I get my Free Weed cart last week, but this week it's not allowed? I'm spending well over $140 each time. I literally drove all the way here for that deal and it worked last week. Guess I had a nice guy last time and not this time. This is a pretty good place, but be sure to check the deals before you go in. Chances are you are more knowledgeable about them than the people working. Points for a clean location, but you should really help the customers out the same way every time. read more

This used to be FAVORITE dispensary. I've been coming since the day they open. The staff knew everything, was on top of deals was friendly. Now I don't feel the same way walking in. The experience is low, the quality has lowered. Everything has lowered. I went to grab one thing and I waited over 20min for a stizzy pod because it wasn't in the system. Unprofessional at this point. I really hope the next mint will be better in Peoria. And I would actually like to see mangers helping instead of sitting there like they own the place. The only thing legit or genuine at this location is the greeter who accepts your id and security and one biracial budtender the rest of the products and services are terrible and not genuine at all and I tipped the budtender 7 dollars because there is a secret shopper menu that you find out once you arrive not online and they butter u up tell u half price your secret shopper to sell there bs trash they call jet fuel gelato but is just poorly grown and processed and mass produced obviously I will never spend another penny or a thought about these weed nazis hate being lied to just to be ripped off on top of that while being smiled at thinking I saved money bs read more

*TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER* They have a half ounce deal which comes as four pre-packaged 1/8's. Sometime I buy two if I'm on a budget. I went in and asked for that and the sales associate Zoe got visibly angry, refused to make eye contact, scowled the entire time, and had a horrible attitude when speaking to me. Apparently you have to purchase the entire half ounce, according to policy. The sales associate who was ringing me up in the past was in the wrong, yet I'm treated like crap as I'm calmly trying to explain the situation because Zoe probably thought I was trying to hustle her. Zoe has no business working in retail if she cannot control her emotions and act professionally with customers. When some of your own employees don't even know the policy they are supposed to be following, make a mistake, and the customer gets treated like dirt for it... there is a problem with the system. Be careful with this place. By that I mean don't go there. They are buying sealed products from manufacturers, opening them up and changing what's inside. Great customer service. For my first experience I ordered online and a representative reached out to advise offering alternative strains as one was out of stock. I appreciated that as at least I was made aware prior arriving. Even when they had the 1/2 oz for $69 and sold out I was shown a comparable strain, though the price was more, of wedding cake which was a great selection. Bud tenders are always kind and polite. Didn't like the service that I got when I went in for a free preroll 2 days after my birthday. The guy said it had to be day of which we had to remind him that it's 2 days before or 2 days after. Then we asked if they had any deals and we were told it's only for people with medical. This is why I will only choose Jars. Thanks but I won't be coming back here. read more

Poor quality weed or 60 dollar an 8th... never had such bad weed. Half oz packs are riddled with stems. Large, if grinded they will poke holes in your paper joints. U question it and they put it back on the shelf and give you dirty looks like its not a bum thing to do giving out large stems in weed that turns to dust. U will get plenty in ur keef catch and their house weed used to be good when they had a deal on 25/35/45 8ths but its not cost friendly anymore. read more

Well this is coming from someone who just moved from Cali, this shop is amazing. Every time I go I feel welcomed. I always have chill bud tenders who know their stuff. Prices our around the same price as Cali. Only thing here is the tax is absolutely crazy. Biggest Con and really the only. Great product, great choices of companies and strands. This was the worst experience I had in my life. Xander is a very horrible person. My cousin and I came to mint and he gave my cousin a hard time with his ID even though my cousin came there OVER TEN prior without any issues. He told my cousin starting today we are not taking out of state ID, he didn't even give me cousin a reason why they wasn't expecting it now.So I came in with my child to see what happen he got up out his sit as I asked him what was the reason why they aren't taking out of state id anymore and states he is not explaining anything and if I don't leave he will call the police on me as I stand there with my 1 year old son. I have been coming to mint ever since they opened and I was so terrified and scared that he would say that he's calling The police on a young black mother that didn't disrespect him or caused any threat to him. I wasn't rude I just asked a question and he was totally disrespectful. I guess he was threatened by the color of my skin. As I asked to speak with a manager he said that he's the manager and he's not speaking to me and I need to leave now. Then he called for the security to remove me from the premises as I still stand in the without any anger in my heart this man was yelling to the point where the veins in his neck and head was showing. I spent thousands of dollars in this location and was treated like a criminal. Just for asking what was the reason why this location wasn't taken out of state IDs. There was over 10 people standing where I was standing I was humiliated and embarrassed and terrified. I couldn't believe that I was being treated this way, but I had to realize look at the color of your skin that's why he's speaking to you this way. I will never ever support this business ever or recommend anyone of color to support this business. Xander SHOULD NOT be in a leadership position if he does not know how to speak with people in general this place deals with people that has all type of medical issues you don't know what a person is going through and for you to be in a leadership position and don't have any compassion or respect for another human life you shouldn't be in that position . Also the day after the situation happened I came down to the location bright and early and asked to speak with a manager and was told that there's no manager and I provided my information to one of the reps and I was told that I was going to get a callback from someone higher up and never received a call back . I can't believe that I was miss treated because of a mistake on their end if you didn't take out of state of IDs you should've never took it the first time and the time after that but you guys took it 10 times prior we have proof that we came there multiple times without any issues I have an Arizona state ID and he turned me away because of the situation that happened with my cousin I didn't have anything to do with it we wasn't rude or disrespectful but I was disrespected and threaten to have the police called. And for him to threaten to call the police on me in these days was the most horrible feeling I was so scared.I NEVER had any interaction with the police. I couldn't even sleep that night because I was so terrified I didn't know if he was going to have the police come to my house. My first time attempting to shop with Mint. I walked in and was not greeted by anyone even after they saw me looking around at things in the glass while they were standing nearby. Asked a question to someone who then looked around trying to figure out who said something as if I'm not literally standing right there 2 feet away from him. He answered the question and walked away. Decided to walk around to someone else for help who was scrolling on their phone. He tells me to stand in line and a budtender will assist me so I did. A customer walked away and I go up to the counter then was told that he was still helping the previous customer. I go back to stand in line and the budtender that was on the phone directs me all the way back to the first guy that walked away when I wanted help waving his hand in the air.
