete bait and switch. And I went early in the afternoon, and they were almost out of all of their buy one get one free deals. read more

Love The Mint. My go-to dispensary when I visit Phoenix. I like that they consistently have the highest recreational THC content flowers in my local area. read more

I love this dispensary. I go in the morning and have never had an issue. I have had excellent customer service, especially from Kara. They are very knowledgable and patient with questions. Thank you Kara for making my experince very pleasant. They have a lot of BOGOs that change everday. There are 3 dispensarys near my home, the Mint Dispensary on Cave Creek is my favorite. read more

Mint Cannabis - Bell Road Phoenix - This was 48$ Bogo Friday - Cannabis Clinics Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Customer service was spot on. Very knowledgeable about products. Patient and helpful. Would visit often if I lived closer.

The bud tender who helped me was all grumpy the whole time and after I payed for my order the budtender asked me why I wasn't leaving him a tip... lol!!!! This place is a joke, never coming back. read more

This used to be FAVORITE dispensary. I've been coming since the day they open. The staff knew everything, was on top of deals was friendly. Now I don't feel the same way walking in. The experience is low, the quality has lowered. Everything has lowered. I went to grab one thing and I waited over 20min for a stizzy pod because it wasn't in the system. Unprofessional at this point. I really hope the next mint will be better in Peoria. And I would actually like to see mangers helping instead of sitting there like they own the place. This place is not it anymore. I'm sorry Dave creek location, you lost my business along with others these past few months. read more

This place certainly doesn't care for its customers. And the Bud tenders have no idea what they are talking about! I used to like this place, when they had knowledgeable people there. Now it's 21 year old kids, they only know what they read. Also the flower is not up to par, too dry. read more

mint dispensary is the worst company with no customer service, they refuse to answer the phone & will not answer texts of which mint dispensary encourages customers to do?? why if mint has that many customers why have a phone or text system its not needed. well im glad i learned this before they stole my money. read more

The only thing legit or genuine at this location is the greeter who accepts your id and security and one biracial budtender the rest of the products and services are terrible and not genuine at all and I tipped the budtender 7 dollars because there is a secret shopper menu that you find out once you arrive not online and they butter u up tell u half price your secret shopper to sell there bs trash they call jet fuel gelato but is just poorly grown and processed and mass produced obviously I will never spend another penny or a thought about these weed nazis hate being lied to just to be ripped off on top of that while being smiled at thinking I saved money bs read more

Crush a bit, little bit, roll it up and take a hit. From a vape or a bong , I have a huge schlong

*TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER* They have a half ounce deal which comes as four pre-packaged 1/8's. Sometime I buy two if I'm on a budget. I went in and asked for that and the sales associate Zoe got visibly angry, refused to make eye contact, scowled the entire time, and had a horrible attitude when speaking to me. Apparently you have to purchase the entire half ounce, according to policy. The sales associate who was ringing me up in the past was in the wrong, yet I'm treated like crap as I'm calmly trying to explain the situation because Zoe probably thought I was trying to hustle her. Zoe has no business working in retail if she cannot control her emotions and act professionally with customers. When some of your own employees don't even know the policy they are supposed to be following, make a mistake, and the customer gets treated like dirt for it... there is a problem with the system. It's silly. I'll take my money to a place that functions properly and professionally. read more

Great customer service. For my first experience I ordered online and a representative reached out to advise offering alternative strains as one was out of stock. I appreciated that as at least I was made aware prior arriving. Even when they had the 1/2 oz for $69 and sold out I was shown a comparable strain, though the price was more, of wedding cake which was a great selection. Bud tenders are always kind and polite. This place is becoming my new norm. read more

Be careful with this place. By that I mean don't go there. They are buying sealed products from manufacturers, opening them up and changing what's inside. After they do that they add labels to cover up the preexisting labels that the manufacturing company put on. Sketchy place. Steer clear, much better and safer options elsewhere read more

These folks think they're doing you a favor by selling you a product. Customer service is not in their playbook Within a short drive are 4 far better dispensaries, why put up with Mint attitude? read more

Didn't like the service that I got when I went in for a free preroll 2 days after my birthday. The guy said it had to be day of which we had to remind him that it's 2 days before or 2 days after. Then we asked if they had any deals and we were told it's only for people with medical. This is why I will only choose Jars. Thanks but I won't be coming back here. read more

Always an amazing experience when I see my man mango at the mint he always gets me right thank you and I appreciate that awesome service

I switched to this dispensary from the one I went to for over 10 years. Love these guys.

The best place for your options of Flower and any other product.

