So to start, I'm a total novice about this stuff. I smoked a little weed as a teenager but nothing since then. I've been to this place a few times. My first experience was great. The guy was very knowledgeable about their products and how they work. He suggested a few edibles for relaxation and for sleep and we liked them. But the last 2-3 times I went it's like these guys have no idea what anything does. One time I asked a guy for a recommendation of something to help me feel energized because I tried one before and I was so sleepy! He suggested a couple and I bought them. I had the same if not worse, sleepy effect! I later learn that it's because it had CBN in it! How do you sell something you know nothing about?!! The third time was okay but I didn't like the edible I bought because it seemed to give inconsistent results. That's taking in account what and when I ate and things like that. So this place is great if you already know everything about marijuana products and CBN, CBD...etc. But if you're new at this and looking for guidance on what to get, the majority of my experiences has shown me they know about as much as I do so don't expect accurate info. Last time I went in, I asked the "kid", for something for sleep and he actually stood there looking beyond confused. Not at all like he was thinking about it, but everything I asked for a suggestion on, he would go "uh, umm, lemme check." And come back with something he couldn't even describe. Im going to try a few different places and see if this is the norm. Cause you'd think you would hire people who know about marijuana and what to suggest. Not so much here. read more

Be sure to check the weight of your product as they do short their patients. As someone who's been coming here for a very long time I've noticed that since recreational has become legal the medical patients have kind of taken the back burner and I have been shorted at least a quarter. When I got to my car and open the bag and noticed i was shorted. I went back inside and was told there was nothing they could do about it since i walked out the doors. Today when picking up another half ounce I asked for it to be weighed and was told they couldn't do it in front of me but they could show me a picture of the scale... It's a nice dispo with good concentrate deals. Flower is well what dispo flower is. This spot has always been my go to for deals.

It's the closest dispensary to me otherwise I'd go to Harvest or Herbal Wellness. There's nothing really to special about jars besides them having good deals every now and then. But that's every dispensary. I don't know what happened last year if I ordered something I could tell them at the window that Leafly didn't show everything I would even call ahead of time and they'd help me at the window since the inventory wasn't always accurate on Leafly. DO NOT BUY JARS FLOWER. Buy other brands here but STAY AWAY FROM JARS BUD!!!!!! I'm usually not one to buy flower, I'm more of carts and edibles. I recently bought an eight of Wedding Cake Gelato Platinum Lvl, The bud wasn't on sale so let me start with that. When I got home I was disappointed the bud was of low quality. So many stems! Then the bud was HARD like dry and flakey and Hard. I knew something was wrong, I called and complained and I even asked if this was normal for their bud and the guy says "No our bud is not like seems like you just got a bad batch, next time be more careful on what you choose." Eventually making it my fault! I'm sorry you sold me 3month old weed, the package date was from MAY. I even stated that to the person on the phone and he basically said "psh that's not too old" WTF! Y'all sold me shitty weed! I then asked if the bud is Packaged dried before it's sent out, he said No. if your weed is not supposed to be hard as a rock and dried then why sell it to me? After speaking to the manager, Greg, I've learned their flower tiers are not based on the quality of the flower. It's based on what they had to pay. This is extremely deceitful on the customers side. When we, the customer, look at the available tiers we are choosing what quality we want, not guessing how much the dispensary paid for it. That's not right! After I redeem my 25% discount due to bad quality flower off the diamond level I will NEVER come back to this location. How does a diamond level strain not have any scent? Their flower products are usually short. I'm sure they short everyone that purchases flower. I stopped going because of it but I decided to give the location another chance. Worst decision! If you ordered a half ounce, so 14 grams, you're probably going to get somewhere between 12.75-13.8 grams. It's varied & the reasoning the location gives is that "the flower dried out". I don't care what happens in between me ordering and picking up. If I order 14 grams, and you take 14 grams off my allotment, I expect 14 grams given to me. This location is not good about giving you the full amount you purchased. Think about all the people that goes through and how much they're saving by skimping people. read more

I'm done trying to give this place a shot. Today I got a text with the specials for the day.. I can't find the flower on their website, so I called and was told it had already sold out. 5 minutes later? I was transferred 3 times without given a heads up which then I had to explain what I was looking for again and again. This isn't the first time running into an issue. I have been told to ONLY order from their website as they have the full menu (last time by manager) today I am told that 3rd party delivery sites will have full menu. Which is it? I've been told that on the BOGO sales to add the total I want including the BOGO free one, but then the next time I was told otherwise. Every time I call to ask a question, I am told something different than before. Lack of training, shitty website, terrible delivery options and bad customer service. read more

