Zero stars. Silly bud tenders not knowing their products at all, always disappointed. Long wait times. Don't come here.

After waiting in a line for an hour I was finally given my chance to go inside. It's confusing and you're rushed through the purchase. Of course you can't 6ry anything so you must take their word when you ask about items. I bought 2 different kinds of flower that were on special for $70 for 14g each. Neither one does anything it's like the world's most expensive ditch weed. Looks and smells fine, tastes way different when lit. If you can suffer through smoking it, you are left wondering when you will feel anything. I bought same deals through others and got exceptionally good stuff! Don't give them your money for anywhere else! read more

i came in yesterday and experienced dog shit on a stick for customer service. the little girl helping me had no experience in customer service. not only was she rude; i was also rushed and ended up getting disgusting shatter because she had the knowledge of a bing bong and the patience of toddler. I would recommend clicking your back button and search up another place. read more

They have this down- three lines that move fast- medical, express (pre-ordered online) and rec. the variety is diverse and plentiful. Edibles, flower, vape, cbd/thc blends, salves, tinctures and more. The staff are very knowledgeable and make the best recommendations. Very friendly staff and security - even when the line looks long the wait isn't- they move you through quickly but pre-order if you are in a hurry and you will be in and out with express in no time. The deals are insane and worth the drive for me. Check them out- you won't be disappointed. read more

Still one of the best dispensaries in the valley. Great selection of deals daily and never have to wait too long in line.

So to start, I'm a total novice about this stuff. I smoked a little weed as a teenager but nothing since then. I've been to this place a few times. My first experience was great. The guy was very knowledgeable about their products and how they work. He suggested a few edibles for relaxation and for sleep and we liked them. But the last 2-3 times I went it's like these guys have no idea what anything does. One time I asked a guy for a recommendation of something to help me feel energized because I tried one before and I was so sleepy! He suggested a couple and I bought them. I had the same if not worse, sleepy effect! I later learn that it's because it had CBN in it! How do you sell something you know nothing about?!! The third time was okay but I didn't like the edible I bought because it seemed to give inconsistent results. That's taking in account what and when I ate and things like that. So this place is great if you already know everything about marijuana products and CBN, CBD...etc. But if you're new at this and looking for guidance on what to get, the majority of my experiences has shown me they know about as much as I do so don't expect accurate info. Last time I went in, I asked the "kid", for something for sleep and he actually stood there looking beyond confused. Not at all like he was thinking about it, but everything I asked for a suggestion on, he would go "uh, umm, lemme check." And come back with something he couldn't even describe. Im going to try a few different places and see if this is the norm. Cause you'd think you would hire people who know about marijuana and what to suggest. Not so much here. read more

Be sure to check the weight of your product as they do short their patients. As someone who's been coming here for a very long time I've noticed that since recreational has become legal the medical patients have kind of taken the back burner and I have been shorted at least a quarter. When I got to my car and open the bag and noticed i was shorted. I went back inside and was told there was nothing they could do about it since i walked out the doors. Today when picking up another half ounce I asked for it to be weighed and was told they couldn't do it in front of me but they could show me a picture of the scale... I do not trust these people and I will not be back after being a loyal customer here for almost 3 years! read more

DO NOT BUY JARS FLOWER. Buy other brands here but STAY AWAY FROM JARS BUD!!!!!! I'm usually not one to buy flower, I'm more of carts and edibles. I recently bought an eight of Wedding Cake Gelato Platinum Lvl, The bud wasn't on sale so let me start with that. When I got home I was disappointed the bud was of low quality. So many stems! Then the bud was HARD like dry and flakey and Hard. I knew something was wrong, I called and complained and I even asked if this was normal for their bud and the guy says "No our bud is not like seems like you just got a bad batch, next time be more careful on what you choose." Eventually making it my fault! I'm sorry you sold me 3month old weed, the package date was from MAY. I even stated that to the person on the phone and he basically said "psh that's not too old" WTF! Y'all sold me shitty weed! I then asked if the bud is Packaged dried before it's sent out, he said No. if your weed is not supposed to be hard as a rock and dried then why sell it to me? ALL SALES FINAL MY ASS! DONT BUY JARS BRAND BUD! read more

JARS Cannabis - Old bud that I was sold - Cannabis Clinics Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

It's the closest dispensary to me otherwise I'd go to Harvest or Herbal Wellness. There's nothing really to special about jars besides them having good deals every now and then. But that's every dispensary. I don't know what happened last year if I ordered something I could tell them at the window that Leafly didn't show everything I would even call ahead of time and they'd help me at the window since the inventory wasn't always accurate on Leafly. Now they won't help me so I don't tip anymore. Not to mention there rewards and program is just terrible read more

It's a nice dispo with good concentrate deals. Flower is well what dispo flower is. This spot has always been my go to for deals.

