I placed an order online. I'm a military veteran and I get really bad anxiety, but when I arrived, my order wasn't there. (I must've accidentally ordered from another) however in my anxiety, the manager Brie came over. She spoke to me and I explained my situation and she took amazing care of me! I've always enjoyed this store. They have a great selection, the staff is kind and the prices are reasonable, but today was exceptional because I probably would've had a panic attack. Brie is absolutely AMAZING as are the people under her and I highly recommend this story to anybody who needs cannabis. read more

Stopped by on a weeknight, accompanying a friend looking for tinctures and edibles. We waited in line for about 20 minutes as a walk-in, as we didn't take advantage of the ordering online option and wanted to talk to the staff about the vast options available. There happened to be many deals going on for the rest of the week at the time we visited, including the: - early bird/night owl special - 20% off everything cashed out between opening-10am and 7p-10p if not already on sale - buy 1 gramz topical, get 1 G9 - 50% off all products of MANY brands My indecisive friend spent about 30 minutes discussing options with our amazing staff member Odalis, who was patient, thorough, knowledgeable, and overall pleasant despite our many questions about products. By the end of our visit, we spent over $100 but also saved over $100. (Took the photo attached prior to ringing out all the products we got). My friend and I have very limited experience visiting dispensaries, but we've only ever had good experiences at this JARS Metro Center location! (We've been a few times previously, but this was the visit where we had the largest haul). NOTE: THEY ARE CASH ONLY, INCLUDING TIP. THERE IS AN ATM WITH A $3.50 TRANSACTION FEE. read more

I was staying not too far at the Double Tree and decided to come in for a couple of prerolls. They all types of specials going on daily and I can say the strains are . I did HAD nothing but rave reviews for this place, but as time goes on it just keeps getting worse. I just left a line all the way to the door from the counters at 6:30pm on an after work rush. That's insanity! Literally money walking out the door. Customers should not be leaving locations because of slow working employees & a full line then another line at the front door at check in's. If it's this bad you need more employees! Millions of dollars & multiple locations not to mention obviously plenty of customers! It should NOT be happening. Get it together you guys are slacking [compared to 5-6 months ago]. read more

I can't keep up with the names but I asked for something to put me to sleep and that's what I do. I smoked the last 14 a little too fast. So I gotta go get something. Indica life read more

Jars is better than YiLo and Curleaf near my place. Their staff seems to be knowledgeable about their stuff, though I know a lot of it is rotated quickly so it's harder to learn but I do wish they had Sativa/Hybrid and Indica products all on a separate price of paper and the potency so it's easier for customers to know what they want if the employees don't I'd love to try some new stuff but I don't have 20 minutes each visit to go through everything and the website doesn't work on my phone for some reason! Not sure if there's a point system either but that would be great. Usually a quick visit for me, I go at night or mid day Knowing the product for your customers or knowing how to recommend it on an app or the BENEFITS of what we're smoking would be nice to know It should be something that's easy for everybody read more

They need to teach their employees about the products their selling so they'll be able to help their customers better, I wanted sativa but one of the guys there sold me 2 carts that were half indica and the other was more indica then sativa, he completely sold me the absolute wrong stuff, let them know how to serve customers better read more

I wanted to try the delivery option. If you are thinking of going this route don't expect much. They make you choose a window frame for delivery. I choose 3-5pm. They make you pay a minimum for delivery. Which is $60 without discounts applied so I ended up having to spend $100 just to meet the $60 minimum. I also threw in a $5 tip and it has delivery fee. The order was placed and after 4 hours and after my window time was up. I called the store and they didn't even confirm the order yet. I canceled my order and moved on. read more

Ian was super helpful. He explained the different strains and recommended exactly what I needed to relax. Definitely would return.

Today I ordered my first delivery from JARS. I would think the $14 fee for delivery, on a $100+ order, a little steep. Not charging a reasonable amount, given the value of the order. Adding the tip for the driver, I could have ordered another gram of shatter if I'd just walked in. This order was the "benchmark" for JARS delivery process. I would say I will use the process again...if I'm desperate for delivery. Otherwise, make the drive. Maximize the value of your purchase... read more

THEY SELL EXPIRED EDIBLES! I bought $190 of Baked Bros Edibles from this dispensary and they have absolutely no thc effect. I've bought Baked Bros all over the city over the years and they hit hard. My conclusion is they Mess with the expiration stickers on their product to get rid of all their back stock. They didn't want to refund and said call their company. First and Last time I go here! read more