Horrible staff and even worse marijuana. I am a medical patient and have shopped here many times due to the close location. I will never return after being sold the worst flower I have ever came into contact with. I have attached photos. There is more stem then anything and there is not one single bud in the entire gram I purchased. Then after bringing it to there attention and waiting 15 min for the manger I was told sorry theres nothing we can do its not moldy and test at 25 percent. Some of the bad reviews made me nervous but I'm glad I didn't listen. I got there around 10 AM on a Sunday morning when it should've been slammed. Thanks to proper staffing and quick service I was able to get checked in and helped immediately. Everyone was extremely friendly and went out of their way to help me find what I needed. Blair B deserves a raise. The shop was stocked to the brim with all my favorite AZ brands and if you know what to get the quality is all there. It was also very clean which is important. This was a 35 minute drive just to get one specific thing and I'm going to come back for my weekly now. read more

Just frustrating the system they have to get inside. Watched as 14 people come out with their purchases. In that time 2 went in. It's really hot outside and also frustrating medical card holders get in before us after we had already been waiting 15 minutes. Should be first come first serve depending on arrival. The employees that come out to get you are in no rush either. Friendly staff but should speed up a bit. They do have a good selection but need to value customers waiting outside in what is currently the hottest city in the country. read more

So I had been ordering here for quite some time. In fact, I ordered so much, I earned over 3,000 reward points. The company website lists the following as an option for using reward points: 900 points = 1/8 of PVT RESERVE flower. Now, I have been to about 20 dispensaries in Phoenix, not one has a flower that succeeds "private reserve" in quality. Just so YOU know, Jars does. I ordered 4 eighths (half ounce) of what their website listed as "private reserve". This flower should've been free because of the reward points I had (which required me to spend over $1000 to get), but, it was not. This dispensary has a super tier known as "glass jar private reserve". No, you will not find this language anywhere on their website or related to their rewards. However, if you attempt to use reward points on their best flower, typically known as private reserve, they will tell you that you CANNOT use your points for that. This is of course AFTER you spend over $1000, save your points, place the order, and drive to the store. Then they say "sorry, you can't use any points for that, those are "glass jar private reserve". Manager was polite and understanding but did very little to resolve the situation. Normally I don't say anything, but I walked out of there with mid tier flower after waiting and saving points for months for private reserve. For this reason and this reason alone I won't purchase from them again. No reason to begin building points here again, when I can build points at a dispensary that honestly promotes their loyalty points rather than using them as a bait and switch on their repeat customers. Everyone is polite and their flower is good, but I won't go back. So, 3 stars for blatant dishonestly and doing nothing to try and get me the bud I actually wanted after I was told this nonsense about "glass jar private reserve." read more

A decent dispensary that comes with a very friendly atmosphere. I have to doc them points due to the fact that you can only online order if you're a medical patient. The wait times at this dispensary can be very long so not being able to online order as a rec patient makes it a slight inconvenience. Especially considering that other dispensaries In the area have the same prices and allow express pickup through online ordering for rec patients. But the prices here are very good and the quality on some of the lower priced stuff is surprisingly not bad so I still definitely recommend this place to anyone. read more

This place is stupid. They have like 5 tiers of Bud that make no sense.. Platinum, Diamond, supreme, golden and some other shit. What the hells the difference? They sell 16% as their best because it's cured currently . Still had paddle leaves, fat stems and tastes like it's been sitting in a can in a storage locker for a year.. I haven't seen such low genetics since early 90's. Since marijuana's LEGAL you'd think curing flower would be an industry standard and the same across the board unless your truly selling rags.. You'd be wrong lol I think their THC % aren't accurate. Everytime I get Bud there I go through it fast. Went to Emerald got and 1/8 of 20% and it lasted me 4 days? I'm medical and need a certain amount of THC in my system not a REC smoker.. Funny having 20 year olds treat you like Your stupid about something I've been using for 32 years almost everyday. I've cultivated for 10 years in Colorado and breed strains for dispensary's. AZ dispensary's pretty much suck and are way over priced but this place is more confusing with poor genetics. They separated the lines and I was the only medical patient, they had customers in the recreational line that checked in after me that were being let in first. Came in very recently and was harassed for being on my phone like I was in grade school or something. Needed to grab the pin from my boyfriend's debit card and was told to get off my phone. Had just gotten off work and my boss was trying to call and text and was told again that I couldn't be on my phone. Terrible customer service. I spent well over $1000 at this place every month. They keep screwing up my delivery order. I waited 5 hours for my delivery to arrive and when it did they didn't apply my veteran discount. I was told it would have to go back to the store and be reprocessed and redelivered. Psssh so you want me there wait another 5 hours? The manager has terrible customer service skills and should have taken care of their screw up right then and there. How hard is it to apply the discount and give a new amount over the phone? Oh well this business lost a very high volume customer. read more