After speaking to the manager, Greg, I've learned their flower tiers are not based on the quality of the flower. It's based on what they had to pay. This is extremely deceitful on the customers side. When we, the customer, look at the available tiers we are choosing what quality we want, not guessing how much the dispensary paid for it. That's not right! After I redeem my 25% discount due to bad quality flower off the diamond level I will NEVER come back to this location. How does a diamond level strain not have any scent? Their flower products are usually short. I'm sure they short everyone that purchases flower. I stopped going because of it but I decided to give the location another chance. Worst decision! If you ordered a half ounce, so 14 grams, you're probably going to get somewhere between 12.75-13.8 grams. It's varied & the reasoning the location gives is that "the flower dried out". I don't care what happens in between me ordering and picking up. If I order 14 grams, and you take 14 grams off my allotment, I expect 14 grams given to me. This location is not good about giving you the full amount you purchased. Think about all the people that goes through and how much they're saving by skimping people. read more

Horrible staff and even worse marijuana. I am a medical patient and have shopped here many times due to the close location. I will never return after being sold the worst flower I have ever came into contact with. I have attached photos. There is more stem then anything and there is not one single bud in the entire gram I purchased. Then after bringing it to there attention and waiting 15 min for the manger I was told sorry theres nothing we can do its not moldy and test at 25 percent. Not sure how that was possible as stems do not contain the same level of THC as buds do. Save your money and your time THIS PLACE SUCKS. read more

Management sucks, products suck, their pick up process sucks. Their staff had an attitude. It doesn't matter if it's a pick up. It doesn't matter if I'm going in store. Their staff doesn't know flower, and they do not know customer service. Take yourself to new River, or ANY OTHER SPOT. read more

One of the worst places iv ever been to. I have had my card for 8 years and haven't been satisfied here. customer service is terrable, you will wait in line for up to an our even with an online order. staff extremely rude and seem like they would rather kick you out than help you. Was told what i wanted was not apart of their deal and that if they were busy they would have pushed me to the back of the line? so you would make somone wait another hour rather than just get them a diffrent kind? really snobby for a place that has shitty concentrate and flower read more

First bad experience at a dispensary, I've tried to explain to 3 employees and a manager that I got over charged on their 79$ 1/2 ounce. I got charged 46$ in tax over a 79$ charge... though the tax is 24% all together read more

I'm done trying to give this place a shot. Today I got a text with the specials for the day.. I can't find the flower on their website, so I called and was told it had already sold out. 5 minutes later? I was transferred 3 times without given a heads up which then I had to explain what I was looking for again and again. This isn't the first time running into an issue. I have been told to ONLY order from their website as they have the full menu (last time by manager) today I am told that 3rd party delivery sites will have full menu. Which is it? I've been told that on the BOGO sales to add the total I want including the BOGO free one, but then the next time I was told otherwise. Every time I call to ask a question, I am told something different than before. Lack of training, shitty website, terrible delivery options and bad customer service. read more

I just have to start off with there were more Rec people in the shade than med patients..it's only gonna get hotter..on top of that with your "Med card" there's nothing special about it other than not paying taxes but they're not even doing a discount for their medical patients, which is crazy because a lot of other dispensaries are due to the longer waits.. MED PATIENTS DONT WAIST YOUR TIME!! read more

Some of the bad reviews made me nervous but I'm glad I didn't listen. I got there around 10 AM on a Sunday morning when it should've been slammed. Thanks to proper staffing and quick service I was able to get checked in and helped immediately. Everyone was extremely friendly and went out of their way to help me find what I needed. Blair B deserves a raise. The shop was stocked to the brim with all my favorite AZ brands and if you know what to get the quality is all there. It was also very clean which is important. This was a 35 minute drive just to get one specific thing and I'm going to come back for my weekly now. read more

I would agree with everyone else. I had been coming here and the service has gotten bad! I'm confused on why they get upset when someone is asking questions about the product. I thought that was the purpose of having subject matter expert's? read more

It's 4/20/2023. This place is already busy as fuck regularly so on 4/20 they decide to turn online ordering off for rec. Awesome. Now I have to show up and stand in these ridiculous lines because you can't handle online orders. What a joke. read more

Great customer service and friendly staff. We didn't have any issues. Will definitely be back.