Today was my first time at Jars. I actually noticed Jars as I was driving by, so I decided to stop in to see what it was about. The service inside was insufficient. I encountered 5 workers from start to finish and none of them welcomed me into the store, nor were they friendly. As a 1st time customer in the store, I was expecting more attentiveness. I was made to feel like I was a bother and being rushed out of the store. The FIRST TIME CUSTOMER DEAL is BS!! I was told that I could NOT use the 1st time customer deal today because the flower that I wanted to purchase is on sale. I was informed that everything else wasn't on sale, and that I could purchase those items, in order to benefit from the deal. The inside was so loud that I could not hear the cashier. The music was loud, 12-14 people were all speaking at the same time as I tried to get answers about the product. It was a mess. I will NOT return. The overall experience was POOR. I'm honestly disappointed, as I was looking for a new dispensary outside of the current dispensary that I frequent. read more

still my favorite dispensary when it comes to 4 1.2 gram infused joints for 20$ less than 25$. Also I like the 20$ fluer 1 gram disposable vapes it's worth the price and the potency. read more

This place is a hit or miss to be honest, some of the bud tenders are weird and lack customer service skills and don't really know how to communicate or say hello. Today I went into jars after work, asked for a certain prerolls, he automatically said he don't have it. I was like okay can you check which ones you do have? And he came back and had the one, I asked for...... he was unaware of product deals, and inventory. He lacked as at his job which seems very simple. It's just a disappoint that even the dispensary customers service is inconsistent and bad now. My last experience was great, but I think they just need to focus on doing their job rather who they want to help and don't. Idk if i'd go back usually just go here for convenience. read more

I used to come here constantly for the deals and I work for Cheba Hut as a GM so I know customer service. The security guards outside are very rude, if you ask a simple question you get snapped at for wondering which line is pick up and which is walk-in. The line was very long so I decided to go with a pick up. I asked the employees outside sitting in the heat how long a pick up would be and I got ignored, understandable they are in the heat. I waited for this one young lady with super curly hair to come up so I could ask a question about how long pickups take and she told me she didn't know and didn't care. Another guy walked up with a pink shirt told me it wouldn't be a loss if they didn't get my pickup. Wow. It really sucks to write this because I used to come down here with munchies for their crew. Try to foster a good relationship with a fellow business. After today I will be advising my crew to stay clear of this place. read more

Really nice dispensary I like to go here for the good deals and the cool workers that work here

So in summary: Jars really just has 2 rec lines and lies on how much weed they give us Don't order express if you're trying to be quick cause they literally don't care. Been going here since it opened and it's slowly just getting worse. They don't care if you order express or rec, the last 4 times I've done EXPRESS I've waited 30 minutes for EXPRESS. When i first used express they told me that you couldn't be adding after you had placed your express order, however now I've been told by an employee that the owner is catering to the customers that want to add items after they have placed their express order. Owners of this store I'd hope have a college degrees and can't even figure out how to work a express line correctly, are you serious. Also they short us on the weight of our weed, just got 14 an it came 13.6. read more

First time in and I had Lyndzi as my bud tender. She was very friendly and inviting and gave me some excellent choice suggestions for what I was needing! Very organized and efficient! Y'all should feel proud! I'll definitely be coming back! read more

The prices and quality are awesome. This is hands down my favorite dispensary in my area!! The curbside pick up is a bit annoying because when ordering online you kind of have to hope that the flower is gonna look and smell the way you want it to.... and the guys signaling the cars to move forward are pretty rude. But other than that, this dispensary is great!! I usually get great customer service when I am ordering in the store and I never feel ripped off when purchasing quality stuff. :) read more

Zero stars. Silly bud tenders not knowing their products at all, always disappointed. Long wait times. Don't come here.

i came in yesterday and experienced dog shit on a stick for customer service. the little girl helping me had no experience in customer service. not only was she rude; i was also rushed and ended up getting disgusting shatter because she had the knowledge of a bing bong and the patience of toddler. I would recommend clicking your back button and search up another place. read more

After waiting in a line for an hour I was finally given my chance to go inside. It's confusing and you're rushed through the purchase. Of course you can't 6ry anything so you must take their word when you ask about items. I bought 2 different kinds of flower that were on special for $70 for 14g each. Neither one does anything it's like the world's most expensive ditch weed. Looks and smells fine, tastes way different when lit. If you can suffer through smoking it, you are left wondering when you will feel anything. I bought same deals through others and got exceptionally good stuff! Don't give them your money for anywhere else! read more