Good deals.. until they only have 2 people working and it's a 40 minute wait. Keep people flowing and hire more people

I am upset :( This is BY FAR the most unprofessional dispensary I have been in. Went into this dispo for a pre roll and was curb stomped out back by one of the workers & then they spit in my mouth, so rude. read more

Came back to mint. Good deals today. And Pablo 10/10 for customer service, this guy totally made up for the last experience

Sucky deals, also they will use 100 different spam numbers to harass you multiple times a day no matter how many times you text STOP to opt out, and no matter how many of their numbers you block. Another gimmicky company, are we surprised? Just support daplug. read more

Well this is coming from someone who just moved from Cali, this shop is amazing. Every time I go I feel welcomed. I always have chill bud tenders who know their stuff. Prices our around the same price as Cali. Only thing here is the tax is absolutely crazy. Biggest Con and really the only. Great product, great choices of companies and strands. Everything you need from edibles, flowers, to concentrates and pens. My absolute favorite Go to Shop. If you go check out Item9 flowers. One amazing company. read more

Poor quality weed or 60 dollar an 8th... never had such bad weed. Half oz packs are riddled with stems. Large, if grinded they will poke holes in your paper joints. U question it and they put it back on the shelf and give you dirty looks like its not a bum thing to do giving out large stems in weed that turns to dust. U will get plenty in ur keef catch and their house weed used to be good when they had a deal on 25/35/45 8ths but its not cost friendly anymore. read more

This was the worst experience I had in my life. Xander is a very horrible person. My cousin and I came to mint and he gave my cousin a hard time with his ID even though my cousin came there OVER TEN prior without any issues. He told my cousin starting today we are not taking out of state ID, he didn't even give me cousin a reason why they wasn't expecting it now.So I came in with my child to see what happen he got up out his sit as I asked him what was the reason why they aren't taking out of state id anymore and states he is not explaining anything and if I don't leave he will call the police on me as I stand there with my 1 year old son. I have been coming to mint ever since they opened and I was so terrified and scared that he would say that he's calling The police on a young black mother that didn't disrespect him or caused any threat to him. I wasn't rude I just asked a question and he was totally disrespectful. I guess he was threatened by the color of my skin. As I asked to speak with a manager he said that he's the manager and he's not speaking to me and I need to leave now. Then he called for the security to remove me from the premises as I still stand in the without any anger in my heart this man was yelling to the point where the veins in his neck and head was showing. I spent thousands of dollars in this location and was treated like a criminal. Just for asking what was the reason why this location wasn't taken out of state IDs. There was over 10 people standing where I was standing I was humiliated and embarrassed and terrified. I couldn't believe that I was being treated this way, but I had to realize look at the color of your skin that's why he's speaking to you this way. I will never ever support this business ever or recommend anyone of color to support this business. Xander SHOULD NOT be in a leadership position if he does not know how to speak with people in general this place deals with people that has all type of medical issues you don't know what a person is going through and for you to be in a leadership position and don't have any compassion or respect for another human life you shouldn't be in that position . Also the day after the situation happened I came down to the location bright and early and asked to speak with a manager and was told that there's no manager and I provided my information to one of the reps and I was told that I was going to get a callback from someone higher up and never received a call back . I can't believe that I was miss treated because of a mistake on their end if you didn't take out of state of IDs you should've never took it the first time and the time after that but you guys took it 10 times prior we have proof that we came there multiple times without any issues I have an Arizona state ID and he turned me away because of the situation that happened with my cousin I didn't have anything to do with it we wasn't rude or disrespectful but I was disrespected and threaten to have the police called. And for him to threaten to call the police on me in these days was the most horrible feeling I was so scared.I NEVER had any interaction with the police. I couldn't even sleep that night because I was so terrified I didn't know if he was going to have the police come to my house. He has my address, and I'm a black woman so it's his word against mine and obviously in this day and age my word isn't nothing read more

Best customer service I've received in a dispensary, bud tender was very polite! Quick lines and best quality.

My first time attempting to shop with Mint. I walked in and was not greeted by anyone even after they saw me looking around at things in the glass while they were standing nearby. Asked a question to someone who then looked around trying to figure out who said something as if I'm not literally standing right there 2 feet away from him. He answered the question and walked away. Decided to walk around to someone else for help who was scrolling on their phone. He tells me to stand in line and a budtender will assist me so I did. A customer walked away and I go up to the counter then was told that he was still helping the previous customer. I go back to stand in line and the budtender that was on the phone directs me all the way back to the first guy that walked away when I wanted help waving his hand in the air. Needless to say, I left empty handed and went to support another dispensary that I know I will have great customer service. read more
