I did HAD nothing but rave reviews for this place, but as time goes on it just keeps getting worse. I just left a line all the way to the door from the counters at 6:30pm on an after work rush. That's insanity! Literally money walking out the door. Customers should not be leaving locations because of slow working employees & a full line then another line at the front door at check in's. Jars is better than YiLo and Curleaf near my place. Their staff seems to be knowledgeable about their stuff, though I know a lot of it is rotated quickly so it's harder to learn but I do wish they had Sativa/Hybrid and Indica products all on a separate price of paper and the potency so it's easier for customers to know what they want if the employees don't I'd love to try some new stuff but I don't have 20 minutes each visit to go through everything and the website doesn't work on my phone for some reason! Not sure if there's a point system either but that would be great. I wanted to try the delivery option. If you are thinking of going this route don't expect much. They make you choose a window frame for delivery. I choose 3-5pm. They make you pay a minimum for delivery. Which is $60 without discounts applied so I ended up having to spend $100 just to meet the $60 minimum. I also threw in a $5 tip and it has delivery fee. The order was placed and after 4 hours and after my window time was up. I called the store and they didn't even confirm the order yet. I canceled my order and moved on. read more

I encountered 5 workers from start to finish and none of them welcomed me into the store, nor were they friendly. As a 1st time customer in the store, I was expecting more attentiveness. I was made to feel like I was a bother and being rushed out of the store. The FIRST TIME CUSTOMER DEAL is BS!! I was told that I could NOT use the 1st time customer deal today because the flower that I wanted to purchase is on sale. I was informed that everything else wasn't on sale, and that I could purchase those items, in order to benefit from the deal. The inside was so loud that I could not hear the cashier. The music was loud, 12-14 people were all speaking at the same time as I tried to get answers about the product. It was a mess. I will NOT return. The overall experience was POOR. The security guards outside are very rude, if you ask a simple question you get snapped at for wondering which line is pick up and which is walk-in. I waited for this one young lady with super curly hair to come up so I could ask a question about how long pickups take and she told me she didn't know and didn't care.