So, I get the whole Covid-19 danger but when you force people to use curbside service, you should also provide restroom access, since the wait stretches into an hour or more. Very disappointed with you guys on this. read more

Jars is the best if you want great online shopping, delivery and quality product. They are consistently friendly professional and courteous. Been using them during the pandemic and they are just great. read more

A decent dispensary that comes with a very friendly atmosphere. I have to doc them points due to the fact that you can only online order if you're a medical patient. The wait times at this dispensary can be very long so not being able to online order as a rec patient makes it a slight inconvenience. Especially considering that other dispensaries In the area have the same prices and allow express pickup through online ordering for rec patients. But the prices here are very good and the quality on some of the lower priced stuff is surprisingly not bad so I still definitely recommend this place to anyone. read more

So I had been ordering here for quite some time. In fact, I ordered so much, I earned over 3,000 reward points. The company website lists the following as an option for using reward points: 900 points = 1/8 of PVT RESERVE flower. Now, I have been to about 20 dispensaries in Phoenix, not one has a flower that succeeds "private reserve" in quality. Just so YOU know, Jars does. I ordered 4 eighths (half ounce) of what their website listed as "private reserve". This flower should've been free because of the reward points I had (which required me to spend over $1000 to get), but, it was not. This dispensary has a super tier known as "glass jar private reserve". No, you will not find this language anywhere on their website or related to their rewards. However, if you attempt to use reward points on their best flower, typically known as private reserve, they will tell you that you CANNOT use your points for that. This is of course AFTER you spend over $1000, save your points, place the order, and drive to the store. Then they say "sorry, you can't use any points for that, those are "glass jar private reserve". Manager was polite and understanding but did very little to resolve the situation. Normally I don't say anything, but I walked out of there with mid tier flower after waiting and saving points for months for private reserve. For this reason and this reason alone I won't purchase from them again. No reason to begin building points here again, when I can build points at a dispensary that honestly promotes their loyalty points rather than using them as a bait and switch on their repeat customers. Everyone is polite and their flower is good, but I won't go back. So, 3 stars for blatant dishonestly and doing nothing to try and get me the bud I actually wanted after I was told this nonsense about "glass jar private reserve." read more

This place is stupid. They have like 5 tiers of Bud that make no sense.. Platinum, Diamond, supreme, golden and some other shit. What the hells the difference? They sell 16% as their best because it's cured currently . Still had paddle leaves, fat stems and tastes like it's been sitting in a can in a storage locker for a year.. I haven't seen such low genetics since early 90's. Since marijuana's LEGAL you'd think curing flower would be an industry standard and the same across the board unless your truly selling rags.. You'd be wrong lol I think their THC % aren't accurate. Everytime I get Bud there I go through it fast. Went to Emerald got and 1/8 of 20% and it lasted me 4 days? I'm medical and need a certain amount of THC in my system not a REC smoker.. Funny having 20 year olds treat you like Your stupid about something I've been using for 32 years almost everyday. I've cultivated for 10 years in Colorado and breed strains for dispensary's. AZ dispensary's pretty much suck and are way over priced but this place is more confusing with poor genetics. They give a free joint to anyone that leaves a 5 star review on here so don't be fooled.. read more

Great deals and the customer service was beyond helpful. Short lines as well so you don't have to wait in the heat lol.

The staff, talked about patients and employees. Horrible at communicating with other staff. Higher ups could care less about product. Product isn't fresh and always sold. Horrible weed over all and wack edibles. Employees try and make me buy bud but knew it was horrible. Never again read more

Terrible customer service. I spent well over $1000 at this place every month. They keep screwing up my delivery order. I waited 5 hours for my delivery to arrive and when it did they didn't apply my veteran discount. I was told it would have to go back to the store and be reprocessed and redelivered. Psssh so you want me there wait another 5 hours? The manager has terrible customer service skills and should have taken care of their screw up right then and there. How hard is it to apply the discount and give a new amount over the phone? Oh well this business lost a very high volume customer. read more

All is good but the waiting outside is a long time they should consider a different method of bringing in people

Came in very recently and was harassed for being on my phone like I was in grade school or something. Needed to grab the pin from my boyfriend's debit card and was told to get off my phone. I've never experienced this at any of the other dispensaries I've been to in Phoenix. Definitely won't be returning. read more

I usually go to the one in Phoenix but I started working nearby so I hoped I could have the same experience. The staff here is so unbelievably rude. I asked if I could be placed in the recreational line (surprise - no). I had to drive to the Phoenix location, what a waste. read more
