I was a walk-in on 11/9/18. I was in and out in 40 minutes w/ no medical records on hand. That was the great part. It's now 11/29/18 and STILL no card. I had to call the AZ dept of health services on 11/21 to see where my card was. They informed me my paperwork wasn't even submitted until a WEEK LATER! Ridiculous! Price was a little too high to begin with anyway but I rolled with it. Will NOT be going here for my renewal *EDIT* updating from 2 to 5 stars simply just because the manager personally gave me a call to apologize and see if there was anything they could do on their end to make me a satisfied customer read more

First time I called they wanted me to leave a voice mail. I did and I waited for almost two days. I went online and requested an appointment and that went smoother. I got a confirmation for 1/31/18 @ 12:45 pm which I kept. The process went smoothly and the guesstimate was about 3 weeks depending on hidden issues. Fine I began the wait. on 2/20/18 someone called and said they did not have my records yet. So I reached out to my doctor. Turns out I had a five-year-old fax #. Oops! I get the correct fax and I begin the second wait! 3/12/18 Still no contact with my new MM card. I call the TPCC home office and they claim they have not recieved the records yet! I call my Dr. They say the records were faxed to Bactis Medical records. This is a company that sends medical records when requested. My doctor said they have a confirmation that the records were sent on 2/20/2018! I get a number from bactis and they're so busy they want me to leave a VM. I did. So began my third wait. I'm pushing 6 weeks into this deal and the only thing I've got is a bill for $300 and nothing else. Unsolicited advise? Follow up on every thing that is supposed to get done right away. I give 4 stars because not all of this is PCC's fault. I would give five stars but I've docked them 1 star for their phones. Very hard to get and they at times don't return a call when a VM is left Other than that they were very professional and got me out of the clinic in a reasonable amount of time. read more

Honestly much easier of a process than I had anticipated. Whole appointment was done within the hour. I didn't quite have the right medical forms so opted to just see their doctor and start a medical history with them. It was an extra fee but I am okay with that. With so many sleepless nights in pain I just wish I did it sooner. read more

I got my first card through them and just handled my renewal. They work very hard to make the process easy and smooth. I have my own records as a cancer patient and they work with me to ensure I'm providing the right paperwork. Overall these guys seem pretty great. read more

Set my appointment online the Saturday before, got a confirmation email within minutes. I did send an email asking if there was anything particular I needed to bring, never got a reply. Showed up for my appt, the gal at the front desk was very nice and answered the questions I had, filled out the paperwork, handled the consult and less than 30mins later was on my way. No muss, no fuss, no hassle, now let's hope the state doesn't lag it out. read more

I called up and made an appointment the day before. They were very polite and accommodating on the phone. They let me know what I would need to bring. I told them I might not be able to get that detailed of a medical record right away. They said that if I brought in the information proving I had a qualifying condition, I could fill out a release form and they would reach out to my doctor's office directly and get the needed information. So that is what I did. I know it will take a little bit longer, but it is worth it to me. And the price was $75 less than the place I went last year. I will be coming back here next time.. read more

A very professionally operated business. Upon walking through the door for my appointment, my wait time was very brief. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable about alternative medicine and pain relief. When I had my consultation with the doctor, he showed genuine compassion and care about his patients unlike a typical medical practioner. Everything was explained in fine detail and answered all of my questions. The office processed the required paperwork in a seamless manner. They gave me wrong information over the phone about pricing, I waited in line hours, got charged more than I was expecting because of the wrong info over the phone, was a tiny hole in the wall with a folding table, the 'doctor' told me that I need to wait on a call from the real doctor who signs the paperwork. Basically felt like a waste of time and borderline scam. This was at a Yuma set up they did. I would NOT recommend. read more

My appointment was at 11: 30. When I arrived a little early , a person (walk in) was filling out the application. The only thing on the outside or inside was The Mint On the building. We helped each other with the key pad. I had another appointment and I told the person in one of the office I had to leave it was after 1pm there were still 3-4 people waiting.when I ask what was taking so long. She said lots of people getting their cards .she had no answer for why they were taking walk-in and seting more appointment than they can handle. She took me to a table in back and took my picture and credit card info.AND they called me to set the appointment. It is now February 1 and I have no card and can't get a straight answer from them. Called to make an appointment for today and was told there was no point in a Saturday. I told the lady I would still like to make an appointment. Needless to say I get here an hour early first in line. Sure enough appointments start rolling in I went from first to eighth. Then to top it of they are only open a few hours today and the doctor is late due to traffic however Google maps is green on all roads. Half hour late she rolls in. Never again will I come here. So I'm professional. I'm not the only one here today that was told the same info on the phone. read more

They told me it would be two weeks. It is now day 31 and still no card. What a joke.

Was able to do a walk in appointment which is the reason for the stars. I was advised to email my medical records which I did. Dr saw me right away and very friendly and knowledgeable. Then a week later I get a call asking for my medical records. Explained I emailed them while I was in the office. Then another week later I get a call saying I need the form I emailed signed by my Dr. Was advised I cannot send any other form for proof of medical record and the Dr HAS to sign that particular form, which trying to schedule an appointment just to have a Dr sign a paper is a pain. So even though I submitted my medical records I still had to pay the extra $50 for their "Dr" to call me for 30 secs. If I was told in the beginning what documents are accepted and what is needed the process would have gone smoother. Now my card has been delayed 2 weeks because they don't know how to explain what documents are acceptable. read more
